A car dealership, and even more so a service that needs to be avoided. I bought a Vesta from them, after a couple of months the brake light sensor failed, the service manager said that this was not a warranty case, this sensor is a consumable, the same as light bulbs, pads, etc. The issue price is 600 rubles. No, we won't do it, but if you want, we'll send the sensor to the factory for examination.
Immediately after leaving the dealership, there were problems with the manual transmission gearshift, the rear one turned on every other time. When contacting the service, I received a response from the service manager, this is AvtoVAZ, what do you want, this is normal.
I also dealt with the problem of an extraneous knock in the suspension, as it turned out, I ordered the electric power steering to live for a long time, the service manager gave an original answer, the pads were worn out, a replacement was needed (mileage 12,000 km). The service manager asked me how I could respond if it was still pads. An autopsy at the official dealer in the Russian Federation showed that the pads were not worn out, and the electric amplifier was out of order.

It was especially epic when these comrades had a huge "WARRANTY" banner hanging on the building, but when they contacted the answer, it was the manufacturer's fault.
