I put stars only for the chic atmosphere and good service (the staff can have 5 stars-polite, pleasant), I would put 1 star for food and drinks, they took strawberry strudels, wine and a drink, two different people did not like the strudel specifically, the strawberries were tasteless, and the strudel as a whole, unexpectedly it looked very appetizing and it was amazing how such beauty could be so nothing.. There is fire for an Instagram picture, but no fire for a real belly..we wanted to constantly run in, but changed our minds, as the wine is fine, but after the first sip I started to feel dizzy, which is not typical for me, I have such a reaction only to very low-quality wines ala wine drink, that is, there are doubts about what kind of wine, I have repeatedly brought standard mac market wines from the Eu, such a reaction No, even for cheap ones at EU prices..Therefore, it seemed that the institution is more for instagramming photos than really tasty food. I didn't like anything and the second person didn't like Alya Morse either. We were a little surprised by the excellent reviews, since we also went to them. The establishment is prosperous and it is possible to change the recipe somehow. Strudel is similar to semi-finished defrosting (( We were in Vienna, eating local strudel and coffee. I came for the first time and was very glad to visit this place. Let's start with the atmosphere, calm music, friendly barista, beautiful lighting. As for the barista in general, special thanks, we had a detailed consultation on strudels and drinks, prepared a wonderful raf, brought everything to the table. I took a strudel with chicken today, I advise everyone to try it, there is a lot of filling, but there is almost no dough. Simply put, it's not an institution, but a fairy tale. I will definitely come again! (The barista is just a cat)❤️

I recently went to a Strudel and did not lose! As soon as I entered, I felt cozy — soft light, pleasant smells and friendly staff.
The service was also pleasant — the waiters were attentive and always ready to help with the choice.
If you love sweets and are looking for a cozy place, be sure to look here. I'm sure I'll come back again to try something new!

The most delicious strudel in Minsk. I've never tried it better. If someone wants to try a real strudel, you are definitely here. There is a very cozy atmosphere inside. It smells amazing baking, you just want to eat something. A large selection of strudels, for every taste. The staff is polite and pleasant to serve. We will definitely come back here again!

Strudel is a great place for breakfast! When we visit Minsk, we definitely have breakfast in this cafe, even though we are staying geographically. My favorites are strudel with chicken and tomatoes, and apple. The coffee is great! Before that, there were delicious porridges, but this year they were removed from the menu. Thank you all for the delicious breakfasts!

These are definitely the best of the delicious things in Minsk. That's how I eat everything, but I'm very selective about sweets. And Cherry chocolate is my favorite of strudels. One filling , the dough is so thin that it is invisible. It's very tasty. Definitely better than any cakes.

Today, my fiancee brought me to this place. What can I say, I haven't seen this for a long time. And delicious strudel and great drinks, and the service is excellent. The barista girl is very polite and could make a joke and held a consultation. Simply put, I am very satisfied. I think I'm going to be a regular here now. A very cool place! The strudels are simply exemplary! We took it with salmon, 4 cheeses and cherry and it was amazing. Perfect dough, lots of delicious toppings. Cava brut is also beautiful. And coffee! So delicious, just perfect. We highly recommend you to visit.
P.S. It is clear that the guys do not just work, but put their soul into the matter.

We recently came to Minsk and accidentally stumbled upon this coffee shop while waiting for our order. We came in and asked the barista girl to postpone dessert for us for a few minutes. Then we came in, they gave us our desserts and we also ordered hot chocolate and raff with salted caramel)
We really liked everything, starting from desserts, ending with a wonderful and kind barista who cooked us potatoes for free)
I highly recommend visiting this coffee shop!

A compact colorful place with delicious strudel of all stripes! And what a fragrant tea! My friends and I liked it, it was delicious!!! And sweet strudel, and hearty, for example, with fish or with spinach and ricotta. I recommend it! We were visiting Minsk, we stopped by to drink delicious tea with strudel!

Strudel... well, I don't know, the puff was called strudel and they threw in a couple more rubles. By itself, baking will do, but not very much for this price. The situation was saved only by the barista, who did everything right.

Атмосферное местечко! Регулярно сюда заглядываю - устроить себе маленький праздник среди рабочего дня. Штрудели очень интересные. Стоит попробовать и сладкие и несладкие. Каждый хорош по-своему! Рекомендую!

Вкусненькие штруделёчки! Яблочные много где можно попробовать, а вот широкое штруделевое разнообразие нашел пока только тут!
Есть сладкие и питательные :)
Особо порадовали вишневый и рождественский!
Все хочу с рыбкой попробовать, но что-то его всегда до меня разбирают.
Можно встретить в кафе собственников, расскажут историю каждого рецепта! :)

Прекрасное заведение: красивая посуда, приятный персонал, вкусный кофе, а главное, как и заявлено – это штрудельная. Довольно большой ассортимент: есть и сладкие и сытные варианты, все очень вкусно (тончайшее тесто и много начинки!). Удобное местоположение (м. Первомайская), летом ставят столики на улице. Одно из любимых заведений 👌

Супер классное место, с уютной атмосферой и приятным персоналом. Каждый штрудель, как по отдельности, так и вместе, это отдельный вид высочайшего искусства. Очень радует возможность заказать сеты, с разным наполнением, и их разнообразие, что позволяет попробовать как можно больше вкусов за вполне приятную цену)))

Тончайшее тесто, сочные начинки. Не могу пройти мимо, если рядом проезжаю обязательно заезжаю, ем на месте и беру с собой для семьи. Самай вкусный штрудель в Минске здесь. Рекомендую попробовать.

Очень уютное место с ароматным кофе и вкусными штруделями. На выбор много начинок, есть не только сладкие, но и мясные. Я большая сладкоежка, поэтому перепробовала все вкусы, в топе (шоколад, клубника, маскарпоне)
Обязательно попробую и сытные:)
Вежливый персонал, красивый интерьер и вкусная еда, что может быть еще лучше?

Очень красивое место, а главное, что все очень вкусно!!! Есть возможность заказать набор из разных штруделей, чтобы выбрать своего фаворита. Вишня-шоколад самый любимый, жалко, что ближе к вечеру иногда не бывает. Есть возможность заказать доставку и забрать самовывозом.

Первый раз попала в это заведение чисто случайно, нужно было срочно купить десерт, но теперь, я постоянный посетитель. Безумно вкусный штрудель, очень вежливый и компетентный персонал, всегда выслушают ваше предпочтения аля "Хочу сладкий но не слишком, соленый но не сильно" и предложат идеальный вариант для вас. Попробовала уже все вкусы, для себя выбрала фаворитов: с лососем, курицей и Том Ям - они прям в самое сердечко ♥ Остальные тоже очень вкусные но вот эти три для меня - 7 небо)
Редко пишу отзывы, но это место достойно отзыва на 5 из 5 звезд.
Очень рекомендую.

На днях посетила данное заведение и осталась в полном восторге! Безумно вкусные штрудели, а подача просто на высшем уровне. Очень порадовал огромнейший ассортимент штруделей на любой вкус и цвет! Мило, атмосферно, приятно смотреть в окно на улицу. Готовая выпечка, в основном пироги, тесто тонкое начинка вкусная)))
Кофе отличный, приятное обслуживание
Достаточно просто, но романтично, чтобы пойти на свидание на кофе.
