One of the best shopping malls in the city!
We often go there, there are many shops, clothes, stationery, everything is done beautifully and clearly.
Quite recently, our Noise just died out, I'm glad that everything has recovered, and most of our city is being purchased there.

Our famous shopping mall!!! For how many years it has been built, the long-lived fence has become familiar here. But the construction was completed and the store suddenly got the popular name "NOISE". Many people laughed: "so it's not TSUM in Moscow, but MUMM?!" I have not lived in this city for 33 years, the name is no longer Shevchenko. But THE NOISE remained ! Anyway, this is a central store, it's nice to walk through the departments, make the necessary purchases, including in the grocery sector. Parking is convenient, access from anywhere
