Great hotel. It was at the end of April 2025. There were few guests, almost all Europeans.
The food is very tasty, there was meat, poultry, fish, apples, pears, oranges, plums from fruits. Delicious desserts.
There is a shuttle service to the beach starting at 09:00 every half hour.It takes 15-20 minutes to walk. The last bus from the beach is at 17:00, which is not very convenient, since dinner is at 19:00.

Nova Mall (this is a large shopping center) on dolmushka is 10 minutes away or 30 minutes on foot.

We had a rest here on May 4-13. Overall, I liked the hotel, it's small, the staff doesn't speak much Russian, but everyone is friendly. We checked in as soon as we arrived, ahead of schedule. The food was good, and meat and fish were grilled every day. Our room was cleaned daily, towels were also changed every day. The beach at the hotel is clean, there are plenty of sun beds, you can have lunch there, but only beer is made from alcohol.
What didn't you like: 1. Return transfer from the beach: the last bus left at 18:30. then only on foot.
2. Beach towels: given one at a time at the beginning of the holiday, it can only be replaced for a fee.
3. And the most unpleasant thing: if you are given a room with access to the street on the right, then you will have to wake up to the noise of garbage collection and shipment by a garbage truck every day at 5-6 in the morning. This part of the rooms faces the street, where several garbage cans of another hotel are located.,

Despite the fact that the hotel is small, I liked everything. The rooms were cleaned every day , the food was delicious ( even the alcohol in the bar was normal ) . The staff is responsive and work well. I came to this hotel for my birthday and was not left without gifts , they gave me a cake , a bottle of wine and some fruit from the hotel . I can also emphasize that the amphitheater and the temple of the analogue are within a 20-minute walk, so you can visit these attractions at least every day. There is a bus to the sea from morning to evening every half hour, so there are no problems getting to the beach.

The staff are very polite and smiling, they don't speak Russian, but we always managed to come to an agreement. The room is clean, cleaning every day, the food is varied and delicious. The territory is not large, there is a swimming pool and sun beds around, there is a regular shuttle service to and from the beach. I liked everything, thank you very much!

The rest is great.

We stayed at this hotel from October 11 to October 25, 2024. Pros: the hotel is small and very quiet.Poles, Germans, Scandinavians mostly rest, and there are quite a lot of Russians too. Nice rooms with pool view. Good room cleaning, the room is very clean (cosmetic repairs were made in 2023). Very good Internet connection, there is a safe. Very convenient bus schedule to and from the beach. The beach is gorgeous! All sun beds have been updated. The hotel is located close to the historical center of Side.
Cons: the food at the hotel is very monotonous, although the food is quite tasty.

I liked everything in general! The hotel is cozy, the renovation was done recently. The table is varied, I always left well-fed. The transfer to the sea is on schedule, without delays. There were no questions about cleaning at all. Some of the staff even speak a little Russian. If I still travel in Force, I will stay at this hotel again.

A great European hotel! Small and very cozy!

The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is smooth from the sand)
The hotel is located in the heart of Side city. You can reach the old town on foot. We went there every evening - great evening walks by the sea.
From Side, you can drive yourself to the city of Manavgat very quickly! The fare for a minibus for 1 person is 1 dollar. They didn't drive a taxi- it's expensive, especially since there are a lot of minibuses and their prices are affordable.
There is also a currency exchange in the very center of Manavgat. The course was excellent. We were satisfied!

A nice quiet hotel, for a relaxing holiday, a European hotel, few Russians, no Animation. The food is quite good, fruits are apple, plum, pear, pomegranate, grapes. The hotel is nice, small, but neat. The room is well maintained, I can say of course, only for my own, but the furniture and repairs are good. Everything is super on food - it's always fresh and there's a lot of choice, you definitely won't stay hungry. From fruits there were always watermelon and melon, also very tasty plums and nectarine. Nice quiet hotel. Delicious and varied food. Quiet evenings, no discos and loud parties. Within walking distance of the historical center and the beautiful ancient ruins. There are shops nearby. I had a rest at this hotel in August 2023. The choice initially fell due to the rating on the sites of the reviews - 4.8 from many vacationers. Honestly checked on myself personally-fully justified! And so Lowe is a compact 4* hotel, but with its efforts, the service pulls on all 5👌
1. Pleasant staff. Sincere, responsive and very professional.
2. The rooms are spacious, a little tired in terms of repairs, but everything works. The bed is clean, the towels are snow-white. Cleaning every day, floors are washed. Bed linen was changed 4 times in 2 weeks, white towels are changed every day, if left on the floor, tips of $ 1 were left several times. A beach towel is also issued in the spa center, 1 time for free, then you need to pay.
3. There is a small swimming pool on the territory that is open until 18.00, chlorinated at night. The pool is surrounded by a green lawn with bushes, palm trees and a hedge-a wall from the neighboring hotel. The territory is tiny, there is nowhere to walk, but very cozy, nice to be.
4. Restaurant. I rest according to the all-inclusive system, the concept is observed without violations, i.e., simply put, eat all day according to the regime😅 breakfast lunch dinner with various snacks..
5. Kitchen. Amazing, everything is delicious, diverse. Fish, seafood (there were pickled shrimp for lunch, mussels in the evening). For meat, lamb, chicken. Greens, cheeses, sausages, salads, vegetables, fruits are full. Everything is fresh and delicious. 6. Drinks. Coffee from the vending machine, teas. Juices from the vending machine according to the type of upi. Bottled water, take as much as you want. Alcohol, make cocktails like sex on the beach, pina colada, blue lagoon... etc. Beer, wine.
7. There is a SPA on site. Hamam is free. You can take a relaxation complex scrub + foam massages, general relaxing for a reasonable fee.
8. The beach. It's the cherry on top of the cake. Golden sand, turquoise warmest clear sea, the beach is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas. There is a bar on the beach, soft drinks, water, beer (very tasty ephesus, light and cold) on an all-inclusive system - free of charge. You can also have a full lunch on the beach. They cook very tasty gozlime tortillas, burgers, French fries. And so on.
A shuttle often goes to the beach, 2 km from the hotel, 5 minutes to go, absolutely did not bother.

The hotel, in general, left a positive impression, but I give it only 3 stars for several reasons:
1. Food - yes, there is a lot of it, there is a choice, but I don't want to eat half of it: tomatoes, cucumbers are tasteless, meat is too fried somewhere, fish is a little dry (it was 2-3 times), half of salads for an amateur (too much mayonnaise, sauce), sweets are almost all tasteless, baklava was 2 times for 8 days - very tasty, there were cakes several times, also not bad, fruits, we can say that there is no watermelon of medium ripeness, apples, oranges, unripe apricots. The French fries, slices, and sometimes meat were very tasty.
2. Drinks - alcohol that is free, it is impossible to drink, beer is diluted, cocktails taste terrible, dry white wine is impossible sour - this is what we tried. I didn't finish any of the drinks.
3. Cleaning - there is practically no cleaning. The cleaner came after lunch, when we were resting, and did not come back), not that I needed a general cleaning every day, but at least to take out the garbage, they took it out a couple of times themselves. In the middle of the rest, I asked to change the towels, they were changed without any problems. The floor was washed 1 time in 8 days.
4. The room stock is very outdated, the furniture is three-piece, the TV is 10 years old, but we did not watch it. The bathroom is generally sad. Sorry, the brush is in such a state that you don't want to touch it with your hands.
But there are also advantages: the most important thing is the friendly attitude of the staff, they are always ready to help; the beach from the hotel is beautiful - sandy, the entrance to the sea is very convenient, the bottom is sand, there are a lot of sunbeds, there are always free ones. There are drinks on the beach: soda, water, beer without restrictions + a la carte for a fee; the location of the hotel, in general, is not bad (not counting the distance from the beach) - the old town is 20-30 minutes walk, Waikiki, migros, etc. shops are 5-10 minutes away.
I will refrain from recommendations.

I had a rest with my granddaughter (14 years old) in this hotel from August 20 to 30, 2023, they settled us at 22 o'clock, gave us a dry ration, which we did not eat. At 6.30 a.m., we were woken up by a strong rumble, a garbage truck arrived, and it was the same every day throughout all the days of our vacation. I didn't have to get enough sleep!Our room faced an alley, a view of the wall. We asked to overpower us if possible, but this did not happen, they referred to the reception that there were no available rooms, although there were rooms at that time. They were probably waiting for money! Sometimes they forgot to put towels and gels, but they brought them immediately upon request. The room has air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a TV, Russian programs, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. WiFi was charged at the hotel, $ 15 for 11 days, and it also works on the beach. And so, the hotel is very cozy, clean, there are few rooms. A large selection of food, everything is very tasty, varied, for every taste, we never stayed hungry. Baklava is very tasty. There are free drinks, beer, and wine in the bar. The pool is small, but it is enough for everyone, there are always sun beds and umbrellas available. The hotel organized a fish party with a performance by singers (there were even many "Soviet" songs), a Turkish night. It was great! The hotel is mainly occupied by Germans, Czechs, and Russians.There is a bus to the beach according to the schedule, it is absolutely not annoying, it takes 7 minutes to go. The bus also picks up the guests of Amur, which is nearby. The only bad thing is that the last bus from the beach at 18.20, I would like to have it later, I want to stay at the sea more!!!Private sandy beach, there are always free sun beds, umbrellas, free of charge. It's all clear.Beach towels were provided at the hotel. There are free drinks and beer on the beach, and you can eat at lunch so as not to go to the hotel. We are currently vacationing at this hotel from 14. 06. 2023. The hotel is very tiny, everything is very tiny: from the reception to the rooms. Of course, for 4 stars, as some say, it does not pull. It's a pretty little three-piece. But this hotel did not cause me the slightest negative, only a positive impression, although I knew where I was going and the whole concept of the hotel.
The Lowe hotel is located in the center of Side, right among the residential areas, a 5-minute walk from Waikiki, cotton club, Migros and 15 minutes from the ancient Side and the promenade with a walking area. The territory is very small, which is almost entirely occupied by a small swimming pool and a very slightly manicured lawn. There is nothing provided for children here, there are only high chairs and a children's area in the pool. There are no water slides or even a playground. There is absolutely no animation, theme nights 2 times a week. There are no recreation areas at all, there are 10 chairs with coffee tables at the reception, but everything is new, not shabby. The rooms are also small, but everything you need is there. The furniture is not new, but in good condition. I liked the balcony, although it is the same as everything else- miniature, but cozy, with glass fences. The room cleaning is very decent, of course, I did not check with a white napkin, but I did not feel the sand with my bare feet. The floors were washed even on the balcony, shower gels, shampoos were replenished regularly. The food is very modest, rather monotonous, but everything is delicious and fresh. Once, on a fish day, they even gave seafood: salad with mussels and rice with shrimp.
The Internet is paid, it works great in the rooms, and it's disgusting on the beach. The cost for one day is $ 2, 7 days- $ 10, 11 days- $ 15. I really liked hamam & spa, after the flight it relieves fatigue well and prepares the skin for a tan. Opening hours: from 8 to 21 o'clock. But we arrived at the hotel at about 9 p.m. and they agreed to accept us, they studied with us for 1, 5 hours. Price: 90 minutes- $ 30, 110 minutes- $ 35, 120 minutes- $ 40.
The bus shuttle runs to the beach according to the schedule, it takes exactly 5 minutes to drive.
The beach and the sea are simply gorgeous, the entrance to the sea is smooth, the bottom is sand.
There are a lot of sun beds, there were always enough for everyone. There is a shower, a toilet, which was cleaned regularly. You can have a full lunch at the beach bar. Lunch is on the menu, everything is very tasty, especially fried fish. The waiters take the order. All the staff are very nice and nimble. When the hair dryer broke in our room, it was done immediately, within 15 minutes.

A great vacation! The staff is very friendly, especially Mustafa - he was a real friend to us ... Everything is clean, everything is delicious. The road to the beach did not bother us much, while you can stay on the beach all day, there are cakes (Sooo delicious) and lunch (Especially fish just lick your fingers) the beach is clean, there was always enough space for everyone, despite the fact that we needed a lot of sun beds nearby. The lack of animation was even a plus, it didn't bother, there was a fish evening with a performance by local musicians (the mood was super created), a Turkish night with a disco - a lot of fun. Almost every evening we went to the ancient city, the beauty is extraordinary, we found a beach where you can swim at night. We were with a child of 8 years old, there were many children in the hotel, they did not miss this either.

A very nice, calm, cozy hotel! Excellent staff, from the reception to the SPA and restaurant. They are attentive, friendly, caring, but not intrusive. Sabir-special thanks a lot! The food is varied: meat, fish, chicken, lots of vegetables, greens. Fruits include watermelon, apples, pears, grapes of various varieties, figs, tangerines. The audibility is weak, not noisy. The rooms are cleaned every day, the floors are washed, shampoo and soap are available, but there is no hair conditioner. Bed linen is changed every 3 days. The curtains are thick, we slept well. Excellent location-we walked to the ancient city, a supermarket is a 5-minute walk, to the beach is 15 minutes, but we went more often by bus from the hotel. WiFi is paid, we took 11 days for $ 15. The hammam in the hotel is wonderful, the price tag is quite acceptable.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of glasses in the room.
I highly recommend this hotel for those who like a relaxing holiday-there are no drunken dances and hellish karaoke here)

There are those who speak Russian at the reception. We asked for a quiet, peaceful room, citing age)for 60 years). And indeed, there was never any concern on either side. Although there was a bar under the windows. But, because it was not the season, it was quiet. The room is new, renovated, the furniture is good, the TV with channels in Russian. There are slippers, a comfortable shower room in the bathroom and all hygiene products. I cleaned every day. Towels were changed every other day. Blackout curtains. The light from the street does not penetrate.the bed is large and comfortable. The bed is made every time. They asked for a second blanket. They brought it.
The hotel is small, but very cozy. When we were there, the pool was cleaned every day, although there were few bathers at that time. It's cold in the room. The rods are new.
A separate topic is the restaurant. Friendly waiters, quickly and calmly clean up only dirty dishes. All the dishes are of good quality and delicious. The menu is varied. Chef Adam just won me over. Sociable. He asks everyone if they liked everything. Always in all white. Handsome. The desserts are different and well decorated with imagination. But there was one drawback. Of the fruits, only oranges, apples and pears.
In the second half of our vacation, the sun appeared. Although we went to the beach anyway, it got really good here. The sea is clean, sandy. Although the beach could have been cleaned up more cleanly. Walking distance to the beach is 20 minutes. There is a bus that runs on time. There is a toilet. Before our departure, everything was equipped: tables, drinks, tortillas. You can spend the whole day on the beach.

We stayed at this hotel from October 23 to November 3, 2022. Upon check-in at night, we were provided with dry rations. The room was located on the 1st floor of the hotel. It is very clean, comfortable, as if only after renovation. A TV is available with 2 Russian-language channels. There was absolutely no shortage of household chemicals. The staff performed very well. All our requests were met as a matter of urgency. The guys turned out to be sympathetic, responsible, caring, and humble. Food: very tasty, varied, a large amount of meat, fish, which was noticeable in comparison with other hotels in different years. Water is also in the right amount and easy to access. Separately, I would like to highlight the skill of the chef of the hotel. Wi-Fi is paid. We bought for 7 days for 180 TRY, including on the beach. It is more profitable to exchange Russian money in exchangers. The course is approximately 4.08 in Side, 3.85 in Manavgat. At the airport, the most unprofitable course. The beach is really far away, but bus delivery is organized. Everything is strictly on time. We were satisfied. Beach towels were provided on the day of check-in. During the rest, a Turkish night was organized with performances by local artists and an ice cream cake was presented by the staff. There was also a fish dinner with live music ending. Sonya and Bogdan performed. Their performance was great. We danced heartily. The pool is already cold at this time of year. It is easier to get around the city by minibus, the price is 12 TRY. The embankment is quite far from the hotel. Even at about 6 a.m., the Mullah sings very loudly, there was discomfort. We rested at this hotel from 09/24/2021 to 10/01/21 an excellent hotel, I recommend it. Meals for 5 c + cleanliness in the hotel is ideal, the room is cleaned every day, bed linen and towel are replaced. A bus takes you to the beach every 30 minutes. The sea is just magical, the beach is sandy, excellent, the water is so clean that you can see the fish. I am resting in this hotel now from 08/07/2011 to 08/21/2011. A wonderful hotel, comfortable room, excellent service, many of the staff know Russian, which makes it very easy to relax here. I would also like to mention the amazing massage and hammam, special thanks to Nazira and Rustem, who helped me choose the procedures, which turned out to be simply amazing. Hammam is a separate art that everyone must experience, and hot stone massage is something incredible. We have been at this hotel since July 9th. We flew from the Sanmar tour operator. We arrived at night, waited for a transfer for 1 hour, and were driven to the hotel for 3.5 hours. We specially chose Side, not Alanya, we thought we would get there quickly. But that was not the case - we were driven in circles. We arrived at the hotel at two o'clock in the morning, gave the keys to the room, after examining which I wanted to cry, the balcony faced the street on the wall. I flew to Turkey on my birthday, and I wasn't hoping for this. My husband paid $20 extra, and we were moved to the 3rd floor with a view of the pool. Everything in the room is standard and comfortable. The air conditioner was working, cleaning was carried out daily, nothing was turned off.
In general, we really liked the very concept of the hotel. There are very few vacationers with children. There is practically no animation, and we don't need it. The pool is small, but we were there maybe two times (we came to the sea) The sea is far away, but a regular transfer solves this problem.
I liked the food. There is no such variety as in large hotels, but everything is very tasty. There is food on the beach, you don't even have to return to the hotel for lunch. Drinks : beer, crayfish, tequila, cocktails. Only beer is free at the beach bar.
There were always places on the beach: sun beds and umbrellas for free. The beach and the sea are gorgeous.
The manager is always present at the hotel or on the beach and is interested in the opinion of vacationers.

I am at the hotel at the moment. Wonderful staff, really family atmosphere. I am surprised that they write there is no variety in food. The food is top-notch and the atmosphere is cozy. You can walk to the sea, but there are also buses and there are enough flights during the day. Theme nights are held two days a week. On Monday there is a Turkish evening, on Saturday there is live music. The Internet is of course paid. I really liked the hammam in the hotel. The hotel is not noisy, but you fall in love with it at first sight).

Nice hotel. We immediately came across a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the pool. New renovation. We were settled immediately upon arrival at about 11, we were fed breakfast, although it was already over.
A good buffet, a sufficient selection of snacks, vegetables, side dishes, meat (there were always several types of meat), fruits. Be sure to grill/deep-fry something right in front of you. The staff is very friendly. The administrators are just sweethearts. Special thanks to them.
Convenient location relative to the ancient city and the waterfront. There is a good bar on the beach, free sun beds and umbrellas. It was enough for everyone. There is a shower, toilet, and changing rooms. Excellent entry into the sea.
There is no animation, there is nothing to do with children here for sure. Adults play music throughout the day and until 23:00. The same thing…
Of the cons:
-incomprehensible cleaning (they do not wash the floor well or do not wash at all, because the sand was and remains on the floor; in 10 days they have never changed the bed linen; cleaning often comes when you are in the room, you try to explain to them so that they come in later, neither Russian nor English understand, it is very annoying)
- the distance to the sea (walking along a dusty road, in the heat; it didn't bother me, but the young man was very dissatisfied. There is a transfer, the time is quite convenient, sometimes several buses leave for one time, if there was not enough space for everyone)
- paid Wi-Fi. $ 2 per day per device (two devices were quietly connected to the iPhone) It would be all right if you got a stable connection and good speed for a fee. But even for the money, the Internet works well only in the lobby and near the pool. The room barely loads.
- we passed by the rooms that face the outside of the hotel, that is, towards the road. It smells like garbage. If we had come across a room with such a "view", it would have been a disaster.
Overall, a quiet new hotel. It's a long way to the sea, but no one hides it. We would have returned, but next time we will take a hotel on the first line)

Since 07/11/2021, we have been vacationing in this hotel with a 4-year-old child, there is nothing from the word at all for children (((and nearby too, there is not even a place to run (there is no territory at the hotel), there is no animation for anyone, the food is exclusively aimed at adults, very modest, but edible, fruits in abundance is a plus (ripe and delicious), they are shocked themselves. That so many people came with children, and they are completely unprepared for such an influx (( the children's pool is well, just a small max. For 3.4 kids..
It's a long way to the sea and it's very dusty and hot, but the beach and the bar by the sea are excellent, the sea itself and the sunset are super, the sea is amazing, there is enough for everyone, there is a shower and changing rooms.
The rooms are quite good, but the cleaning is strange, they do not always clean, they just make the beds and do not take out, do not wash the floor, etc....
For which the 4-star hotel is not clear (((..3ka is European in all sizes and food.

We were advised this hotel in Anextour and painted it so that I thought it would be a real paradise.
In fact, this is far from the case. It is impossible to give 4 stars to the hotel, a maximum of 3.
The sea with its beach is far away, it is not convenient to walk. There is a delivery service, but it is not very convenient in time, and it is not always possible to get into it.
The food is so-so, everything is of the same type and quickly tired.
There is no view from the window, the room is small. At 7 a.m., a car arrives to pick up the trash and the noise is just wild.
Now about the much-vaunted Sabir. I do not advise ordering a taxi from this person or from the hotel in general. They twist the price as they want. He tried to convince us that there is $15 in the city, and he will have 10. As a result, I drove to the city for $ 6.
I also do not advise taking excursions to hotels, allegedly under the guise of the fact that others do not have insurance. But for others, the price is two times lower))
There are no animations in the evening (boring.

Hello to all vacationers! We were at the hotel with my wife from 02.09. to 12.09.2020. We arrived at the hotel at 11-30 am, immediately checked into room 320 with a view of the pool. Very friendly staff, trying to make the rest trouble-free, thanks to Andrey!!! The room is not very big but cozy. The food is decent, a good choice.It's a long way to the sea, but there is a bus, we walked. If it works out, we will be happy to come back again, we liked it.
It would be more convenient if the water cooler were on the floor (this is so, out of small inconveniences).

We arrived at the hotel on 12.09 at 12:00 a.m., immediately checked in, offered a late dinner, but we refused.
In the morning, the room was changed (no problem), just in the morning, cars prevented sleeping from the side of the room.
Briefly about the hotel. A small one, by my count 70 rooms. The hotel corresponds to its rating. Before that, we rested only in 5, there is a Three, but it pulls to 4. Of course there are disadvantages, but you can put up with them if you know the difference in the price of 5 and 3. There are few people, a quiet family hotel.
Food. There is no such variety here, but the food is fine, everything is the same as everywhere in Turkey, there is meat, on Monday there was a grill outside, beef and lamb, there was an entertainment program.
As everywhere there is a hammam. My wife went, she really liked it, unlike the ones she was in.
The attitude towards tourists here is simply unimaginable, the staff tries hard, although I have not seen them pampered with tips, the manager goes to hotels or on the beach all the time, manages to keep track of everything everywhere. In general, I have not seen such a spoiled staff.
The beach is really far away, we did not walk, we took a transfer, the bus runs often, we drove sitting down.
It is deserted around the beach, the sand is without stones, the entrance is long and sloping. There is a bar. Beer and drinks except alcoholic are free of charge.
There is alcohol in the hotel, raki, vodka, wines, all locally produced.
The hotel staff is ready to solve any problems, everyone will come to your aid.
Vacationers are mostly Russian-speaking

The reviews are all excellent (strange and suspicious) Upon arrival, there was a shock! The hotel is shabby, the reception area is nothing to worry about! They posted it right away even though it was seven in the morning! For that, it's just a huge plus! The polite Russian-speaking Sabir explained all the details of the arrival and took me to breakfast. The room is standard. The pool is very small. The dining room is poorly cooled. The food is delicious and clean. Service for 5+. The sea is far away, but we were ready for this. It doesn't seem to be bad. But the cost is greatly overestimated. The hotel is not worth the money. For this money, you can relax in the best hotels. The city itself is poor, dirty! I'm sorry for the money spent. A hotel for the elderly. There is no way you can go there with children and young people!
