The hotel is not bad, 5*, we had a great rest. Everything that is necessary is there, and even more. The food is excellent, varied and delicious, the pools are wonderful, there are slides, the beds are clean, soft and smooth - it's a pleasure to sleep. There is a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room, slippers, towels, shampoos /gels /all kinds of tinsel for self-care. Animation is weak from the word at all (only for children - in the evenings - the same thing every day). The sea is a beautiful entrance, sandy, clean, full of sunbeds. Swimming is easy and pleasant. But you need to walk to it for 5-10 minutes. Or there is a bus going to the beach, but in 8 days we got on it a couple of times. But I'm having fun, with music, and a friendly smile. It stops when you vote. In general, the rest was a success, everything was fine.

I had a rest from August 30 to September 6, 2022.
By points:
1. The first thing I was convinced of was that the staff at the hotel actually hardly speaks Russian at all. As they themselves put it, they understand "a little bit". If this moment is important for someone, it is worth looking for another hotel at this stage. But, in fairness, according to personal feelings, I practically did not have to communicate with the staff in the end, and not knowing Russian on their part did not interfere. If you had any questions, an online translator helped.
2. Wi-Fi is free, BUT we got the room farthest from the reception, and there was practically no signal in it at all. To use the Internet, I had to go to the lobby and sit there (fortunately there are sofas and no one throws me out).
3. The food, in my personal opinion, is poor for 5 stars. For breakfast, they gave various cereals, balls with milk, buns, jams, scrambled eggs and omelets, but it was all cooked not tasty, for example, buns of different types tasted the same, as if they were not baked. I had to eat sandwiches for breakfast. By the way, the drinks are only juices from the vending machine, tea (in a teapot), coffee from the vending machine too. Lunch and dinner are more varied, but in fact not very much either. For example, the same side dishes were given for lunch and dinner: rice, mashed potatoes (as powdered for some reason), spaghetti, potatoes (French fries and baked) and side dishes such as turkey stewed with vegetables, veal stewed with vegetables, chicken stewed, fish stewed, meatballs. It all got boring fast. Once in 7 days I came across rolls and red fish is just salty. There are also always fresh chopped vegetables, salads and sandwiches. But, once again, I personally did not like all this.
4. Service. Since I already wrote above that no one speaks Russian, I can evaluate the service on a whim. When checking in, the suitcases are taken to the room by Passepartout). The room was not cleaned very well. We took out the trash from the buckets, updated the mini-bar, made the bed and cleaned the bathroom a little. The floors were not washed.
Separately, I can say about the room that it is not bad, BUT the fake window was not happy, the location was not good (the farthest and closest to the pool. Music can be heard in the evenings). The view from the window is not very good, all the time people walk by on the way to the beach. The air conditioner, by the way, worked well.
The waiters in the dining room are friendly and courteous. The dishes are dirty. But, as I noticed, it's because the flow of people is large. The dishes are quickly collected after each visitor, then taken on a trolley to the sink, apparently. And there, as they washed it in a hurry, they washed it back to the hall.
5. There is no hotel territory from the word at all. Two not very large pools and that's it. You won't be able to take a walk, only outside the hotel.
6. The infrastructure near the hotel is normal, there are many shops, pharmacies, there is even a cafe, but we did not go to it. Bus stops to get to ancient Side, for example.
I do not recommend going with children, because there is no entertainment for them. Sometimes they did a kind of children's animation in the evenings, but it was extremely rare.
It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach. There is also a free bus every 15 minutes directly from the hotel to the beach. By the way, there is a kind of dining room on the beach, where you can also have lunch in the afternoon. Drinking water is free on site everywhere, as well as on the beach area. There have always been enough sun beds, but our beach area is small enough. And the sea line is also not big highlighted.
In general, you can go to this hotel, but only once. Maybe someone will be lucky with a room, for example, more or the food will be to their taste. And so the atmosphere in the hotel was quite pleasant and there were not a few Russian visitors, but most of all there were Germans (animation in the evenings was also in German by the way).

We rested from 24.06 to 04.07, the hotel is super, we liked everything very much. We were well received at the reception, we arrived for dinner, we were sent to dinner immediately upon arrival, after we ate, we were immediately escorted to the room. The rooms are good, they do not ask for an additional fee for the room. There is a lot of food, all varied, there was also a fish day (crayfish, mussels, crabs, oysters), a very large selection of meat, a lot of fruits (watermelon, melon, cherries, oranges, apples and much more), burgers, French fries, pizza. To the sea is 6 minutes on foot along the path or 3 minutes by a Mega cool bus with cool drivers and a museum. There are plenty of free sunbeds on the beach at any time. The entry into the sea is super, sandy. Ice cream every day. The animation is good, they don't speak Russian very well, there are more Germans in the hotel. There are a lot of good impressions. In a word, the hotel is super.

We are staying at this hotel from August 27 to September 27., that's still here. And I want to note right away that this is my first negative review and I do not like to clean up the little things, but I absolutely do not want to be silent here. The rooms are mold-free, but there is no room cleaning. There is dust and dirt under the beds . My son rolled up the typewriter and had to move the bed. Clouds of dust and leftovers, sand)) It's already September 12th, there has been no change of linen. There are soap accessories and they are brought. The refrigerator is not working. I use the safe for free. On the beach, the light in the women's toilet has not been working since the 27th for sure. It doesn't bother anyone. The beach is cleaned by an employee, but every morning begins with cleaning and throwing garbage around the sunbeds. His hands are clearly missing. The waiters on the beach are all good and they want to leave tips. One really wonderful guy does not approach selectively, but to everyone and is always in a good mood. There is another Veysel, it seems, just a phone number - she did not give it. Now he defiantly bypasses it. I think that employees should not behave like this. I didn't provoke in any way with my behavior. The food on the beach is monotonous, but you can find something to eat. Rice, pasta, sauce, burgers, nuggets, French fries, greens and vegetables. Waffles are made every day. There is no ice cream on the beach. There has been no watermelon for the last 2 days. I am very surprised by these being in Turkey during the season. There is never a melon. Apricots are inedible, there are a lot of spoiled oranges. Yesterday I had to take 4 to find a normal one. I'll attach a photo. Regarding the watermelon, it is quickly disassembled and it is most often not pruned or it is necessary to approach and ask . I did it 2 times , but I don't want to beg all the time. There is always a long queue for tortillas. And they're inedible to me, but it's a matter of taste. With white cheese similar to cottage cheese ( I couldn 't eat . It has a very specific taste and smell. The same applies to meat and potatoes, since some kind of cheese with a strong smell is also added to it) of the sweet ones, only sugar with cinnamon. Although usually in Turkey there is always an apple and chocolate. Consider there is no animation for children. A few songs and that's it. It's not interesting, there are no costumes, it's not incendiary and there is little space on the stage. I can't say anything about adult animation. We went for a walk on the embankment. Restaurant service. He's gone. I've encountered this in Turkey for the first time. We are being bypassed. It's been 2 weeks now., it's true to say that today while I left the children with food, they brought juice. For the first time ever. It's not very convenient for me and I like it, because our breakfast is delayed. While you go get water for the children, for yourself. Although the Germans always bring drinks around. I don't want to give money before the service, but I always give it after if there is one. Meal. This is the first time I've encountered such food… like pigs. The eggs are in the litter. The sausage is clearly battered and treasured . I don't eat it , but even passing by is unpleasant. There are often no napkins in the area where the bread lies, and it is not known how many people pass and touch it. This is unpleasant for me. The yogurt was sour once, and the second time I came across a stone big enough and dirt. I attach a photo of what I spit out on a napkin. I once saw a dish : French fries filled with milk and sprinkled with raisins and mulberries. Maybe Turks eat this, but in Russia only pigs eat this. A few days ago I came at 9.00 for breakfast and there was nothing. 9 containers are empty. I also took a picture. And she went to the administration . Although I don't want to spoil my vacation, but it doesn't work out any other way here. There is nothing to feed the children if you are for normal food, not fast food. Mashed potatoes are always powdered. The worst nutrition and food quality. To have an understanding, that year we were in the neighboring side royal, it is much higher level. Before that, oz , vonresort, aquamarine, hane garden therefore have something to compare. Once, probably, it was expensive and good, but now only the name golden crown remains. The pillowcases on the pillows are dirty. They are washed exactly , but the whole pillowcase is in a woman 's mascara that has not been washed . Duvet covers are made of excellent premium Satin and even the name of the crown palace hotel is embroidered, but in holes)) Apparently they are very many years old. I'm also here with my kids and my parents. They live in the room next door and they had birthdays. 27 Aug., and 10 snt., did not even congratulate verbally. It doesn't seem to be necessary, but it also characterizes the hotel. I also encountered this for the first time. In general, the conclusion is this: I would definitely not recommend visiting this hotel. there are much better hotels in this price segment. And so the sea is warm and affectionate.

I'm right now at the hotel and writing a review
I don't know what kind of people wrote a lot of negativity. Apparently, those who, even ideally, will find something to find fault with, think like this.
1. Food. There is a huge selection, everything is very tasty, fresh, wonderful. We were not hungry, the food was an ecstasy of taste.
2. The staff. There is no division between Russians and Germans. Generally. Everything is the same. If you are rude and behave in such a way that everyone owes you everything, then it is not surprising if they treat you badly. Summer 2022. There is no negativity from either the locals or the Germans towards the Russians.
3. The sea and the beach of the hotel are a 7-minute walk away, the bus runs until the evening. There are a lot of pools, there is enough space for everyone. There's plenty of room in restaurants too.
4. Is it noisy? Well, if he goes to bed at 21:00, then maybe. As a last resort, you can close the balcony. It's 22:30, quite quiet.
5. Do they smoke everywhere? There is no law banning smoking in public places in Turkey, so everyone will smoke. If you don't like the law, you can relax in Russia. Or is it located in places where people do not smoke
6. Does the staff speak Russian poorly? Well, you are eating abroad, please get an English database for your own convenience. It will be useful all over Turkey, not just in the hotel
7. I don't know about animation, we are without children.
8. Near the bus stop, quad bike rental, tour agencies, markets.
9. Money could not be withdrawn from ATMs, it is not the fault of the hotel. We went to the mall and took everything off.
10. The rooms are beautiful, the territory is well maintained. Everything looks aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. The gym is, yes, in a very bad way. But this does not spoil the vacation. They settled right in
crown charm, they did not ask for any bribes and did not say that the rooms were over. Well, they didn't give me an iron, only to give it to the maids so that they could iron it for payment. I ironed things with air from a hair dryer. And you can take a mini iron with you.
In general, we are completely satisfied with everything, everything is fine. We are glad that we got here, and did not fall for some delusional negative reviews

A good hotel, a beautiful beach, delicious food, despite the difficult economic situation during quarantine, there is a lot and delicious, I would like to note the variety of excellent pastries, desserts, well done!the beach is wide, sandy, and located nearby..you can take a separate bus, or walk for 10 minutes, which is not a problem at all. The rooms are clean and spacious. But there is no shower gel, only soap with a piglet, they put it once a week. Take it with you. Sometimes the water was turned off. But they repair everything quickly. I would like to note the eternally dissatisfied face of the blond guy at the reception, who stubbornly ignores and answers questions maliciously or reluctantly. It doesn't explain anything and you won't ask anything again. He urgently needs to be replaced... Such people should not welcome guests. It's like I've eaten something sour and smelly. Unfriendly and rude. Overall, the hotel is wonderful. Pools, bars, food, sea, rooms... Everything is fine.

A normal hotel, I liked almost everything. We arrived with my husband at the hotel at 12: 00. We immediately settled on the 4th floor. Take the elevator, no problem. The room is small, about 15 sq. m. a meter (only a room), there was a balcony, a good, large shower cabin, minus, there is no soap and shampoo, as in other hotels, as before, there is only liquid soap, but I have not used their shampoo before, always my own. Everything was functioning in the room, there were no complaints. Everything is normal for food. Slightly monotonous breakfasts.

I would not recommend this hotel for a vacation. After reading the positive reviews of last year, we booked it for a vacation. But since this year, when there were two weeks left before departure, all very negative reviews began to appear. Naturally, as many people probably do, I thought that everyone can't like it, there are those who are always dissatisfied with something. And once in this hotel, I was shocked that it stands as a five-star hotel, but it only pulls in 3 stars. I am not one of those who will find fault with every detail, I can close my eyes to many shortcomings, but there was a complete bust, given that I have been to Turkey more than once, and there is something to compare the service with.They put us in a room almost in the attic, with an air conditioner and a refrigerator not working. When asked to change the room to another one, because it was impossible to stay there, we were told that there were no rooms, but they would find them for an additional unofficial fee of 30 dollars. There are no disposable hygiene supplies, thank you, we were lucky that we had at least a semblance of shampoo or shower gel in the dispenser on the wall in our room. Well, I threw my shampoo and balm with me just in case, after reading the reviews this year. After listening to the hotel guests at a meeting with a separate guide, others did not have this in their room at all. The pools are dirty, I have never seen them cleaned either in the morning or in the evening, and in the morning there is a lot of garbage at the bottom, disposable cups float. The towels were replaced and the room was cleaned properly. There are no animations for children, no cultural program, although other hotels, as they later asked, have it all, although they do not have 5 stars. This hotel regulates itself as an all-inclusive, but the safe in the room is only for an additional fee of 2 euros per day, Beach towels in the spa can be changed only once a day, again only for an additional fee. The bar is again "all inclusive" Only until 12 a.m., after 12 a.m. all drinks, even non-alcoholic ones, are for an additional fee. The restaurant has an average abundance of food, the quality of cooking leaves much to be desired, considering that I am not capricious to food, I eat everything. The attitude of the employees at the food distribution is disgusting, with such dislike that they did not want to approach, the waiters are even worse, they practically snatch all the dishes out of their hands, again with such obvious dislike. Plus, the territory itself has not been cleaned at all, Some dishes, wine glasses, plates were lying at the entrance, in the lawn all that week that was there. I have never seen such terrible service in a 5-star hotel. And also after talking with other guests, not only from Russia, that some of the air conditioning broke down, it's hot, no one did anything, even for an additional fee. In general, if it is possible to change the hotel, then change it immediately. Because all this is very overshadowing the rest. I was very disappointed, because the opinion about the whole of Turkey is changing from such hotels. I do not recommend it for recreation, especially for the family.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean, beautiful room. The Crown hotel chain is not bad! There are different rooms. Some have been recently renovated, others are very shabby. There are broken devices in the rooms (locks, tropical showers). The staff is responsive and diligent when the hotel load is incomplete, if full, they physically do not have time to work efficiently.
