Of the advantages: clean, small and quiet, very microscopic but cozy territory, no frills food (for me a plus), near the old town, the distance to the city beach is small, near a grocery store, mostly Germans, age couples, no animation.
Of the cons: their good beach is far away (but there are transfers), on the nearest city beach they have the most dead sunbeds (it's disgusting to even look at them, let alone lie down), very simple rooms that have lived

My stay at the hotel in July 2024 left a very good impression. The location of the hotel, the opportunity to quickly walk to the promenade by the sea and stroll through the old town and see the beautiful views. The hotel maintains cleanliness on site, in the rooms and in the pool area. The food was very varied and delicious.
One of the disadvantages is the nearby beach, where the sun beds are very old, there is little space and it does not matter with the cleanliness of the beach. But almost all the time we were on vacation, we took a bus to a distant beach, where everything was great. But mostly, I really liked the hotel.

A great hotel for 3*. I've been there several times already. Clean rooms, clean linen, towels are changed every day, the restaurant has clean dishes, very attentive staff. The food is simple, but varied and delicious, lots of vegetables. The beach is 5-7 minutes from the hotel, sand, smooth entrance to the sea. The territory of the hotel is small. The location of the hotel is very good, there are many shops nearby, the old town is within walking distance, a good promenade along the embankment. I recommend.
