Oh, my review was deleted. It doesn't pull for 5, there are no toilet accessories, although there are in the description. WiFi is terrible. But, you can buy it. There is no territory at all. The animation is weak . These are the disadvantages. Pros - the sea and the beach are lovely, although not the first line, but there is a bus, you can walk quietly for 10 minutes, the food is excellent, a lot of variety. The staff is polite. I recommend it, but bring shampoo and everything else with you. You can buy it at the hotel, which we did, and so on for a solid 4. Have a good rest, everyone.

The first impression of the hotel was so-so. The room is tired and, as it seemed, on a bad ground floor. But it turned out that it has a beautiful view and everything is nearby. Restaurant, lobby, etc. The food is bombically delicious. They take a bus to the sea. The beach has its own, there are plenty of sun beds for everyone. It's cool to relax in general! The sea is clean, sandy. In general, it's great! If there are no complaints about the rooms (tired, but noom in general), then I recommend it.

Food for a solid four. There are no heated pools. A modest gym. Minus the obsessive Turkish man, the administrator of the Spa complex. He opens the door to the steam room and begs for paid massages. Which, by the way, are very good. But his obsession spoils it all. A huge plus of a wonderful girl from Ukraine at the reception in the same spa. The steam rooms themselves are good. The condition of the rooms and rooms is very acceptable. A small area. Plus it's a big market right next to the hotel. The bartenders and staff are kind and friendly. Everyone loves kids. The animation is a complete failure. Some hairy skinny gay guy was jogging his skirt for two hours. It turned out to be a rest. The overall impression is positive. Not a spoiled tourist will come in.

It was the first time in Turkish all inclusive. We had a rest with my husband and child 2,8. In general, I liked everything and the impressions turned out to be better than expected. For an additional fee of 20 euros, we were checked in earlier. The room was given with a view of the pool. The room is spacious, air conditioning, plumbing worked properly. The only disadvantage of such an order is that you can hear the music. But, fortunately, the animation here is unobtrusive and the music is turned on from 10 to 18. The staff is friendly and smiling, especially with children. One day we were a couple of minutes late for the ice cream distribution. An employee of the restaurant, seeing the upset baby, brought him a triple portion. The pools here are great. The sea is too far away. I read in the reviews that it takes 8-10 minutes on foot. Maybe we went the wrong way. My child and I took about 20 minutes to walk from the room door to the hotel beach. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is smooth and gentle. It is comfortable to swim with a child. Once we took a ride to the sea by bus, which goes from the hotel. We rushed home quickly. But we didn't get on it anymore, because it runs until 17:30, and we went to the sea just in the evening. In the afternoon we swam in the pool, on the slides. We only got to the first turn-on from 10 to 12. I consider the second interval from 14 to 16 not very successful. It's the hottest outside. Many vacationers ask to shift the time by 16-18. But as of August 4, the time for turning on the slides, unfortunately, remained unchanged. The hotel grounds are clean. I have not seen garbage or dishes with leftovers of food and drinks lying around somewhere. Everything is cleaned up quickly. The room is cleaned daily, but not very thoroughly. They change towels, take out the trash, vacuum. The bathroom mirror has never been wiped, nor has the sink. We had a rest for only 6 days, so the quality of cleaning was not critical for us. The food is delicious. Again, those who write reviews that there is nothing to feed the children, this is not the case. For a child of almost 3 years old, there was always food: rice, pasta, there was always some stew (turkey, chicken, kebab), fresh vegetables, fruits. For breakfast, you can buy freshly squeezed juice for 2 euros, and a smoothie or milkshake at the pool bar for 3 euros.
As a result, we are very satisfied with the rest. We got 100% of what we were going for. The most important thing is the sea and the sun. We brought a good mood with us, we always smiled at the staff and they smiled back at us. Thanks!

The hotel is located near the airport, about an hour away, they brought us first, picked us up last.
We arrived at 6 a.m., we were immediately offered breakfast. They settled in quickly. We looked at the option of a room with an additional fee (pool view), refused (we decided that it would be noisy). As a result, there was a wonderful room on the 4th floor with a view of the mountains.
The food is sooo delicious! a wide variety of dishes, the eyes run away. Everything is beautifully decorated. From fruits – apples, pears, watermelons, grapefruits and oranges (I think the peculiarities of the season). You can eat both day and night.
The room was cleaned every day, towels are always clean, the table in the restaurant and the room were decorated for our holiday, fruits were brought. The staff is polite, friendly and sociable.
The water slides are turned on twice a day – from 11 to 12 and from 14 to 16.
The beach is 7-8 minutes on foot, there is a bus every 10-15 minutes.
The hotel's spa and gym were not visited
Because we arrived at the beginning of the season, there were few people (and in neighboring hotels too), the number of guests grew rapidly every day. Most of the guests are families with children.
There is a bazaar within walking distance from the hotel, where you can buy everything)
Everything is very cool, the only minus is at night, after 12, there is only hot water in the shower, we could not solve this issue

We have been staying at this hotel since July 9th and it looks like some kind of daily sur or challenge "how the Turks will surprise us yet." We paid for two rooms for 3 adults, but we were put in 1 two-room room with 1 bathroom, by the way, the toilet did not work for the first two days, they promised to move us, but we could not. For three days we swore, then scored. It is not clear when the bus goes to the beach, the first time they waited for him, then he arrived, and he had a break for half an hour, then we walked to the sea, sniffing all the delights of the reverse sides of Turkish hotels. Beach towels are given out once per vacation (then they are exchanged from 15:30 to 18:30), but they do not always have clean towels, so they have to wait until 10 a.m. the next day. In general, I would like to note the boorish work of the guides (Biblioglobus), people at the reception and at the spa. All problems and requests are answered that "you have no choice." But the food is very good, and so is the beach. The territory of the hotel is also the same.

We rested from 09/24/2021 the hotel is good, everything is clean, the rooms are cleaned daily, but if you suddenly turned on the switch and the light bulb lit up at the entrance do not disturb, then the cleaner will not come to you, we have not even cleaned the garbage for two days. The food is excellent, there is a lot of it, there was enough for everyone, a lot of meat and fish are varied, there is something to eat for children.There are different types of alcohol, in my opinion, everyone had enough. The pool is very cold, it is not even possible to enter it, the ice is water. The spa may be good, but you need to make an appointment in advance. On the beach, the entrance to the sea is covered in large stone boulders, there are places where they are not, but you have to be careful, both legs and children have been stripped, even their heads. There is no animation as such , for children, an outdated aram samsa, and that's it, there is nothing at all for adults.There is one huge minus - this is the animator of the neighboring hotel, he is probably very active, yelling at the whole Manavgat, singing karaoke and dancing, and it's all on the street, from this our whole hotel just does not sleep in general.and so it is almost every evening and night. He 's not really talking , he 's yelling . And so the hotel is good, but for that kind of money I would like to relax, and not listen to the neighboring hotel .

There is water and soda in the mini-bar. They were replenished regularly. One day, the handle of the front door fell off. I left the application and went to the sea. By the time we returned, everything was OK. I really liked the food - everything is delicious, although I usually get tired of hotel food quickly. Alcohol is at every turn, the quality is good. Alcohol is paid after 24.00. You can also eat on the beach. Everyone admired the Turkish tortillas there, I never tried it)) I wasn't up to them. There is also an ice cream by the pool around five in the evening, I also scored on it)) The WiFi is terrible. This is the only disadvantage, perhaps. There is no wifi at all on the beach. There is a paid wifi, but it doesn't seem to be any better. I haven't tried it. The pools are very beautiful. There seem to be 3 of them outside. There is also an indoor one. The beach is about 7-8 minutes walk away. There is a bus that runs frequently. But I liked walking. The beach is sandy, the entrance is gradual. It is convenient with children. There are a lot of sun beds. Everyone has enough. Towels are provided at the spa. The spa is gorgeous! Admin Olesya will replace three guides for you! Impeccable Russian. You can bargain. I bought 6 hour-long relaxation massages and a hammam for $210. Massage therapist Pina from Bali is just a magician, I fell asleep at her place. There is a market not far from the hotel, you can walk in the evening. Children's animation in the evening. It turns out there was a party for adults after her, but I found out the current before I left. Of course I regret it. But nothing - I plan to return there in October.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 days from September 18, 2021.
2 adults + a child . The cost of the tour is 107 tr.
Since it was cheaper than relaxing 7-9 days in Russia, we decided to try our luck.
First, a little bit about Turkey 2021, with your permission)
They breed even more than before .
The guide on the bus from the airport with tears in his eyes begs to go to a meeting with hotel guides, where they sell you "super" excursions at an exorbitant price.
All prices are in euros and dollars , but it comes out cheaper in local lira . And there is nowhere to change (especially near this hotel). ATMs also have only European currency.
As an example , a minibus costs 1.5 euros ( 135 rubles ) , and in lira 8 lira ( about 75 rubles ) , that 's the math and it 's everywhere .
The goods are of average quality . We bought TOBLERON chocolate in an ordinary supermarket ( not on the market ) and threw it away , since it is either not real or spoiled .
About the hotel :
- immediately upon check-in, they persistently demand 20 bucks 🤦♂️ or you will wait 3-4 hours for the room ( supposedly everything is occupied)
- free WiFi is just sad. We took a paid one for 9 days for 3 devices (you need to pay for each connected device , and we have 2 phones and a tablet for a child) 9x3x1 euro = 27 euros. And it works just as badly 😞
- the rooms are shabby brrr . Laminate flooring is worn , tiles in the toilet with black seams
- there is no animation ... or rather, there is something , but it's a shame to even call it animation …
- they feed.... Frankly , food is sometimes given something similar to food , but in general it is sad. Plus, the distribution is terribly inconvenient, you stand behind the barrier and try to explain with your finger what kind of cheese to put on you.....
- the sea is normal , except for the gloomy canopies over the sun beds
- the contingent is mostly ours , there are outright outspoken cattle who yell at the pool in the morning and ride off the children's slides , sleep in the afternoon , and dance in the evening in only headscarves in the hall.
- the safe is paid 2 euros per day = 18 euros)))
- they clean up strangely . They wiped the floor themselves, but for some reason the cleaner wiped it again with some dirty and smelly rag.... The whole floor is covered in hair and streaks....
- beach towels were changed every day
- children's races worked for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon (in the last days for 1 hour in total)
- hotel guides (Ibrahim and his sidekick).... I 'll just keep quiet .
And for dessert - you can't go to TOP Hotels via local WiFi (apparently because many people want to leave their feedback right away))))
We generally liked it for the money. We knew where we were going.
And for the hotel managers, the information is of the following nature (so to speak, "eye for an eye"):

We had a rest in October at this hotel in 2021. We refused to pay $ 20 at the reception and therefore got a room on the ground floor with some kind of constant noise near the technical room, the last night we did not sleep at all, the noise was impossible. Other guests had a stink of sewage in their room , someone had flies , well, in general, if you pay you will have a good room , but no, accept it , although the hotel was half empty , but the room still will not be given a normal one for free. Animation -20:30 for children; at 21:00-23:00 they just turn on the music and whoever wants to dance . There were caraocs a couple of times in ten days and a lottery once . The pool is icy, without heating. The pool that is inside is closed. The food is delicious and varied. Drinks are free from 10:00-24:00. WiFi is free, but it is constantly turned off. 5-7 minutes walk to the sea. There is also a bus from the hotel every 10 minutes. Beach towels are provided free of charge. Entering the sea is not safe everywhere, many injured their feet on the rocks, if you go to the right then the entrance is normal, sand.There are buses near the hotel that can take you to Side or Manavgat in 20-30 minutes, the fare is 8 lira or $ 1.5 per person.

Friends, we are currently resting at the hotel, yesterday there was a fire in the sauna at the hotel, smoke went through the ventilation to the 4th floor through 2 rooms from us, there is no fire alarm, we barely managed to go outside, there is a layer of ash / burning 1 cm in the room, you can imagine in what form all the clothes, somehow we convinced the administration to take all the things, including new ones, to the dry cleaners. They moved to another room, they just brought some of the clothes as they were in soot and remained, at the reception they just shrug their hands, the representative of the tour operator also shrugs. I highly do not recommend this hotel to visit, if anyone is interested, I can reset the video)

The food is terrible. I don't know what to feed the children, except cucumbers and French fries there is nothing to eat. The fish is bony, but it doesn't matter.. It's overcooked in a ton of oil, it doesn't taste good and it doesn't look good. Meat for dinner is fried skin on a bone in oil.. I do not know where the meat is, I did not find it... There was a turkey next to it in some kind of incomprehensible sauce, OK, well, I think maybe it can be eaten - no, undercooked, undercooked, tough meat that is difficult to chew.. Naturally, children do not eat it, and it is not tasty. Their sweets are compared to sweets from other hotels where we have been - you can eat, but not everything... The queue for vegetables and herbs.. Horror.. .There is a divorce everywhere in the hotel, at every turn.. Cotton candy is made on the terrace, where there are many children, they roll out a cart at lunch, they thought everything was included, 5 stars, went for cotton, ha, 2 bucks and the cotton is yours... After dinner, they pull out the slot machines, which are naturally paid.. There are no swings, slides for children, not even table tennis. There is no infrastructure near the hotel. There is only a pharmacy and a small shop with T-shirts.. A hotel on the outskirts of Side.. The nearest migros is 3 km away... The indoor pool is not working!!! How is it? April is outside, it has to work! They asked why, a pandemic... I think this is nonsense, there are a lot of people, everyone is rubbing side by side, without masks, without gloves, and the pool does not work, then you can let the children swim. Staff. - someone speaks Russian, someone does not speak at all!... The room is cold, very cold.. They asked for blankets, they brought them, just like that. They do not give soap and soap, i.e. there is no soap, no shampoo, no balm.. The room is poorly cleaned, the floors are not washed in general.. .. It's a long way to the sea, the beach is dirty, no one cleans, they don't feed at the beach, there is no water... One of the advantages of this hotel is the sea air.. T to the view from the hotel - there is no view... We will not go to this hotel anymore.
Someone wrote about animation, about a room for children - there is no such thing.

Insanely satisfied. constant cleaning of rooms and territory, almost everyone speaks Russian, it will always work out. the location of the hotel is perfect, the service is excellent, the bartenders, waiters, cooks are all polite, friendly, everyone will help, clean everything, bring it. Acrobat shows, karaoke, music. The refrigerator is refilled every day. The food is insanely delicious and plentiful. Guys, finding fault that there are no bathrobes, well, not seriously. This is not the first time in Turkey and I was unlucky to get into this "top five"
Immediately upon entry, they said that they had to pay extra for a room with a view of the pool, allegedly the hotel was overcrowded and there were no other rooms now.The room is big enough but dirty.No one did any normal cleaning here.The TV is antediluvian, although we don't watch it, but even cartoons can't be turned on for a child.There is no sound insulation, all the neighbors can be heard.
The staff, with the exception of a couple of waiters and a shuttle driver at sea, is absolutely not friendly, they constantly turn their noses.
Food is a separate anger.It's the same thing every day and the quality of the food is no higher than three points, it's not possible to eat breakfast at all.Once they gave us seafood, but we came half an hour after the start of dinner and after one large bowl was disassembled, it was simply removed and no longer refilled.In general, the food is terrible, we already dreamed of returning home and eating normal food.
There are no animations and entertainment for children besides the dubious mini disco at all.
There was also a fire at the hotel on our arrival.One of the buildings caught fire, at that moment there were enough people in the hotel and the fire alarm did not work!!!People were lowered from balconies down the fire escape because the corridors were in thick smoke and no one was talking about it.We were lucky that the fire was not in our part of the hotel and neither we nor our belongings were damaged, but many had problems and had to be moved somewhere.In general, fire safety is also at zero, the rest was spoiled for many!
The only plus is the beach, because the hotel on the outskirts was not crowded and comfortable to swim, but the beach itself is also quite dirty, but tolerable.But again, it's far enough to walk, but it's okay to take a shuttle.
In general, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for the money that it costs at the moment, and in general it is a maximum of three stars!

The hotel is nice, but small. Clean, cozy, good staff. There were absolutely no problems with checking in, quickly, a good room. The food is varied, even pampered with king prawns and crayfish))). The sea and the beach are of course the specialty of this hotel, just great. The animation is good, especially the animator Kerem led a volleyball, and a mini disco supper, rested with a 3-year-old child, the child liked it. The water in the pools is cold. The bartenders in the Lobby thank you very much))), always pleased with delicious cocktails. But honestly, the hotel is expensive. Well, in general, I liked the rest, I would go again. Here, for children, they would also put slides near the amphitheater, as in the Crown Palace you sit tables and a children's corner, it is very convenient, and a playground would be made on the beach))) . We have been staying at the hotel since July 15, 2021 and to this day) the hotel is 3+) the territory is not large at all, even very small) there is almost no greenery) there is only a swimming pool around) Turkey, first of all a hotel vacation) if the sea pleases in the afternoon, then in the evening from entertainment, this is only the nearest bazaar) there is nothing else) boring) they don't even turn on the music... there is nothing for children except water slides, which include daytime in time) of the attractions of the hotel there are two kittens, with whom everyone is photographed and fed) the rooms are clean) the student canteen restaurant) the staff can not cope with the flow of people) the tables are dirty for a long time and is located in the basement, in which birds fly and flies) just terrible) if you think that Russians are welcome in the hotel - no... the Germans are in priority, and there are a lot of them) it's not close to the beach to walk) there is no Wi-Fi... if there is a choice, then definitely not this hotel... we will never come again, even at an attractive price.!!!

Room cleaning was done poorly, the bed was not changed. The dust has never been wiped on the bedside tables, the table. Why not put scales at the reception for free for weighing suitcases, as is done in all normal hotels.

Funny animation. Animators do not let people get bored, they entertain in full. Unlike in 2018, when there was practically no animation.... The beach is a little far away, but this is not a problem - there is a bus every 10 minutes. The food is quite varied; I am not a gourmet, I was satisfied with everything. The rooms are cleaned every day, there are no comments. Therefore, I give 5 stars
