We only had breakfast there and therefore I can only say that this is a great place for breakfast. A large selection of breakfast dishes, excellent coffee. They cook quite quickly and very tasty. There are tables outside - we had breakfast there.

For Osh, this is 5. Parking along the road. There is a landmark nearby the Navat tea house. The menu has a salad of meat and herbs with sauce.... Arugula would be better.

I don't understand where such a bad grade comes from. It's a good place. Nice interior, lots of tables. Delicious coffee, hearty breakfast.
