The hotel is located in the center, good location, across the street there is an amusement park. There is a great restaurant nearby. But there is a huge minus that spoiled all the impressions, these are cockroaches in the room.

It was a month ago. The rooms are old and battered. The plumbing works every other time. They brought a dirty towel, I didn't notice it right away. At the check-out, they made me pay for a towel and said that I wiped their shoes, although the shoes were white and not black. When trying to explain at the reception, they started being rude, did not understand, paid 4000 tenge. The sediment is unpleasant. But I stopped at the hotel to relax after a hard day, and not to do an audit of what and how and what kind of towel was brought to me. They substitute and close their joints at the expense of the guests. There are more decent hotels nearby and much better and cleaner!

Nice hotel in the city center. Convenient location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are balconies. I took off one star for frequently non-working elevators. You can go to the water park nearby with a 50% discount.

A decent hotel: fully meets its stars. The room is spacious, the rooms are clean and overall everything is neat. Conditioner. Daily room cleaning (yes, this is not guaranteed in all Shymkent hotels, unfortunately), good linen and towels, good condition of plumbing, furniture. There were not enough hangers, especially not enough hangers for trousers. Good breakfasts: fresh delicious vegetables, mini-samsa - I also really liked it. Well, porridge, slicing, baking - everything is very tasty and edible. Good location: restaurants and everything you need are within walking distance. Attentive, courteous staff. Solid 4 stars.

I liked the hotel. There is an ironing room , everything in the room for relaxation , towels , soaps , slippers , etc. in the bathroom . The breakfasts are good - a buffet. They give a 50 % discount to the water park next door , which is also nice . Opposite there is a large park where you can have a great time with your family. Once we were in the city again , we stayed in it . I recommend it to everyone

Overall, I liked the hotel. 2 adults and 3 children lived in a two-room room. Clean and cozy. Good service and room cleaning. Responsive staff. Clean linen. Bath accessories, bathrobes, slippers. There is a small minus for breakfast. There are not enough pastries, cheesecakes, for example, pancakes, croissants. You also need warm milk near the breakfast cereals for children. But if you ask, the milk will be warmed for you. I hope there will be pastries next time. Usually there is always a 4+ hotel).
