The location is quite good. Not right by the subway, not right by the highway, but with access to the canal. DMCC is 20 minutes away at a leisurely pace, a little longer to the sea. The beach, to be honest, is so-so, I went to Kite beach for the whole day. But here the water is warmer and there are no waves. The path to Blue waters starts from the beach.
The room was struck by the presence of 2 rooms (a living room and a bedroom), and at the entrance there was a full-fledged kitchen with appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle), dishes (plates, pans, saucepans, but not 1 piece each!). However, the spoons and forks were found only on the final day, when they were needed.
Renovation, furniture is worn out, but it's pretty good. Agricultural equipment is not without comments, but it provides functionality.
There are problems with cleaning and changing towels, but not so critical that you can go straight and arrange a showdown.
The food (half board) does not shine with variety, but the assortment is present. On January 7, they had a festive buffet, and then the chefs went wild. There was even a baked turkey, sliced by the chef himself. Dinner can be changed to lunch, but you need to notify the day before.
Upon check-in, you will need to make a deposit ($100 or 200 AED), refunded at check-out.
There is a Russian-speaking staff, all issues were resolved promptly.
I recommend it!
Excellent apartment, the view from the window is incredibly beautiful! The kitchen is good, the staff is helpful, there are Russian speakers, the beach is a 7-minute walk away! Nearby there are shops, a pharmacy
There are a lot of outdoor cafes
The location is great, everything is the most beautiful nearby
Hello..The hotel is located in the Dubai Marina area..the rooms are generally normal, but the hotel is old and tired, we rested there for 7 days, there are a lot of Russians, if you order breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, you will overeat, the portions are very large..plus a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner menu..in general, we were satisfied, thanks to the staff, Sofia, Salim, all good..English language skills are required at the reception!
Among the advantages - a fascinating view of the Marina, responsive staff (there are Russian speakers), good service, a varied buffet, everything is delicious. I really liked the location in the Marina itself. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The beach is a 10-minute interesting walk away. The room is cleaned and linen and towels are changed every day. Bathrobes, slippers on request. Water is brought, but if you follow the water regime or like to indulge in tea, you need to buy it.
The bed is wide, you can comfortably fit a threesome with a child.
Among the disadvantages are tired furniture, old washed towels, there is no heated towel rail and any clothes dryer - which is why underwear and swimwear do not dry well.
Bring toothbrushes and toothpaste with you, it is much more expensive in Dubai.
It's just luck that there is such an apartment hotel in such a place for such a price. Yes, it's not chic and shiny inside, but it's quite decent. We had the necessary set of dishes in our apartment to make breakfast, supermarkets are nearby, the beach or metro can be reached in 15 minutes. Right in front of the hotel there is a marina from where floating restaurants sail. The pool offers a fascinating view of the harbor and high-rise buildings. Of the minuses, I can note the wildly loud air conditioner, but if you cool it all day, then you don't have time to get very hot overnight, so we turned it off
Excellent and not expensive apartments, for your money from the metro about a 12-minute walk, also about to the beach - a cool option, especially the view of the pier, there are the most necessary things for living, the food is ordinary, but we only had breakfast. The staff is friendly, I want to mention the Russian girl Sophia is very hospitable, responsive, and will help with advice-in general I recommend it!!!
Excellent location, convenient access to the beach, promenade, restaurants on the waterfront. Marina Mall shopping center is a 10-minute walk away. There are many grocery stores nearby. About the hotel itself: there were difficulties when checking in, we arrived at the hotel around 7 a.m., checked in at five o'clock in the evening, the children were sleeping on sofas in the lobby, the staff seeing this did not react at all!!! There were five of us, two adults and three children, there were not enough towels in the room, I asked for two days to be added! The cleaning is bad! A meager and not tasty assortment of food, watermelons and melons are not ripe! The pool is small, it is better to take sun beds in the morning, there are very few of them! Our room was two rooms, tired to put it mildly (repair and change of furniture is asking for), the sockets were pulled out of the wall hung on wires, called the engineer, he shoved the socket back and left ...... Tin!!! The window in one of the rooms did not close at all, I called the engineer again, he said it was not blowing and fine.... There are no words!!!! I swatted one cockroach!!!! The hotel does not match the four stars!!! Rated two stars just because of the location!
A good hotel. I liked the breakfasts, they were delicious, in large quantities. The staff is friendly. It is located in a good area, not far from the beach. There is a small swimming pool. The only thing is that toothpaste was not brought without a request and a towel was put in the room for the last two days. Overall, it is wonderful.
The location is excellent, the verandas overlooking the city are very beautiful.
Breakfasts will do, but not for long....
It is better not to take full board, but to eat in neighboring restaurants.
It is convenient that there is its own underground parking.
Good location, there is access to the Dubai Marina embankment. The pool is small, but the view from it is beautiful - just on the embankment directly from the hotel. The rooms are not bad, spacious - kitchen, living room and bedroom are separate. I had a room with a balcony. The staff is normal, the breakfasts are so-so, the same thing alternates...very modest for 4*. There are 2 supermarkets nearby in 2 minutes 24 hours. To the beach 10-15 minutes on foot at a calm pace - in fact, cross the bridge and 1 intersection
Excellent location in Marina. The hotel has access to both the Marina embankment and the street. There are a lot of good and inexpensive cafes and restaurants nearby. 2 large chain and cheap stores. across the street, the exchange rate is better than in a hotel, but worse than in Malls.
The rooms are tired, the equipment of the utensils is different (we were vacationing with friends and their set of items was different).
The breakfasts are varied every day, but not much. You need to ask the waiters for an omelet and scrambled eggs.
The handle on the balcony broke 2 times, it was promptly repaired. they didn't change our towels, the administrators apologized and changed them, but they did it every day with friends.
in general, for these
Great hotel. They settled in a luxury apartment, next to the main building by the pool. I recommend it to everyone. It may be a bit expensive to live in, but as an intercepting accommodation before a cruise, it's exactly what you need. Everything is within walking distance of the Marina, the beach, shops, etc. It is very beautiful and a memory for a long time!
The hotel is not new, but the location and staff are just GREAT!!! Within walking distance of the beach, MarinaMol, shops, DMCC Metro. The room has everything you need, including a stove, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, etc.
View from the balcony!
The 4-star hotel, someone writes that he is very tired, yes, there is an impression that the renovation needs to be updated, time has passed. But the mattresses are very good, the linen is clean, not worn, and the towels are too. When checking in, it's a little euro and I have a room with a great view. Cleaning every day or every other day. But the biggest plus is the place, there are a lot of cafes, shops, and most importantly, the embankment, which is cool to walk along. The beach is about 15 minutes.
The cafe is the best for me Marina pot (across the street)
Almaya store (also across the street)
Metro - DMSS is also nearby
I liked everything, if you don't look at the flaws with a magnifying glass. The staff is polite.
We liked the apartments, good service, cleaning every day. We were given a side room, the marina is visible from the balcony. The location is good, very close to the beach and the metro, as well as the tram to the island of Parus. There are many shops nearby, for more budget food I recommend the Marina Pot restaurant.
There is a kitchen in the room, there is a minimum of dishes: a pot, a frying pan, several plates, knives, a board, mugs, glasses, there is no salt and oil, there is nothing else, everything needs to be bought. There is also a washing machine, but you also need to buy the powder yourself. A good variety of breakfasts, but you'll sit outside, because birds steal food there, and in general it's unpleasant to sit like that when jackdaws are flying around. In general, I recommend it for a family vacation in Dubai.
Great location, great view of the Marina. The room is clearly in need of repair, there is no Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The price is fully consistent with the 4ki level.
A great option for those who plan to travel rather than stay in a hotel.
Very good hotel, good location, helpful staff, varied food, but the cleaning is so-so (towels may not be changed)
Beach towels are paid for and they make sure that they are not taken by the pool.
A room with a view must be paid in advance
We stayed at this hotel in September 2024. Upon arrival, we decided to leave a review immediately. Previously, I read in reviews about the distances to the subway, the beach, the mall - they wrote that it was close enough. I've been timing it, and it's not really close. From the hotel itself to the jbr beach - 25 minutes in one direction at a calm, brisk pace (I mean to the sand with water, and still walk over the bridge, crossing roads with traffic lights and active traffic). It's uncomfortable.
To Dubai marina mall - 20 minutes at a medium-fast pace in one direction (the road is convenient, along the pleasant marina embankment), to the metro - 15 minutes at a medium-fast pace (the way to the metro is not very comfortable).
The climate was very humid and stuffy, scorching sun and stuffiness, only after 21:00 and from 6:00 to 11:00 fresher, without sun. The locals said that even in the season when the temperature is lower and there is less sun, humidity and stuffiness are present all year round.
There are a lot of grocery stores, cafes, restaurants around, close by. Marina embankment was very pleasant, clean, cozy, there is no unpleasant smell from the water.
JBR beach is wide, light yellow sand, but it is unclean. There are a lot of very small shells, you can injure your leg, you saw cigarette butts, cans, that is, imperfectly clean, the entrance to the water is also pebbles, shells, broken shells and something else.
The water is clean, good, the entrance is gentle.
The beach area with a promenade-dedicated road and many cafes, hookah bars, changing rooms, sun beds - did not impress, everything is chaotically located, dirty, very noisy in the evenings, crowded plus cars.
About the hotel: located at a distance from the above is not very convenient. To get to all the sights only by metro (like Burj Khalifa, etc.). Would you come here again? Probably not.
About the hotel: there is practically no territory, there are 3 palm trees at the entrance to the reception, a children's slide, a swimming pool. And to the side there are tables on the street, in the form of a terrace overlooking the marina embankment. You can sit and eat at them. Tables and chairs are very dirty, do not wash at all.
The lobby, where the reception is small. The guys at the reception are not bad, no one spoke Russian, it's difficult to speak, but you can. The hotel room was bought back in May 2024 with accommodation in September. I was surprised that the room was not prepared. They categorically said that they would be allowed in no earlier than 15:00, the check-in time is indicated on the website. The room was provided in a dirty condition. The room is good, we liked the area, layout, 5th floor, partial view of the marina and the pool, partially - on the road with a grocery store. The side was not scorching- sunny, quiet, we liked it. Balcony. Clothes dryer. There are 2 tables in the baokon zone. There is a corridor in the room, a kitchen area + a living room, a separate bedroom and a shared bathroom. There was a full bath, not a shower cabin. Cleaning upon check-in lasted for 2 hours, because the hotel staff tuned the TV (there are 2 of them in the room), brought dishes, towels, funds, etc. We liked the room, the furniture was everything for a comfortable stay. During the 13 days of our stay, water (as many bottles as you want) tea sets, coffee with cream were constantly brought, towels, perfumes, cosmetics and hygiene products were changed, wet cleaning was carried out - we also liked it. There were shampoo, liquid soap, body gel, body cream, toothbrushes, pastes, slippers, ironed safe. an iron board. I washed all the appliances.the car worked perfectly in perfect condition. The bed linen and towels were clean, white, without stains and holes. Sometimes we came across towels with stains, but we immediately opened them, looked at them and asked them to replace them, they immediately changed them for good ones. I didn't mind drying off.
Breakfast. We bought a room with BB, we liked the breakfasts at first, not salty, not spicy, not sour, as they are mainly cooked in the UAE - there is an experience of staying in other emirates. Then the extremely monotonous menu and not very suitable for the term buffet began to disappoint. In 13 days, only pasta was changed to dry rice or noodles with vegetables. The rest is the same thing from day to day and very simple.
There have never been any salads, the pastries are semi-dry, the choice is very small. From fruits - watermelon, melon, orange - not sweet, green. Once they took apples, they were terribly sour. Milk porridge is oatmeal every day, in the form of thick porridge it was only 2 times in 13 days, the rest of the days - they diluted a glass of oatmeal with water and milk, served in the form of liquid soup, without butter and sugar, it is not possible to eat. We made a remark to the cooks. 2 3 types of cheese 2 types of olives 2 types of sausage are edible. Hot dishes: egg and potatoes or zucchini stewed with sausages, other nonsense. There was no meat or fish. Boring breakfasts. There are only 2 types of juice . Tea and coffee are bitter and not tasty.
The waiters were great, they worked very actively, politely and in a timely manner. The hall itself, where breakfasts are held, is clean, cozy, comfortable, you can buy lunches and dinners. There are no additional restaurants in the hotel. But there is a gym (a small room, a room of 10 meters), there are only 6 simulators, they are tightly packed, it is difficult to pass one. Massage and spa are open around the clock, the prices are staggering, not used. We lived in 5* in another emirate, the prices for spa and massage were even lower. An area with booklets of excursions without an employee. The place was always empty, excursions are not offered at the hotel. Corridors, elevator, clean, good. But the reception area is dusty and dirty.
About visiting the pool: towels are good, 1 in hand per person, sun beds with mattresses, but there are only 4 umbrellas for 20 sun beds. I liked that the pool was covered with skyscrapers around, there was little sun. The water is comfortable and clean. The pool is small, everything was placed. Mini-pool for children. Of the minuses, the step down to the pool was skewed, swayed and creaked, turned to the workers, no measures were taken. You have to understand that people with different weights and use them in different ways. One worker at the pool distributes towels for both the lifeguard and the cleaner. The pool staff is unfriendly. Beach towels are not provided.
Towels are provided in the room for 3 pcs per person.
To sum up, our impression is mixed, the hotel itself made a positive impression. For those who go for a beach holiday and want to enjoy the sea, going to the beach is not an option, especially in this climate. Those who are going to see the city and just stay in a city hotel, probably need to pick up closer to the subway. In general, everyone has their own. But we concluded that it is more comfortable when there is a swimming pool and its own beach area at the hotel.
A clean, cozy apartment hotel, in a good location from shops and the sea, with a beautiful view of the port. Delicious food, polite staff, but no one knows Russian.
Excellent 7-storey hotel on the waterfront. Heated swimming pool, Playground next to the hotel. There is a supermarket with a currency exchange point across the street. Exit from the hotel to the embankment: pedestrian through the main entrance of 300 meters, by elevator through the basement, up the stairs from the pool area directly to the embankment. Nearby there is a parking lot for boats and yachts for walking and fishing. The restaurant has a large selection of buffets. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is very friendly!!!
The most budget apartments in the most expensive area of Dubai. The rooms are tired. The staff is very polite. If you leave 5-10 dirhams, they are cleaned very well. The room has its own kitchen with a stove and oven. There are very few dishes. There is enough hot water in the boiler of one bathroom to wash 2 people. The breakfasts are modest. Free underground parking. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. The pool in the hotel is small, but with a wonderful view. There are several grocery stores nearby, a not very profitable exchanger, car rental, a bunch of restaurants. A decent crowd in the area. Alcohol market in Marina Mall. Everything is more expensive than in remote areas of Dubai. We rested there for the second time. For those who do not sit in the room, but go to the beach and visit the sights, this is a very good option.
the location of this hotel is not bad nearby:several grocery stores, a couple of pharmacies, the metro, and the Marina Mall shopping center, and most importantly a beautiful promenade!!!the rooms are of course a little old (((! the service is even very good!the staff is very friendly))There are a couple of Russian-speaking people! The food at this hotel is super..everything is sterile and delicious!!!cleanliness is not excellent and not bad 50-50(:the view is beautiful!!!the kitchen copes with the tasks quickly!!!
Plus, it's only in the Marina embankment, the air conditioning can't cope, the room worked very loudly, condensate dripped directly onto the table, in the hall on the 6th floor from the ceiling, condensate is wet and damp, the sofa for the child did not unfold, one evening the water was turned off without warning in the room smelly freshener, no bathrobes, slippers only for adults, repair of blunders, seams are smeared, towels in the pool are just tired and almost holes, and in the room with threads, does not match the price exactly, I will not return anymore and I will not advise for sure, I regret that Peral Marina did not stop by again much better and at the same price, in principle, also upon departure we tried to persuade you to make a good review at the reception, fuck... but not a review. Improve the service.
An excellent hotel (apartments)
is located in a great location, 10 minutes to the sea, 10 minutes to the metro.
There are many cafes and restaurants around
Marina for boats and yachts (for walks and excursions)
- 2 minutes.
The promenade for walking runs along the hotel
The prices are very pleasant ✅
I really liked the location, near the Marina Mall and the beach! The hotel is very clean, the pool is small, but it is enough, the staff is kind and helpful! The breakfasts are quite decent and fruits and vegetables, pastries are all there except meat, sausages instead of them 🌭 everything is delicious 😋I recommend this hotel to my friends. The room was taken from the balcony and overlooking the Marina, and arriving at night we were stunned by the beauty of the bay, it's like in a fairy tale! Everything is on 5, we will definitely come again ❗
The location is excellent.
The breakfasts are normal: there are omelets, salads, pastries, there is almost no choice of meat dishes.
The rooms are old and dirty, but for the money you have to be prepared for it. The hot water in the room is very limited, 10 minutes, then wait for heating.
Nice hotel. With a convenient location for us. There is a subway nearby. Not far from the beach. There is a swimming pool. Cafe. Exit to the canal embankment. Great views. The problem was that the windows of our room 112 faced the road and sometimes some systems, fans turned on under the windows at night and buzzed at night.
Nice hotel. There is a swimming pool overlooking the Dubai Marina, very cooling after the heat. In the evening, everything is highlighted. The hotel itself is beautiful, helpful staff. I liked everything. I will definitely come back here again.
I liked the hotel...we checked into the room and it turned out that there were no adapters for Russian equipment...after the call at the reception, it was delivered in five minutes. The staff is respectful... Direct view of DUBAI MARINA...but not from all rooms...for example, 502...4...6...8 overlooking the Marina....starting from the 10th, there is a view of the city.
Breakfasts are normal...there are shops nearby... cafes...restaurants...It's a long way to the sea. 20...25 min walk....A big plus...private pool with a magnificent view of the Marina
The location is good, 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. The room is excellent from 2 rooms, there is everything you need. The staff is helpful. The food is quite satisfactory.
I am here, a great hotel, the location is gorgeous, it takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach, the breakfasts are monotonous, but you can eat, stayed for 4 nights. The reception is well done.
Excellent apartments, Especially if you take them with a balcony and a view of the Marina, the views are amazing) A separate mercy for the hotel staff, they will always help and tell you) Hi Nazreen and Khalia😁 excellent always help in all matters)) 15 minutes walk to the sea, 15 minutes from the metro) Recommend 👍
A nice hotel located in a beautiful location. The pleasant staff solves all issues promptly. There are no questions about nutrition. Everything is delicious.
It was in January. The sea is quite cool. The hotel is not bad, but I absolutely did not like the city. There are only skyscrapers around, there is no architecture. The city is very scattered. There is practically no public transport. If you want to get somewhere, then you need to call a taxi. I liked only the flower park.
Everything is great, very nice view, cozy rooms, clean and cozy, but the food is lame.In the hotel restaurant, the food is so-so, of course, but there are a lot of cool restaurants nearby within walking distance, so everything is OK + do not forget that there are apartments here and you can cook yourself👍There is also a swimming pool on the territory, which also offers a beautiful view.
The hotel is very well located, access to the Marina canal embankment, with restaurants, yachts, skyscrapers. To the beach along the embankment 15-20 minutes on foot in any direction. Rooms with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious, it would be desirable to update them, but not critical, in general everything is comfortable, cleaning every day, there are beach towels. The staff responds to all requests and comments immediately. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. On my birthday, a compliment from the hotel was left in the room - a betotortik. Very cute. I recommend the hotel, the ratio of price and quality is optimal.
Very well located. The rooms are large, comfortable (we stayed in room 58 m.). Fully equipped kitchen: Full-size refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, set of dishes. The furniture is slightly tired, but not critical. The staff is attentive and polite, but it is better to have a minimum of English. The pool is small. The fitness center is a small room with a couple of good exercise machines and no free weights. The breakfasts are decent, not to say that they are very diverse, but on the whole not bad. The combination of price and quality is good, I recommend it.
Very nice apartment hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. The rooms are equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, stove,. Great view from the balcony. We cleaned up every day. Everything is nearby: shops, metro, exchangers. The sea is 20 minutes away by a quiet walk along the beautiful embankment.

The best thing about this hotel is the location! 10 minutes to the sea, 10 minutes to the Marina Mall, 10 minutes to the metro, the hotel itself is on the embankment, there are many places nearby where you can comfortably sit, eat, smoke a hookah, and hangouts on the beach are also nearby. The hotel itself is "tired", it requires renovation, the furniture is old, there is not enough repair. But that's okay, but the cleaning in the rooms was very upsetting! The floors were dirty, the walls were stained, and there was stagnant dust on the shelves and baseboards.. some of the guests who came along with us even refused to check in and asked tour operators to change the hotel. The food was not impressive. Breakfast is a Swiss table, the choice is small.. Lunch and dinner - there are certain sets, a choice of hot and side dishes. The portions are large, but the dishes are controversial. The staff is very friendly, they react quickly to everything, they try to provide the guests with a good rest, only good things can be said here, a separate greeting to Nazreen and a Russian-speaking young man, unfortunately I forgot his name!)
We are flying from Intourist tour operator, Fly dubai airline. The meeting party in the UAE is Anextour (I don't know why). We spend a lot of time at the airport, about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. This is because the police detained some tourists who were supposed to ride with us on the same bus and we were waiting for them. According to representatives of Anextour, they are obliged to wait for tourists for 2 hours from the moment the flight lands.
Then we load up on the bus and go, our hotel is the last one.
We chose this hotel because of its good location and price. 2 years ago we were at a nearby hotel called the Jannah Marina Hotel apartments, it was better, but first things first.
So, we got to the hotel at 14:20, check-in at 15:00. They didn't move in ahead of time, but that's okay, it's good not to wait long. We went to a nearby store, bought water, tea and ice cream. Upon check-in, the tax was paid 100 dirhams (20 dirhams per day). Keep in mind that you will be asked for a deposit upon check-in. It is 200 dirhams or 100 dollars. The deposit is refunded on the day of eviction. If you left a deposit in dollars, it will be returned in dollars, if in dirhams, then in dirhams.
Number
We got a room on the 2nd floor with a partial view of the pool and marina. The room is large and consists of 2 rooms. At the entrance you enter a small corridor, on the left there is a kitchen, then the room itself with a sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. From it there is an exit to the bedroom with a large and comfortable bed, and from the bedroom there is an exit to the bathroom.node. There is also a balcony.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: hob, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine. Dishes are also present. An ironing board and an iron are included. It is important to take into account that the hotel is not new and everything is already quite shabby and shabby. Nearby is the Jannah hotel, it is newer, the furniture is fresh, but the price for it this time was almost 2 times more, so the choice fell on SIGNATURE. The novelty of the room was not important to us, because we only slept in the room, and the rest of the time we were on the beach and wandering around the city. But for some it may be critical.
Please note that in the bathroom, hot water is supplied from a water heater, its volume is enough for 2 people to wash, then you have to wait for the water to heat up.
Territory
This is an ordinary city hotel, there is no territory as such. Outside there is a small swimming pool with a view of the Dubai Marina. We have never been in the pool, mostly Indians splashed there all the time.
Sport
There is a small gym on the ground floor. But it's purely to keep yourself in good shape. The equipment is very tight. If 3 people are engaged, it will already be crowded. By the way, there is no cooler in the hall, so take water with you.
Food
We only had breakfast. If you take half board (breakfast + dinner), then 15,000 rubles had to be added to the cost for 6 days of stay. Whether it's worth it or not is up to you to decide, but remember that you live in an expensive area where food prices are not the lowest. There are several cafes with an acceptable price tag where we had dinner, I will write about them below. You can also cook yourself, because you have a kitchen).
The food for breakfast is ordinary (scrambled eggs, porridges, pasta, sausages, sliced, etc.), but delicious. Desserts and pastries are also great. The diet does not change much, every day everything is the same, plus or minus.
If you want to eat more or less on a budget, then there is an Uzbek restaurant within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The waiters speak Russian there, Uzbek and Russian cuisines are presented. There is shish kebab, pilaf, shurpa, etc. We had 150 dirhams for two. At the rate of 26, this is 3900 rubles.
You can also eat at the Grill & Chill cafe price tag +/- as in Uzbekim, but this cafe is not very conveniently located, right next to the road. We only went to this place because of the great cocktails.
Purchase of products
There is a large Choithrams supermarket opposite the hotel. You can buy any products there, but the price tag for everything there is relatively high. There is also a pharmacy there.
There is another supermarket 400 meters away called VIVA. They sell products only under their own brand, but the price tag is significantly lower than in Choithrams. We bought water, ice cream, tea there, and so on for small things.
Location
The hotel has a very good location. The road to the sea takes 15 minutes. You can walk along the embankment or along an ordinary street. In general, in my opinion, it is very important that you have the opportunity to get to the sea on foot, because waiting for shuttles, taking the subway and buses is so much fun. In this regard, the hotel is very conveniently located. Marina Mall is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. This is certainly not the Dubai Mall, but it has everything you need. There is a metro station next to the mall, which opens up opportunities for you to travel all over Dubai on your own and see many attractions on your own.
Souvenirs
Go to the Day tot Day shops for souvenirs. There is a very large selection of all sorts of things at affordable prices. In addition to souvenirs, you can buy chocolate-covered dates there, which will be 30-40% cheaper than in a regular store.
Weather
We were at the hotel in early June, when the daytime temperature rose to 40 degrees. The main question that is often asked online is: is it worth going to Dubai in this heat? I will say this, if you tolerate the heat in Moscow normally, then you will cope with it normally there. The main thing is to plan the day. Let's say you are at sea from 8-11. Then you return to the hotel (have lunch, sleep) or go to the mall. From 16-19 back to the sea. In the evening you have dinner and go to explore the sights). The only thing is that I would not take children under the age of 7 in such heat, but this is only my opinion. There were a lot of people with children from 1 year old on the beach, and they all swam, played and were happy.
So, take a lot of sunscreen with you, have a good mood and go to this beautiful country called the UAE!
A great hotel with a great view of the marina! The room is huge with two bright rooms, a large balcony, and there were two exits to it. The food is wonderful, the staff is friendly, we were very satisfied!
A good hotel, the view of the marina is incomparable, both from the room and from the pool. Polite and friendly staff, everything we asked for, Everyone tried to do right away. I really liked it. If we return to Dubai again, I absolutely do not exclude that it is to this hotel.
Upon check-in at the hotel, they take a deposit in dirhams or dollars, check-in takes place from 15 o'clock, we arrived at 10 a.m., we were checked in at 14:30. While we were waiting, we went to have lunch at the Uzbekim cafe - delicious and inexpensive. The rooms in the hotels are spacious, we had one bedroom, the room is age-appropriate hotels. It is better to take a room with a view of the Marina, you will not regret it. The breakfasts are standard, you can stay in a refrigerated room or sit at a table outside. It's more than a kilometer to the sea, you can walk in two ways, either on the bridge to the right, as we walked, or on the bridge to the left, it's not so picturesque. On the way to the sea, we always stopped at McDonald's for ice cream in a cone, for 2 dirhams it was delicious and inexpensive. The sea is better in the morning, the water is clean and there are few people, after lunch it is worse in every sense and in the evening local migrant workers come to the beach. We got what we expected from the hotel: unobtrusive service, a fairly convenient location between the sea and the metro and an adequate price.
There are no disadvantages in this hotel. Only the advantages. I love Signature Hotel Apartment. Everything is at a high level. The room is large and comfortable. It's all clear
The hotel is old, but not bad. All conditions for hotel guests have been created. I liked the breakfasts. We were from 02/14.24 to 02/14.24. We will return again next February.
