Great place to stay. Best location for turists. My thanks to Nabi, Waseem, Ubaid, Haja, Nagendra making our living pleasent.
Clean and quiet rooms. Delicious breakfast. All you could wish is available.
I would rate it 3 stars, but there is a swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurant, underground parking and a nightclub. The hotel is in need of renovation. The plumbing is in a deplorable state. Black mold on the grout of the seams. The shower hoses are torn, the water switch lever has fallen off. While washing, there is a huge puddle on the floor, wherever you direct the jet. The minibar warms, not cools (even after replacement). Bathrobes and slippers were missing upon check-in - they were brought after a call at the reception. The bathrobes and towels are torn. But! The pillows are comfortable, although not orthopedic, the mattress is also very comfortable. The sconces by the bed are taped up. The rooftop pool, although small, is pleasant - there are stairs and steps for children. Towels are provided by the pool, the sun beds are decent. The pool is cooled - it's very cool in the heat. The gym is tiny. For show. The nightclub is very loud - music can be heard on the 4th floor. For smokers, the 2nd floor is impossible to sleep there. The windows do not open in the entire hotel. Sockets! There are no European ones anywhere. There are no adapters at the reception. The adapter in the store is about 60 dirhams. With difficulty, they plugged the European plug into 2 of the 6 sockets. Now about the pleasant things. The metro and Mall of the Emirates are 7 minutes away on foot. We ordered Breakfast+Lunch + dinner" you will not stay hungry, there is something to choose. But no frills. You need to go to the beach and other places either by metro + bus or by taxi (from 40 dirhams) or rent a car. It is not realistic to move around the city on foot. If you order a taxi at the reception, it will be more expensive than "by hand". Buses run on an unclear schedule. If we consider the price-quality ratio, then I would recommend it. But there was an Ibis chain hotel nearby - I would have considered it too.
I liked the hotel.
Helpful staff, always attentive. A good buffet, different every day. The undoubted advantage is the presence of a private pool on the roof, this is a good plus! It is also an excellent location, very close, a 5-minute walk from the Mall of Emirates and the metro.
The only drawback is that there is no free bus to the beach from the hotel, although when choosing a hotel with a travel agent, it was stated on the website. I don't know who said it, the hotel itself or the tour operator, but someone lied.
But otherwise everything was fine.
We were so happy when we found this hotel almost in the center at an affordable price, but in vain (The reception is beautiful, especially during the New Year, there are few people, the food is good and varied, the rooms are beautiful and huge - almost apartments! But... the main problem was the water - warm runs for only 10 minutes, then you wait for 20 minutes to heat up, I did not have time to wash my head (We contacted the staff, came in half an hour, spread our hands, said - wait until it warms up. If you are sleeping sensitively, take a room not with a beautiful view of the Sail, but with a view of the neighboring hotel, you will not hear the nightclub downstairs. TV is a separate song, half of the channels do not show, the rest are slowing down, cartoons have not been found for the child. And it also became a problem for us to clean the room, firstly, the linen was not changed every time, secondly, for some reason they always gave us only one towel, and also turned on the air conditioner to its fullest, came to the ice room. No matter how many problems were explained at the reception, they were not solved. So, despite the nice hotel with a great location, they would not have checked in a second time (
5 stars for the price and location
Minus - The hotel is not new.
Minus - Cleaning problems
The disadvantage is the old gym, cramped
Plus, everything is solved quickly
Plus, there is almost always a room.
Plus - a comfortable bed
Plus, the desk works well and the desk is comfortable and light in the room
Well, the hotel is of course already a little shabby, but the location is excellent: there are small shops and cafes and a Mall and metro and not far from all the attractions. The rooms are clean, they only feed us breakfast was normal, you will find something to eat buffet, fruits were always there if you didn't come late, the cafe was certainly cramped, you had to wait in line for a table. Well, the music from the club is heard perfectly on the 2nd floor, and on the 4th, too, it's just a little quieter, but you get so tired of impressions you'll fall asleep anyway. On the top floor there is a heated swimming pool, and sun loungers and towels are provided.
Clean, but not new enough. There is no adapter, although it is stated in their brochure that there is. It is also indicated that there is a shuttle service to the beach, but it is not available, neither paid nor free.
The breakfasts are delicious. The fragrance in the hotel is always pleasant. The staff is polite. Close to the metro and shopping center.
The hotel did not like the word at all, stayed for 6 nights, of which I slept only 1 time. There is some kind of nightclub on the ground floor of the hotel, rock music is playing until 4:00. You can hear everything on the fourth floor in the corner room, maybe they have a scene there. The furniture is all old and scratched. If you go to the toilet, you won't be able to close the door until you're pressed against the corner, it's very tight. There are no adapters for English sockets. The hallway is dirty and the room was poorly cleaned. The food is monotonous, but honestly, everything is edible, for this one ball.
The hotel is not new, but quite pleasant, there are shortcomings in the condition of the carpet in the rooms, bed linen. We took accommodation and breakfasts and dinners. Breakfasts are not very diverse, dinners are much better. There is a swimming pool on the roof, small, at about 10 -12 m. As a business hotel, it is quite good in terms of price and quality.
We lived in this hotel as a family in 2019, the hotel is not bad, not big, but cozy, a Russian-speaking manager worked at the reception desk, helped solve all problems and questions, the rooms were tired, but in general it was fine, the food was quite good, we took breakfast and dinner, everything was very tasty for local cuisine, various dishes. The most gorgeous is the location of the hotel, across the street Emirates mall, when it was boring to walk around the shopping center, which by the way has a ski slope, also a 5-minute walk to the metro station, and there is also a cafe-shop with local sweets nearby - this is something unforgettable!
The hotel is suitable both for living alone and in company. I stayed with my dad. One of the advantages is a comfortable wardrobe, there is a small refrigerator, a kettle. Of the minuses - there is no view from the window, there is no balcony, the bed is small and not very comfortable. In general, if you need a hotel in order to just leave your things in the room and go for a walk all day, it will do)
A very great good hotel, the staff is very very kind.I even met my brother at the hotel, his name is Sheraul, he is very handsome. In general, you come to this hotel
And everything seems to be fine, the pool, clean and large room, clean bathroom. But there is one thing, for a couple of weeks of stay, a fire alarm was triggered three times at night, since there are restaurants on the 1st floor, and a nightclub on the 2nd. Whose visitors can be heard with the window open.
Well, I recommend this hotel is very noisy disco club on the 1st floor
You can hear it on all floors and it's not very pleasant, like I came to rest, but it turns out worse, I had to move to another hotel
We were persistently asked to leave a review on 3 resources at the reception via a qr code. The deposit was not refunded until we saw that we were going to the site to insert a review. This is Dubai baby
A little tired but very inexpensive and comfortable hotel in Dubai. The breakfasts for my money are generally excellent. The rooftop pool is small, but you can swim there alone.
Not bad!!! In the center of the centers! Not far from the metro! Take a higher floor, there is a disk on the 1st floor every day, a little anxious)))) breakfast is normal, but sometimes you have to wait for others to eat! The room is cleaned well! Especially if you ask)) in general, norms, you can settle
Expectation/reality. The hotel is not even close to 4*. Maybe in the year of construction it was worthy of this title, but now it's just some old hotel. The rooms are already tired, the water is running, the toilet breaks every other day. The hotel has a night club, music is hammering until night, audibility on all floors is almost. The windows are dirty, the sound insulation is at zero. The food is not a buffet, you come and wait, you are served dishes that are on the chef's menu for today. The food is so-so. Of the advantages of this hotel, this is only the location. Near Emirates Mall, metro station. The most important thing is that now there is no transfer to the beach at the hotel due to the pandemic, we found out about one thing when we arrived. For the first time in my life, I did not guess with a hotel in Dubai, the description and reality always coincided. It's just a complete disappointment. Don't be fooled by good reviews!!! The hotel is terrible!
Excellent hotel, good service, delicious breakfasts. Ravikant and Rahul are great guys who cleaned the rooms, very polite! I am very happy with everything! Thanks)
We had a rest in February 2020 , I really liked it ! Friendly staff ! Very clean cleaning every day! We only had breakfast very fresh and were not hungry! Water and tea and coffee were brought to the room every day ! There is a Russian - speaking guy at the reception ! And before we stop here , everything is nearby ! Thank you , the hotel is super , cleaning and clean every day , just super, I lived on the 5th floor ,501 rooms, the view is just super there are no words
Good afternoon! This year in June we had a family vacation at this hotel. I liked everything. We lived on the 6th floor. I liked the food. Service too. The staff is polite. But there were no Russian speakers. But we understood each other. Cleaning was done and linen was changed every day. We'll go for breakfast. They came and everything is already cleaned up. I would like to have TV channels in Russian. The nozzle on the outlet went, or rather the nozzle on the charger for a cell phone. These are small things. Near Dubai Mall. Metro. We didn't spend much time during the day, as we went on excursions more. The rooftop pool is better before lunch. Nice not expensive hotel. It is better to take alcohol with you to the room. Smoking was allowed in the room. But as a family, I had to take the elevator down.

Excellent hotel, solid 4-ka. I rested with my husband 3 times in it.
Cleanliness in the room, stunning comfortable, large beds even in an ordinary standard room. very friendly staff, asked to change the room higher, easily changed. The air conditioner always worked properly in all rooms, the water is always hot and cold. Bottled water is brought every day. The bed and towels are always changed when you ask, even every day.
We rested for the first time in 2018 . There was a buffet every day for breakfast and lunch and dinner. The last time we had a rest was in 2021: food was served individually to everyone according to the daily menu, at the choice of the guest. It was always possible to choose both chicken and fish with different delicious side dishes . The food has become more modest, but very tasty) portions individually brought huge!
There is a scheduled shuttle service to the beach every day -In the morning and after lunch. The beach to which the transfer takes you is simply amazing. the very beach where the Parus Hotel is, the sand is gentle and clean, like the Persian Gulf. The beach is huge, there is always a place to stay light.
From the hotel to the metro - exactly 7 minutes on foot. Also 7-9 minutes walk to the excellent MALL of Emirates. All luxury brands and usually can also be found here and have a great time.
I recommend it !
Nothing so the hotel, average, was when I was still taking the bus to the beach. An ordinary city hotel for tourists, metro nearby, Emirates pier. kitchen without frills and a very small hall
A very old room stock, plumbing needs repair, the rooms are adjacent to the neighboring one and are separated from each other by a locked door, because of this, absolutely everything that happens in the next room can be heard, like going to the toilet, washing, etc.
Excellent hotel, good service, friendly, friendly staff. The rooms are large, spacious, and cleaned daily. Literally a three-minute walk to the metro and the large mall of the emirates. The hotel is located in a not very tourist area, i.e. there is not much to see, but you can eat inexpensively and deliciously, the benefit of cafes and restaurants of various cuisines of the world is more than enough here. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to Kite beach, and there is also a rooftop pool.
In terms of price-quality ratio, it will be difficult to find a better hotel than this one.
It was the first time in this hotel, but the location is convenient for the opportunity to get to different parts of the city, with minimal time, allows you to save time on moving. The rooms are cleaned daily, always clean and tidy. Good breakfast.
If you want to spoil your vacation by getting food poisoning, then you should go to this hotel. After the first dinner, I felt unwell, I was rinsing all over. I don't recommend it to anyone

The service is good, the breakfasts are delicious, but the hotel itself is a little outdated.
Rested from 30.12.2019 to 06.06.2020.
The hotel fully corresponds to 4+, it can be seen. which is not new, but the bed linen and towels are perfectly clean, it seems that they are new.
Buffet food, without much variety, but quite good. I wasn't hungry. I was especially pleased with the presence of watermelons for breakfast and dinner.
The location is also quite itself, from the metro 3-5 minutes on foot, to the Mall of The Emirates 3-5 minutes on foot.
From the shuttle hotel to the beach, the beach at the "Sail", I passed a little further, there are also municipal beaches, it seemed better to me there.
At the reception, a Russian guy, Valery, is very friendly, always ready to help. In general, the hotel staff is friendly and always ready to help.
Wonderful location of the hotel: near the metro, from the pool area you can see the Sail, the Burj Khalifa.
The food is not varied, it alternates every other day, but you will not be hungry, for sure.
There is a Russian-speaking staff-Roman. He has repeatedly helped with advice and has always been responsive to requests.
The rooms are clean, cleaned every day.
There are a sufficient number of cafes around the hotel where you can eat.
There is alcohol in the hotel, but at very high prices.
The hotel has a bus to the nearest beach, to the Sail. But the beach itself was not impressed. We traveled independently by metro and taxi to Marina Beach and Lamer.
In general, during the week that we were guests of the hotel, we liked everything. I recommend it.
I liked the hotel, it's not new, but it was expected. We lived from December 19 to December 26, on the 4th floor. The noise of cars can be heard from the highway a little, but it didn't bother me, although it annoyed my husband a little. There is a mini bar with drinks in the room, and chips and nuts on the table. If you do not want money to be withdrawn from the deposit, then do not eat.Take alcohol and sausage with you.You can have a snack in the evening.Food is expensive everywhere, so we took breakfast and lunch, if desired, you can change it for dinner. And so they ate to the brim, gained 2 kg each. Breakfast: cheeses, vegetables, pancakes, eggs, omelets, jams and fruits.Watermelon and oranges are fresh.Canned pineapples and peaches.Lunch:soups, mashed potatoes, salads, the second with fish, meat and a side dish and at the end a dessert of fruit. There is a Russian-speaking guy at the reception, his name is Valery, he can explain everything. He gave me a subway map, I asked him to mark where I would sit, and the final exit point.I went to get a fur coat on Nasser Square, as you leave a large building on the 2nd floor on the right.Don't open your mouth, there are Velcro straps that will immediately pass us, which will not let us pass as they hear the Russian speech. They have a percentage of these fur coats if they come with you.I advise you to bargain, agree to bring it to the hotel, so as not to pay extra to the escorts.I even scared them with the police, all to no avail. The metro is a five-minute walk, the mall store is also seven minutes. But the stores are expensive, at our dollar rate.1 dirham-18 rubles.
Not a bad city hotel with a good location in the Al-Barsha area. If you go to the right, you'll get to the Mall of Emirates in three or four minutes. If you go to the left, you will reach the nearest metro station in three or four minutes. And the proximity to the metro in Dubai is a big deal, because it is most convenient and cheaper to move around the city by metro. You can't walk to the sea on your own - it would seem that it's not so far away, but Dubai's transport interchanges block all pedestrian paths. A free shuttle takes you from the hotel to the beach, but only once a day in the morning and takes you back at lunch. They take you to the beach next to the Burj Al-Arab (Sail), on the right side of it. In December, almost all the days there were big waves, rescuers hung out red flags and no one was allowed to swim for the joy of surfers. But after walking ten minutes to the right (away from the Sail), you can get to another beach, where the waves are smaller and the rescuers are loyal - they do not forbid swimming. There is also a small cafe on the shore, showers and changing cabins. And so there is another option to take the subway and drive to Dubai Marina. There is a more interesting beach there (although there are a lot of people), there are practically no waves, and in the right part, in the direction where the parachutists land, it is generally calm. But I didn't find any showers there, and the sea in the Persian Gulf is quite salty.
On the roof there is a small swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas. From the roof there is a beautiful view of Dubai and Burj Khalifa, and you can see the Sail with Jumeirah Beach and Dubai Marina, and even Atlantis on a Palm Tree. The palm itself, by the way, is not visible that it is a palm tree - only from an airplane / parachute / paraglider apparently. In December, the hotel's workload was very low, and there was either no one at all at the pool, or a maximum of three or four people. Yes, actually, there are no more than ten sunbeds there. The cafe also has no more than ten tables. But in December, again, because of the low load, one or two tables were occupied, or even no one at all, and sometimes the buffet was replaced with dinner with a waiter, but the portions were huge and varied - it was impossible to eat everything. It was uncomfortable even in front of the waiter. The food is good.
Roman, a Russian guy, works at the reception, he solved all the issues promptly, always prompted everything on the case if something was needed.
The rooms are cleaned every day, the bed is made fresh, cleaned well, tea and coffee sets are updated, everything is OK with this.
The only disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of balconies. But this is already a minus for the architect, and most city hotels do.
Disgusting hotel, the pictures on the websites do not correspond to the fact. Dusty lobby, rooms in terrible condition, breakfast - it's better to eat somewhere else.
The picture is beautiful, but in real life there are too many shoals for five stars. And so in general, the hotel is normal, I would rate 4 stars with a stretch.
