An employee of the company could not provide information about the characteristics of the mineral wool used to fill the door leaf. 3) Deadlines. The door was made on the 73rd calendar day after the conclusion of the contract and the advance payment. 4) Maintenance. They are slow to respond to requests, and often had to be reminded after a week. On the positive side, the door has a pleasant appearance, the defect in closing the upper lock has been fixed, and the defective peephole has been replaced.
