We liked the apartments, good service, cleaning every day. We were given a side room, the marina is visible from the balcony. The location is good, very close to the beach and the metro, as well as the tram to the island of Parus. There are many shops nearby, for more budget food I recommend the Marina Pot restaurant.
There is a kitchen in the room, there is a minimum of dishes: a pot, a frying pan, several plates, knives, a board, mugs, glasses, there is no salt and oil, there is nothing else, everything needs to be bought. There is also a washing machine, but you also need to buy the powder yourself. A good variety of breakfasts, but you'll sit outside, because birds steal food there, and in general it's unpleasant to sit like that when jackdaws are flying around. In general, I recommend it for a family vacation in Dubai.
Good location, there is access to the Dubai Marina embankment. The pool is small, but the view from it is beautiful - just on the embankment directly from the hotel. The rooms are not bad, spacious - kitchen, living room and bedroom are separate. I had a room with a balcony. The staff is normal, the breakfasts are so-so, the same thing alternates...very modest for 4*. There are 2 supermarkets nearby in 2 minutes 24 hours. To the beach 10-15 minutes on foot at a calm pace - in fact, cross the bridge and 1 intersection
Among the advantages - a fascinating view of the Marina, responsive staff (there are Russian speakers), good service, a varied buffet, everything is delicious. I really liked the location in the Marina itself. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The beach is a 10-minute interesting walk away. The room is cleaned and linen and towels are changed every day. Bathrobes, slippers on request. Water is brought, but if you follow the water regime or like to indulge in tea, you need to buy it.
The bed is wide, you can comfortably fit a threesome with a child.
Among the disadvantages are tired furniture, old washed towels, there is no heated towel rail and any clothes dryer - which is why underwear and swimwear do not dry well.
Bring toothbrushes and toothpaste with you, it is much more expensive in Dubai.
Excellent location, convenient access to the beach, promenade, restaurants on the waterfront. Marina Mall shopping center is a 10-minute walk away. There are many grocery stores nearby. About the hotel itself: there were difficulties when checking in, we arrived at the hotel around 7 a.m., checked in at five o'clock in the evening, the children were sleeping on sofas in the lobby, the staff seeing this did not react at all!!! There were five of us, two adults and three children, there were not enough towels in the room, I asked for two days to be added! The cleaning is bad! A meager and not tasty assortment of food, watermelons and melons are not ripe! The pool is small, it is better to take sun beds in the morning, there are very few of them! Our room was two rooms, tired to put it mildly (repair and change of furniture is asking for), the sockets were pulled out of the wall hung on wires, called the engineer, he shoved the socket back and left ...... Tin!!! The window in one of the rooms did not close at all, I called the engineer again, he said it was not blowing and fine.... There are no words!!!! I swatted one cockroach!!!! The hotel does not match the four stars!!! Rated two stars just because of the location!
The most budget apartments in the most expensive area of Dubai. The rooms are tired. The staff is very polite. If you leave 5-10 dirhams, they are cleaned very well. The room has its own kitchen with a stove and oven. There are very few dishes. There is enough hot water in the boiler of one bathroom to wash 2 people. The breakfasts are modest. Free underground parking. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. The pool in the hotel is small, but with a wonderful view. There are several grocery stores nearby, a not very profitable exchanger, car rental, a bunch of restaurants. A decent crowd in the area. Alcohol market in Marina Mall. Everything is more expensive than in remote areas of Dubai. We rested there for the second time. For those who do not sit in the room, but go to the beach and visit the sights, this is a very good option.
An excellent hotel (apartments)
is located in a great location, 10 minutes to the sea, 10 minutes to the metro.
There are many cafes and restaurants around
Marina for boats and yachts (for walks and excursions)
- 2 minutes.
The promenade for walking runs along the hotel
The prices are very pleasant ✅
Excellent location in Marina. The hotel has access to both the Marina embankment and the street. There are a lot of good and inexpensive cafes and restaurants nearby. 2 large chain and cheap stores. across the street, the exchange rate is better than in a hotel, but worse than in Malls.
The rooms are tired, the equipment of the utensils is different (we were vacationing with friends and their set of items was different).
The breakfasts are varied every day, but not much. You need to ask the waiters for an omelet and scrambled eggs.
The handle on the balcony broke 2 times, it was promptly repaired. they didn't change our towels, the administrators apologized and changed them, but they did it every day with friends.
in general, for these
Excellent apartments, Especially if you take them with a balcony and a view of the Marina, the views are amazing) A separate mercy for the hotel staff, they will always help and tell you) Hi Nazreen and Khalia😁 excellent always help in all matters)) 15 minutes walk to the sea, 15 minutes from the metro) Recommend 👍
Nice hotel. There is a swimming pool overlooking the Dubai Marina, very cooling after the heat. In the evening, everything is highlighted. The hotel itself is beautiful, helpful staff. I liked everything. I will definitely come back here again.
The location is excellent, the verandas overlooking the city are very beautiful.
Breakfasts will do, but not for long....
It is better not to take full board, but to eat in neighboring restaurants.
It is convenient that there is its own underground parking.
A good hotel, the view of the marina is incomparable, both from the room and from the pool. Polite and friendly staff, everything we asked for, Everyone tried to do right away. I really liked it. If we return to Dubai again, I absolutely do not exclude that it is to this hotel.
Excellent 7-storey hotel on the waterfront. Heated swimming pool, Playground next to the hotel. There is a supermarket with a currency exchange point across the street. Exit from the hotel to the embankment: pedestrian through the main entrance of 300 meters, by elevator through the basement, up the stairs from the pool area directly to the embankment. Nearby there is a parking lot for boats and yachts for walking and fishing. The restaurant has a large selection of buffets. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is very friendly!!!
A great hotel with a great view of the marina! The room is huge with two bright rooms, a large balcony, and there were two exits to it. The food is wonderful, the staff is friendly, we were very satisfied!
the location of this hotel is not bad nearby:several grocery stores, a couple of pharmacies, the metro, and the Marina Mall shopping center, and most importantly a beautiful promenade!!!the rooms are of course a little old (((! the service is even very good!the staff is very friendly))There are a couple of Russian-speaking people! The food at this hotel is super..everything is sterile and delicious!!!cleanliness is not excellent and not bad 50-50(:the view is beautiful!!!the kitchen copes with the tasks quickly!!!
Upon check-in at the hotel, they take a deposit in dirhams or dollars, check-in takes place from 15 o'clock, we arrived at 10 a.m., we were checked in at 14:30. While we were waiting, we went to have lunch at the Uzbekim cafe - delicious and inexpensive. The rooms in the hotels are spacious, we had one bedroom, the room is age-appropriate hotels. It is better to take a room with a view of the Marina, you will not regret it. The breakfasts are standard, you can stay in a refrigerated room or sit at a table outside. It's more than a kilometer to the sea, you can walk in two ways, either on the bridge to the right, as we walked, or on the bridge to the left, it's not so picturesque. On the way to the sea, we always stopped at McDonald's for ice cream in a cone, for 2 dirhams it was delicious and inexpensive. The sea is better in the morning, the water is clean and there are few people, after lunch it is worse in every sense and in the evening local migrant workers come to the beach. We got what we expected from the hotel: unobtrusive service, a fairly convenient location between the sea and the metro and an adequate price.
I really liked the location, near the Marina Mall and the beach! The hotel is very clean, the pool is small, but it is enough, the staff is kind and helpful! The breakfasts are quite decent and fruits and vegetables, pastries are all there except meat, sausages instead of them 🌭 everything is delicious 😋I recommend this hotel to my friends. The room was taken from the balcony and overlooking the Marina, and arriving at night we were stunned by the beauty of the bay, it's like in a fairy tale! Everything is on 5, we will definitely come again ❗
We are flying from Intourist tour operator, Fly dubai airline. The meeting party in the UAE is Anextour (I don't know why). We spend a lot of time at the airport, about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. This is because the police detained some tourists who were supposed to ride with us on the same bus and we were waiting for them. According to representatives of Anextour, they are obliged to wait for tourists for 2 hours from the moment the flight lands.
Then we load up on the bus and go, our hotel is the last one.
We chose this hotel because of its good location and price. 2 years ago we were at a nearby hotel called the Jannah Marina Hotel apartments, it was better, but first things first.
So, we got to the hotel at 14:20, check-in at 15:00. They didn't move in ahead of time, but that's okay, it's good not to wait long. We went to a nearby store, bought water, tea and ice cream. Upon check-in, the tax was paid 100 dirhams (20 dirhams per day). Keep in mind that you will be asked for a deposit upon check-in. It is 200 dirhams or 100 dollars. The deposit is refunded on the day of eviction. If you left a deposit in dollars, it will be returned in dollars, if in dirhams, then in dirhams.
Number
We got a room on the 2nd floor with a partial view of the pool and marina. The room is large and consists of 2 rooms. At the entrance you enter a small corridor, on the left there is a kitchen, then the room itself with a sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. From it there is an exit to the bedroom with a large and comfortable bed, and from the bedroom there is an exit to the bathroom.node. There is also a balcony.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: hob, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine. Dishes are also present. An ironing board and an iron are included. It is important to take into account that the hotel is not new and everything is already quite shabby and shabby. Nearby is the Jannah hotel, it is newer, the furniture is fresh, but the price for it this time was almost 2 times more, so the choice fell on SIGNATURE. The novelty of the room was not important to us, because we only slept in the room, and the rest of the time we were on the beach and wandering around the city. But for some it may be critical.
Please note that in the bathroom, hot water is supplied from a water heater, its volume is enough for 2 people to wash, then you have to wait for the water to heat up.
Territory
This is an ordinary city hotel, there is no territory as such. Outside there is a small swimming pool with a view of the Dubai Marina. We have never been in the pool, mostly Indians splashed there all the time.
Sport
There is a small gym on the ground floor. But it's purely to keep yourself in good shape. The equipment is very tight. If 3 people are engaged, it will already be crowded. By the way, there is no cooler in the hall, so take water with you.
Food
We only had breakfast. If you take half board (breakfast + dinner), then 15,000 rubles had to be added to the cost for 6 days of stay. Whether it's worth it or not is up to you to decide, but remember that you live in an expensive area where food prices are not the lowest. There are several cafes with an acceptable price tag where we had dinner, I will write about them below. You can also cook yourself, because you have a kitchen).
The food for breakfast is ordinary (scrambled eggs, porridges, pasta, sausages, sliced, etc.), but delicious. Desserts and pastries are also great. The diet does not change much, every day everything is the same, plus or minus.
If you want to eat more or less on a budget, then there is an Uzbek restaurant within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The waiters speak Russian there, Uzbek and Russian cuisines are presented. There is shish kebab, pilaf, shurpa, etc. We had 150 dirhams for two. At the rate of 26, this is 3900 rubles.
You can also eat at the Grill & Chill cafe price tag +/- as in Uzbekim, but this cafe is not very conveniently located, right next to the road. We only went to this place because of the great cocktails.
Purchase of products
There is a large Choithrams supermarket opposite the hotel. You can buy any products there, but the price tag for everything there is relatively high. There is also a pharmacy there.
There is another supermarket 400 meters away called VIVA. They sell products only under their own brand, but the price tag is significantly lower than in Choithrams. We bought water, ice cream, tea there, and so on for small things.
Location
The hotel has a very good location. The road to the sea takes 15 minutes. You can walk along the embankment or along an ordinary street. In general, in my opinion, it is very important that you have the opportunity to get to the sea on foot, because waiting for shuttles, taking the subway and buses is so much fun. In this regard, the hotel is very conveniently located. Marina Mall is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. This is certainly not the Dubai Mall, but it has everything you need. There is a metro station next to the mall, which opens up opportunities for you to travel all over Dubai on your own and see many attractions on your own.
Souvenirs
Go to the Day tot Day shops for souvenirs. There is a very large selection of all sorts of things at affordable prices. In addition to souvenirs, you can buy chocolate-covered dates there, which will be 30-40% cheaper than in a regular store.
Weather
We were at the hotel in early June, when the daytime temperature rose to 40 degrees. The main question that is often asked online is: is it worth going to Dubai in this heat? I will say this, if you tolerate the heat in Moscow normally, then you will cope with it normally there. The main thing is to plan the day. Let's say you are at sea from 8-11. Then you return to the hotel (have lunch, sleep) or go to the mall. From 16-19 back to the sea. In the evening you have dinner and go to explore the sights). The only thing is that I would not take children under the age of 7 in such heat, but this is only my opinion. There were a lot of people with children from 1 year old on the beach, and they all swam, played and were happy.
So, take a lot of sunscreen with you, have a good mood and go to this beautiful country called the UAE!
Nice hotel. With a convenient location for us. There is a subway nearby. Not far from the beach. There is a swimming pool. Cafe. Exit to the canal embankment. Great views. The problem was that the windows of our room 112 faced the road and sometimes some systems, fans turned on under the windows at night and buzzed at night.
They were from March 1 to March 8, 2024.Not a bad hotel, buffet breakfast.Lunch and dinner can be ordered for a fee.The staff is friendly. The room has everything, iron, ironing board, washing machine, oven and microwave.Your own pool.I liked everything, I recommend it.
A nice hotel with stunning views of the marina, the rooms are large, a separate kitchen-living room and an unrealistically comfortable bed)) the food is not bad, there are plenty to choose from, they did not regret it.
Very nice apartment hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. The rooms are equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, stove,. Great view from the balcony. We cleaned up every day. Everything is nearby: shops, metro, exchangers. The sea is 20 minutes away by a quiet walk along the beautiful embankment.
Everything is great, very nice view, cozy rooms, clean and cozy, but the food is lame.In the hotel restaurant, the food is so-so, of course, but there are a lot of cool restaurants nearby within walking distance, so everything is OK + do not forget that there are apartments here and you can cook yourself👍There is also a swimming pool on the territory, which also offers a beautiful view.
A very comfortable hotel. Close to the sea. The hotel is located in a beautiful waterfront location. Comfortable rooms with a kitchen and a living room. There are many cafes nearby.
The hotel is very well located, access to the Marina canal embankment, with restaurants, yachts, skyscrapers. To the beach along the embankment 15-20 minutes on foot in any direction. Rooms with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious, it would be desirable to update them, but not critical, in general everything is comfortable, cleaning every day, there are beach towels. The staff responds to all requests and comments immediately. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. On my birthday, a compliment from the hotel was left in the room - a betotortik. Very cute. I recommend the hotel, the ratio of price and quality is optimal.
Very well located. The rooms are large, comfortable (we stayed in room 58 m.). Fully equipped kitchen: Full-size refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, set of dishes. The furniture is slightly tired, but not critical. The staff is attentive and polite, but it is better to have a minimum of English. The pool is small. The fitness center is a small room with a couple of good exercise machines and no free weights. The breakfasts are decent, not to say that they are very diverse, but on the whole not bad. The combination of price and quality is good, I recommend it.
Plus, it's only in the Marina embankment, the air conditioning can't cope, the room worked very loudly, condensate dripped directly onto the table, in the hall on the 6th floor from the ceiling, condensate is wet and damp, the sofa for the child did not unfold, one evening the water was turned off without warning in the room smelly freshener, no bathrobes, slippers only for adults, repair of blunders, seams are smeared, towels in the pool are just tired and almost holes, and in the room with threads, does not match the price exactly, I will not return anymore and I will not advise for sure, I regret that Peral Marina did not stop by again much better and at the same price, in principle, also upon departure we tried to persuade you to make a good review at the reception, fuck... but not a review. Improve the service.
Advantages: location, friendly staff. Cons: the food, we only had breakfast, was meager; the bathroom did not have a thought-out entrance to the bathroom - the bidet interferes; the floors in the room were dirty upon check-in. The cockroaches we read about in other reviews have not been seen. Water, tea, coffee, cream are laid out every day.
Good location, relatively low price for Dubai Marina. Everything is within walking distance. A family of 5 people stayed, everyone liked it.

The best thing about this hotel is the location! 10 minutes to the sea, 10 minutes to the Marina Mall, 10 minutes to the metro, the hotel itself is on the embankment, there are many places nearby where you can comfortably sit, eat, smoke a hookah, and hangouts on the beach are also nearby. The hotel itself is "tired", it requires renovation, the furniture is old, there is not enough repair. But that's okay, but the cleaning in the rooms was very upsetting! The floors were dirty, the walls were stained, and there was stagnant dust on the shelves and baseboards.. some of the guests who came along with us even refused to check in and asked tour operators to change the hotel. The food was not impressive. Breakfast is a Swiss table, the choice is small.. Lunch and dinner - there are certain sets, a choice of hot and side dishes. The portions are large, but the dishes are controversial. The staff is very friendly, they react quickly to everything, they try to provide the guests with a good rest, only good things can be said here, a separate greeting to Nazreen and a Russian-speaking young man, unfortunately I forgot his name!)
The location is good, 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. The room is excellent from 2 rooms, there is everything you need. The staff is helpful. The food is quite satisfactory.
The apartments are located in a gorgeous location! If you check in here, be sure to pay extra for a room with a view of the Dubai Marina. Otherwise, the dirt in the room and the low-level service will upset you. We only took breakfast. There is an inexpensive supermarket nearby, we cooked dinner at home. Sometimes we went to restaurants there are many of them here (very close to the restaurant of Russian-Uzbek cuisine)! In general, for such an excellent offer!
It was in January. The sea is quite cool. The hotel is not bad, but I absolutely did not like the city. There are only skyscrapers around, there is no architecture. The city is very scattered. There is practically no public transport. If you want to get somewhere, then you need to call a taxi. I liked only the flower park.
A nice hotel located in a beautiful location. The pleasant staff solves all issues promptly. There are no questions about nutrition. Everything is delicious.
We ordered a room on Trip.com , the booking confirmation has arrived. But when we arrived to check into the hotel, we were told that our reservation was not available. We contacted the support of the site, and it was explained to us that the hotel itself had canceled our reservation. And at the same time, the hotel began to offer expensive rooms. The hotel is not reliable, it turns out - as it is profitable for them, so they do. We had to urgently look for another hotel nearby and had to book more expensive than we had previously booked the first hotel...
A great hotel in the best area of Dubai Marina. Beautiful view, 15 minutes to the beach along the embankment and across the bridge. All the hangouts, cafes, yachts, everything is nearby. It takes 30 minutes by taxi to all the sights, which is very profitable both in terms of money and time.
The only plus of this hotel is a gorgeous view from the balcony, pool and restaurant to the Marina!
It's a long walk to the bay, about 20 minutes. In 7 days we went there only 1 time. It would seem not much, but in the heat it is deadly, very far away. Despite the fact that we arrived in a good season, when the temperature is up to 35 degrees. The rest of the days were spent in the pool.
The rooms are spacious, but old and stink of dampness. The shower had a weak pressure and worked only with a hose. The shower faucet didn't work at all. All kinds of shampoos, gels and hair dryers take your own! They are of no use. There are 2 TVs, but old ones with non-working remotes and without smart TV.
When we checked in, there were no bathrobes, soap accessories and a normal iron in the room (burnt, which would easily leave stains on clothes). And so periodically I had to call the reception and request everything I needed.
As for food, then refuse it altogether, or order only breakfast! They feed the same thing every day. On the last day of rest, they didn't even want to go there, they were already sick. For dinner: fish-pangasius, meat - chicken and beef stew, side dish - rice, pasta and potatoes, fruit - melon and watermelon, and rolls. For breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, salads, tasteless pancakes, etc
Once in the beef that I ate every day I got a long black hair, after that I was hungry. I didn't dare to eat anymore.
The hotel is designed after all for self-cooking. The room has a refrigerator, stove, microwave. Nearby near the hotel there is a good supermarket where you can buy food, the choice is good.
The hotel pulls a maximum of 3 stars!
Evening promenade, morning jog, beautiful view from the room and the pool, the undoubted advantages of the hotel!
Friendly, friendly staff.
The principle of an apartment hotel makes it possible not to feel discomfort. You can always wash, cook, iron.
Cleaning is acceptable, for 10 dirhams, soap and slippers will be duplicated.
The rooms are not new, but cozy, there is too much furniture, the bed mattress is stunningly comfortable.
The food is half board, regular breakfast, dinner is delicious, but no frills.
I would go to this hotel again, right?
To Dubai, no!
The location is good, the beach is about 15 minutes on foot without hurrying. The rooms are certainly worn out. The breakfasts are without variety, but generally arranged. They weren't hungry. The staff is attentive, but everything is only on request (slippers, bathrobes,)The pool is small, but clean and warm. They always found a place near him.
We are coming here for the second year in a row. The hotel is a bit old, the furniture in the room is correspondingly the same. Only the restaurant where breakfast is served has been updated. The breakfasts are the same almost every day, the choice is not bad, you will definitely not stay hungry. The staff is responsive, they try their best. If something is missing in the room, they will inform you without problems, although sometimes you will need to be reminded more than once) in general, the location is good, the beach, the metro. I advise you to pay extra for a room with a view of the Marina, it's nice to spend evenings on the balcony with a beautiful view)
UAE Dubai Marina area hotel Signature apartment Hotel of medium price category , with an excellent location To the beach to walk 15-20 minutes along a beautiful embankment with access across the bridge to the Ferris wheel The hotel has good sound insulation The hotel has its own swimming pool All rooms are equipped with a kitchen electric stove , microwave , electric kettle refrigerator washing machine Within walking distance Metro shops in 20 minutes walk Good rooms, but already in need of repair A large bathroom toilet ,bidet , bathtub, For a beach holiday with excursions and shopping an excellent hotel in its price category
A great hotel. Super location. The beach and the metro are really 15 minutes away slowly. The photo shows the view from the balcony. There is also a small swimming pool
An excellent hotel, the location is very convenient, the view of the Marina (area) is gorgeous, the rooms are clean, the staff is polite, responsive, but the food is monotonous, probably because the restaurant did not work.
A good, decent hotel, but not for a family holiday. Positive:
Large rooms, like an apartment. The room has everything except a dishwasher)Excellent location of the hotel.
Cons: The hotel is small, the territory is small and the pool is small.
Although this was not a disadvantage for us, since the purpose of the trip was different, to get to know the country.
We were at this hotel in early December 2022. The location of the hotel is very convenient, within walking distance of the sea and the metro. Near a good store, pharmacy. The check-in took place with minor problems, because the rooms offered did not correspond to the paid ones.Plus, yes, a hotel is being built nearby and if the windows are facing in that direction, it is very noisy and dusty. Rooms with balconies on the bay say that everyone is busy and cost more, which the operator in Moscow should have told us about (although we have other information from the operator). We lived in a two-room room, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, stove, oven, toaster, kettle. However, if you plan to cook, there are very few dishes and you need to purchase dish washing products yourself, including sponges, towels, etc. The cleaning in the room is very mediocre, walking barefoot in socks it is clear that the floor is not particularly clean, although they are cleaned every day. Towels are not always changed, in recent days 4 towels were taken away altogether, 3 were returned))) We took breakfast and dinner, standard breakfasts (cereals, porridge, omelet, eggs, rolls, cheese, sausage, etc.), dinners are also not bad, without frills, but you can eat. Beef has always been tough, chicken and one dish of fish. There is a pool, small, but you can swim. For those who plan to eat in restaurants, I can advise in the bay, when leaving the hotel (how to go to the sea), go a little to the left, a restaurant of Uzbek cuisine, an acceptable price tag, a good selection of dishes, very tasty lamb. In general, the hotel is not bad, only the noise from the construction site was very disturbing.
In April, I was 2023 ...
I really liked ..
Dubai, hotel, Marina"
Visited, Garden of Eden ..
Indeed, I visited Paradise..
I would like to visit again, so willingly.) - but the old one is 78 years old, I'm already..
Everything is beautiful everywhere, clean, not a speck of dust..
I want you All to go and not lose...Great, Great
A good hotel, 4 stars pulls. The breakfasts are delicious (we only have them included). The view is beautiful. We got a room with a balcony and a view of the port. Some people pay extra for this kind of view. There are Russian-speaking staff. If you are promised a SPA on account of a deposit (mandatory payment upon check-in, we have $ 100 and 140 dirhams) - do not believe it. The SPA salon rents a room in the hotel and provides its services for a fee before the service is rendered. The sea is 10-15 minutes away, there are two ways by which you can reach it. The location of the hotel is very convenient, for such a price, you can forgive all the shoals. The rooms are not the first freshness, but again, you can forgive for such a cost. Hotels on the Marina are more expensive than this one. There is a port with yachts nearby - very beautiful!
relatively cheap for marina - to the metro or to the main beach 10-15 minutes on foot. In the evening, you can walk / run around the marina. This is where the advantages end.
Minuses:
1) the hotel is old. The furniture is old, falling apart, looks very tired.
2) Disgusting central air conditioning system! The corridors and rooms are damp! It is practically impossible to set up the condee in the rooms. It's so damp that there are puddles all over the hotel from condensation dripping from the ceilings.
3) breakfasts are cheap, monotonous and tasteless. It's not worth taking - money is wasted.
4) There is its own infrastructure, but very small. You will not get into the pool, because it is for 5-8 people and is always busy.
5) There is a construction site right under the hotel (10 meters away) - dust on the balconies and noise are provided. There is a mosque 40 meters away. Mullah certainly sings funny, but not at 4 in the morning)))
Bottom line: as a cheap hotel for a relatively (marina) budget accommodation, it is quite suitable. It is impossible to consider it as a "good hotel" for recreation at all.
The staff speaks English. There is no Russian.
