A wonderful hotel, fast work of the waiters, a varied menu, ice cream, drinks. Room cleaning, excellent sandy entrance to the sea, there are enough places on the sun beds. The bar is open, drinks are served on request.
We've been to the restaurant twice. One is Ottoman (nothing special, the menu is like in a general restaurant, only the dessert is delicious with a scoop of ice cream) the second restaurant is fishy. You can choose to order fish. Everyone orders salmon, the portions are large and delicious. Orders from the managers at the reception. All managers are very friendly and smiling.
Mostly the Dutch and the British had a rest. There are evening shows, expensive animation, and professional performances.
Turkish evening- they arranged a huge queue and spent a lot of time to collect food. It's not very thoughtful. But they decorate everything with flags, lights, balloons. Good animators in the pool, very positive.
Access to the old town (very beautiful) and historical sights.
There are excursions booked through Vacap. There are shopping malls on the boardwalk, as usual. In general, everything is great, although the hotel has no territory except for the pool and a nearby bar area. Thanks for the rest.

The place is excellent in service. He's on top. Clean, the bar in the room is replenished every three days, the linen is the same. They are cleaned every day, either in the morning or in the evening. The food is good. Not super restaurant, but diverse. I found something better for myself every day. I really liked the pancakes. There were even cabbage soup! It's true once, but it's delicious! Three pools inside. Access to the sea is 300 meters away, but the seashore is beautiful sandy, gently sloping. It is very good for young children, it is not dangerous. There are few waves, the water is clear. Every time you come to the beach, the staff immediately comes up and brings a mattress, immediately wipes it off the sand in front of you. Very pleasant. It's a pity that they only give water in glasses on the beach, but this is because of concern for the safety, so that bottles are not thrown anywhere. The hotel's guests are 80% or more German. They are very polite. I recommend.

We had a rest from June 15th to 23rd. The sun is +32C, the sea is +26C. Swimming is very pleasant. Fine sand is coming in. 4-5 minutes to the sea. There are a lot of sun beds, there is always a place. There is a bar on the beach where you can drink and eat. Toilet. Everything is on the level. Ice cream in the afternoon. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is clean. The food is varied, there is a lot of food. Meat, fish, vegetables, sweets, fruits. Alcohol - beer, red and white wine and various cocktails. In the evening, the show program. We left early, the restaurant is open from 00h to 6 am. There were no hungry people left. We got to the Eid al-Adha holiday, for dinner there were fish products, shrimp, rolls and a large cake. Very colorful. Near the ancient city of Side, it is interesting to take a walk in the evening. We were on a sightseeing tour to Alanya, a beautiful city, architecture. There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, few Russians, they do not know the language, but the staff is friendly. The service was fast. Thanks to the Zeynel employee, very pleasant, smiling, spoke Russian, helped on vacation. I want to come back here again.

We visited this hotel in the summer of 2024. We flew with Anex, the Azur Air airline. I would have assigned this hotel no more than three stars, we were in the "fours" and everything was much better there! First of all, it's dirty! Dirty elevators, dirty doors, old repairs. At the reception, not like Russian speakers, English speakers in the afternoon with fire! The kitchen is normal, but we are unpretentious in food. About the room: small for three people. We arrived with an 8-year-old child, his height is 146. In the room there is a sofa milking a child with a size of 120 at most and a bed width of 30. The child's legs were sticking out, this sofa was hard. They couldn't answer the question why, it all came down to the fact that you have to pay decently for a large bed., and there are no empty seats yet. As a result, we huddled on the same bed, the rest was already ruined. The rooms are poorly cleaned! You can say they don't clean at all, they just smooth out your bed and don't change it at the right time. On the 5th day, I asked a question at the reception, they changed it that day, but they should change it on the third. Toilet paper is not even always left. We washed the floor once in 10 days and then so that there was water in the room, and we returned. The air conditioner blows weakly, it does not feel at 18 grams, the whole grille is dirty! The hair dryer works for 10 seconds and turns off, it worked a little longer in low mode, but still I did not have time to dry my hair. It was switched on again after 10 minutes. There is no animation for children, almost none, for 10 days there was a children's disco once. There is almost no animation for adults either, There were some activities, but not every day and at inconvenient times. The pool smelled very much of chlorine, I saw how chlorine was poured into it by handfuls on the peephole. After that, the desire to splash around there disappeared. The pool with children's slides worked by the hour, at a time when the sun was at its hottest. We arrived late, they helped us carry our suitcases, then they themselves did not even show us where the restaurant was to have a snack. The transfer is long, and we were fed only on the plane at 14 o'clock. We found a restaurant, had tea and went to the room. There is a minibar, it is replenished every other day. In general, for such a price, the level of service is low. Also about beach towels, they change by the pool from 17 to 18, we were usually at the sea at that time, changed once, an inconvenient time.
Now I'll tell you about the songs: the food is delicious, the staff is nimble and helpful, the tablecloths and towels are clean, the bed is clean.

The food is quite monotonous. Enough vegetables and herbs, enough fish. Turkey meat and chicken. There is practically no territory, a city hotel. The beach is quite remote and small. Beach towels for money.
The Internet at the reception is not fast. They didn't take a paid one, but people complained that it wasn't much better. The reception does not speak Russian.

This is not the level of a five-star hotel. The ratio of price and quality is not in favor of the hotel. It's more like a German nursing home, the breakfast food is monotonous, there is no animation. They gave out an a4 sheet with the rules, where it is written that sun beds are not reserved, while everything is perfectly booked for a couple of euros. I came to the beach - the rows are busy, but there are no people themselves, and they may not come at all for the whole day. The restaurant staff is polite, but the receptionist (an elderly man) it's just the bottom. He communicated rudely, refused to pack breakfast with him at an early departure. Instead, he said either to eat at the restaurant at 2:30 in the morning, or to go to negotiate with the chef.
Of the pros: the sea is OK, meager attractions are within walking distance. 0/10

We had a rest in March 2023!I really liked the hotel, the service is excellent, the food is excellent! The only thing is that there are a lot of vacationing Germans in the hotel, so both the waiters and the animation group speak mostly German.
I highly recommend the hotel to my compatriots, so that Russians become the predominant guests in it!

We stayed at this hotel from July 7 to July 17, 2021. I liked everything: daily room service, varied meals (lots of fruits, various meat dishes, vegetables, sweets, drinks, ice cream), a beautiful beach (sandy, with a gentle approach), very attentive and helpful staff. We really liked it.
Objectively, the hotel is very good:
