There, near the office, you need to take an electronic queue so that there are no problems. Injections without waiting in line. There is always a queue after work. I waited an hour at most. On weekdays, it is better to approach during business hours or after 9 p.m., you will wait for 1-2 people. There are sun beds and armchairs. You can also take it sitting down. There are curtains between the sun beds. Children are also brought, it's good that they are received in a separate room so that their scream is not so loud.

To which I received an answer - you're late, wait, we'll call you. I didn't wait any longer, took the money and left. I won't come here anymore. I got the feeling that I was not in a paid clinic, but in a state polyclinic.
I do not recommend this institution if you value your time.

We signed up for an MRI scan.
At first, they call every 3 hours to "remind" me of the appointment, and when my mother was already driving up, but she was 7 minutes late because of traffic jams, they brought in another patient! Although they called and warned that we were going and would be there soon!
Where did they get a patient "by appointment" for the time that was booked for us?!
And when we said that we would go to another clinic, they replied: oh, go wherever you want!
2. An incompetent young doctor who prescribed a bunch of examinations and tests that were not really needed: the standard scheme for divorcing patients for additional examinations!
3. The appointment is written out on pieces of paper in a clumsy incomprehensible handwriting!
Yes, even in public clinics they print on letterheads!
And it would be fine if all this happened in a state polyclinic or somewhere in the region. But no! It's all in a "premium" clinic in the city center!

I arrived at the appointed time, there is a separate registry for foreigners, free, there are a lot of people, but there is no one here. No one knows about me, they haven't heard about any recording, okay, they say: go up to the 4th floor, the office is like that, I came, I sat in line for 5 minutes, the surgeon: uh, I don't do this, I'm a practicing surgeon, it's not my thing to go to a traumatologist. I come, so there, my grandfather is 100 years old, he immediately began to tell me, despite my elbow, that I need surgery in no other way, but I won't tell you anything, go pay for the consultation then I'll tell you everything. We applied to this clinic several times. Doctors are always friendly, explain everything clearly, it is clear that they are professionals in their field. My husband had an X-ray and ultrasound of the veins, I had an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity and also took a consultation with a dermatologist. We are very satisfied with all the services.
The only thing is that the reception is often a mess and there are huge queues. It would be much more convenient if you could pay for the consultation in advance online and check in to the electronic queue yourself, as was done in many clinics in Moscow.

Although it turned out, upon contacting another clinic, that the ligament damage is minor and a couple of days of rest and further strengthening are needed, and not "six months alone and never play sports." Maybe other doctors are not like that, but I do not recommend going to a traumatologist.
