We had a rest in this beautiful place in early August 2024, the four of us were very satisfied!
of the advantages:
•location 2 minutes to the sea and the beach nearby is almost always empty, there are very few people there and you can swim for your pleasure and no one will push and interfere nearby)
•Delicious food! the hostess and assistant cook, very tasty, homemade and the prices are pleasant! you could also buy ice cream, lemonade, wine))
• clean and cozy in the rooms and on the territory. the room had everything you needed: clean white bed linen, regular and beach towels, air conditioning, hair dryer, soap, hot water. the shared kitchen also has all the necessary utensils. There is a barbecue and you can make a barbecue. the territory is very clean and beautiful, every morning and evening we sat under palm trees-beauty))
•friendly and pleasant attitude towards us: Eleanor was always in touch, prompted, helped, advised)
of the cons:
• it is worth noting that the hotel is not located in the center of Sukhum and around it is an ordinary village where there is nothing to see) there are grocery stores within a 10-minute walk. It takes 10 minutes by minibus to get to the center.
• the beach is not equipped nearby, we knew that, so we bought an umbrella right away. the equipped beach is about 15 minutes on foot, we sometimes walked there)
• the water almost always left badly in the shower. in general, it was not critical)
as I said, we were very happy with our vacation and my parents will be going there soon too!)

I had a rest in 2023 in August. From the beginning, the pros: The rooms are clean. I didn't use the shared kitchen. The sea is nearby. The beach is free. Cons: not well-mannered, boorish, gloomy, constantly smoking in the yard owner. When I started asking questions related to my stay in this guest house, I was faced with an elementary lack of tact AND NOT UNDERSTANDING that if you take money for accommodation, then everything should be done for the client

Everything is just GREAT!!! I recommend EVERYONE to visit here if you like a quiet holiday, clean sea, and most importantly, there are few people. The hostess of the hotel is a wonderful woman, very pleasant and very interesting as an interlocutor. The room has everything you need, clean and cozy. And most importantly, a friendly atmosphere.

The living conditions are good. The guest house is very cozy, stylish and well maintained. The rooms have everything you need - comfortable furniture, modern plumbing equipment, excellent cold and hot water supply.
I was upset by the room service, which was cleaned only once in two weeks. Garbage in public areas, and specifically in the kitchen, was also not taken out.
The owners left a negative impression. A sullen, ungracious, constantly educating adult men. A tired, often irritated hostess who revived only at the time of selling her food and alcohol for very substantial amounts (for example, four small cheesecakes cost 500 rubles).
The constant smoking of the owners in the house and in the courtyard of the shared kitchen was also annoying.
If you are not concerned about the complete lack of contact with the owners.
If you are ready to clean the room yourself and take out the trash from the kitchen.
If you are not bothered by the constant cigarette smoke ....then comfortable living conditions, the first coastline and a quiet peaceful place are provided to you!

We rested from 6 to 20 August 24. I liked everything, including the kitchen. They cook super, if compared with the prices in Abkhazia for food, it turns out to be not only cheap, but also inexpensive. The sea is not far away, although there are large pebbles, it is advisable to swim in sneakers. I can advise those who don't particularly want to bother with cooking.

One of the best places is Sukhum. Very clean and well maintained house. The food is cooked, very tasty (breakfast/lunch/dinner)
It takes less than a minute to walk from the sea
Clean beach, clean sea, plenty of free space
Very hospitable and kind hosts. They will always tell you and tell you where you can go in Abkhazia.
There were 9 of us, including 4 children and 5 adults.
Everyone is delighted, we advise everyone!!!

In general, the place is excellent, the sea is a couple of steps away, the renovation is new. But from the cons: the owners smoke cigarettes right in the yard and the whole stink goes up the numbers, they are also a little rude, well, this is basically like everyone else. The hostess is in a good mood only when you buy cheese from her for 500 rubles!!!

We had a rest in early July 2022. The hotel is very nice. It's new at the moment. It's all clear. A shared kitchen with everything you need. Clean drinking tap water (spring water). Towels, soap, toilet paper are provided in the rooms. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request. Hair dryer on request (we didn't have enough, it's a minus). Clothes dryers are shared (if necessary, they will be provided). A washing machine is available for a fee. There are refrigerators in the shared kitchen. The sea is really 2 minutes away. The beach is rocky (if you are not used to walking on stones, take special shoes). There are very few people on the beach, which is a huge plus compared to other places. There are no cafes or shops nearby. They are about 20 minutes away at a regular pace. It takes 15 minutes by car to the embankment. Mocha beach is 25/30 minutes away by car. There is a lot of entertainment for children and cafes on the embankment. The most delicious cafe "Nartaa", there are a lot of visitors, but you will not regret waiting a little bit. They have the best "boats". The best trout in the trout farm in the direction of Lykhnov. The best Khinkali in the Muhus cafe. But the vaunted pastry shop "Boucher" did not justify itself. I really liked the hotel. Hospitable hosts.

I really liked this guest house. It's brand new. The rooms and grounds are clean. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There are dishes and a kettle, a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator. There is also a barbecue area. The owners are very responsive, they will always help and prompt. There is a pretty decent WiFi. It is located away from the center and there are no cafes or shops nearby, but this has its own charm, you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The beach is pebbly and not very clean, but at the same time it is only a 3-5 minute walk away and it's great. The sea is clear, especially in the morning. There are very few people on the beach.
Sukhumi Lighthouse is also nearby, which gives this place its warm charm.
If we gather in Sukhum again, we will most likely stop here again.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel. If we go again, we already know where to stay, it is clear that everything has been done with love and attention to detail. 2 minutes to the beach, nice courtyard, wonderful hostess!
I would like to say a big thank you to the hostess for the high-quality mattresses on the bed and snow-white linen, my sore back was happy, I finally got up without lower back pain in the morning!
