A wonderful observation deck of the city. The last time I was there was about 15 years ago, and this time I got up and took a fresh look at my beloved city.

It's good there. High. It breathes freely, but the asphalt on the East side is shit, and on the West it is good. The apple trees below are beautiful and apple-like. The view from above is not bad, if not for a certain amount of abandonment.

It's a great place. The bird's-eye view of the city is just great! There is free parking. There is a bench for cool photos on the top.
