She arrived with the intention of spending 3,000 rubles, but left with nothing. I pre-selected models on the Internet, but decided that I would be better advised by the official janome service. What was my surprise when the consultant said that the specified model does not make a flat seam with a top cover: "There is no looper on top, it does not make a chain on top." Well, OK, if this is a "chain" for a specialist, then so be it.
The model is not new, every first video on the Internet demonstrates this seam, only the official store is not aware, did you not have time to familiarize yourself?
I was ready to buy an industrial one, too, if it's better, the house allows it, but according to the consultant, none of their machines make the top cover. After these words, there was no desire to explain anything.
Yes, I don't sew to order, I'm not an expert in sewing, but I need this seam, isn't that why there is an offline store to help with the choice?
If you complain about the lack of sales, think about the qualifications of your employees and their desire to communicate with the customer.

March 20 - the price is 495 rubles, there is no longer a promotion. I ordered a typewriter for the promotion, but no one is calling. I call back - a hysterical girl on the phone informs me that my order has been canceled. I ask on what basis? "Because there are no cars at that price." I ask, what does no mean? The site is available, what's the problem? "There are no cars at this price." I'm asking, how about you notify me? "You have received a letter in the mail" - in fact, nothing has arrived. In general, I'm sitting, waiting for delivery, and my order turns out to be canceled)))))) The second time I called to find out the phone number of the immediate supervisor, and the same girl said that she was the boss and the management) Subsequently, I learned that "YES, YOU HAVE SEEN THE DOLLAR EXCHANGE RATE", "thousands of people like you are calling me now", "miracles do not happen" and "write bad reviews"!
