Very nice, clean and cozy hotel. The hotel has a gym, a dining room and an auditorium for meetings with a large number of participants. Carpet is laid everywhere in the corridors. The rooms have a TV, mini fridge, writing table, armchair, chairs.

One of the hotels where I stay when I come to Shymkent. I like the bed, the breakfasts, the polite staff, and most importantly, the corridors and rooms are carpeted - you can sleep peacefully, you can't hear the footsteps of other guests. Well, the fact that he has a great location is a big plus.

I liked the hotel. There is an ironing room , everything in the room for relaxation , towels , soaps , slippers , etc. in the bathroom . The breakfasts are good - a buffet. They give a 50 % discount to the water park next door , which is also nice . Opposite there is a large park where you can have a great time with your family. Once we were in the city again , we stayed in it . I recommend it to everyone

Overall, I liked the hotel. 2 adults and 3 children lived in a two-room room. Clean and cozy. Good service and room cleaning. Responsive staff. Clean linen. Bath accessories, bathrobes, slippers. There is a small minus for breakfast. There are not enough pastries, cheesecakes, for example, pancakes, croissants. You also need warm milk near the breakfast cereals for children. But if you ask, the milk will be warmed for you. I hope there will be pastries next time. Usually there is always a 4+ hotel).
