The service department is not working. Since March 3, 2024, the goods have been repaired to this day. They have already been returned 3 times from the repair as if they had been repaired. And every time after ~ 5 minutes of operation, the tool failed and returned back for repair. Every time they returned something from the package was lost. The last time they returned it completely disassembled with the wording "the user is to blame for the breakdown, repairs are at the expense of the buyer," but no official conclusion was attached. I returned it back. Apparently, the office that sold the product will have to resolve the issue in court, and let it decide with this ***** warranty department
