This is our worst hotel during our entire trip to Uzbekistan. We stayed there solely because there was a two-room room: in the photo, a bed for parents and a child stood on opposite sides of the wall. In reality, it's nothing like that: the second room is an anteroom with a dirty sofa, which I wouldn't even risk putting an adult on. There are stains on the wallpaper, there is no refrigerator, it is unpleasant to enter the bathroom – it is creepy and stinks of sewage. In general, there is a musty smell in the room. By the way, this is the first hotel where we had to put duvet covers on the blankets ourselves. The icing on the cake: when we arrived for the PAID breakfast, there was cheese, sausage and a couple of types of sweet rolls on the buffet table.
On the plus side: the mattresses are comfortable. The room has disposable slippers and sets of paste/brush, air conditioning, hairdryer.

It's not far from the airport and at the same time the center. There is everything nearby: cafes, restaurants, various shops, banks.

The location is good, I always live in this area when I visit Tashkent. I would also like to note the absence of a refrigerator, microwave and very few clothes hangers. We spent the night for two days.
The room is large, the water pressure is good, but the faucet is leaking.

I've booked two rooms in this, God forgive me, hotel in a month. The hotel confirmed the booking both automatically and in personal correspondence. Less than a day before arrival, they wrote to me from the hotel, no longer in Booking, but in Whatsapp, that they did not have two rooms. Like live in one. We booked for 5 days, with an extension before departure. The staff is helpful and friendly. The pool was a lifesaver in the heat. The breakfasts are good, I especially liked the rice porridge, it's a pity that I had it once. Cleaning on request at the reception.
P.S. change money at the airport, the rate is more profitable than in banks. Unknowingly. We took a taxi to the hotel for 80,000 soums, which is 4 times more expensive than from the hotel to the airport) it takes 13 minutes to drive.

Disappointed:
We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights.
The room was initially dirty, dusty, with a slight smell of sewage and dim, oppressive light. Okay, let's close our eyes, we're just spending the night here.
But the fact that the room has never been cleaned, towels have not been changed, and the trash has not been taken out is too much. They asked for it, but received an answer that it was not provided for.
The hot water was turned off for almost 2 days.
No one warned, did not tell the reason, did not apologize for the inconvenience. At the end of October, taking a shower with cold water is an experience that I don't want to repeat.
The beds consisted of a board placed on a frame, with a mattress on top.
It's scary to even move on it at night, so as not to fall, because this board is not attached to the frame.
There was a kettle in the room, but there was no outlet nearby.
The sockets were behind the bed and behind the wardrobe.
"An ingenious solution." Accordingly, in order to iron or heat the kettle, you either need to move the bed or put your hand jewelry between the closet and the wall.
The sockets were falling out of the wall, the photo is attached.
They were afraid to move the curtain, because it also hung flimsily, it could fall.
The walls are like cardboard, and the neighbors' whispers can be heard. Fortunately, everyone understood this and tried not to make noise, they managed to sleep.
But the metal door at the entrance was constantly left wide open, and it rattled in the wind so that we shuddered.
Once we decided to have breakfast at our hotel, and as we realized, we were just lucky that morning that there was some food left (and it was at about 8:30-9 in the morning!), and there was a place where we could sit down for breakfast. Because then people came and found that all the seats were occupied and the food was gone.
They turned around and left.
Before the eviction, we decided to leave our things in the luggage room and go for a walk around the city, because there was enough time before departure.
A storage room is a room in the basement where you need to independently lower your suitcase down the stairs, and then also drag it upstairs.
Bottom line: I recommend tourists to pay a little extra and rent another hotel, so that the accommodation does not spoil the impression of the city and the country.
Tashkent is a very beautiful city with pleasant people!

Overall a pleasant hotel. Wide comfortable beds. But for me there was 1 fat minus: I asked for a quiet room at the reception. They gave me a room with windows facing the street. It would be all right, it's not too noisy from the street. But until the middle of the night, disco music was blaring somewhere nearby. It was not realistic to sleep with the window open. And in the room, despite the heat outside in April, the battery was burning. It was very hot and stuffy.

The worst hotel on our route. We booked it ourselves, not the company, which is even more insulting. Reality has nothing to do with photos. The room has a musty smell (!). The bathroom is dirty. Bed linen with holes. In general, it looks like a hostel, although hostels can be much more decent. Breakfasts are meager and if you come after 9 o'clock, only cheese, sausage (tasteless) and something sweet may remain on the buffet. On the first day, it turned out that way - we asked for 45 minutes to be fed breakfast. My wife has already suggested that you return the money for breakfast and we will eat elsewhere.

It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel. I was with a child and alone. Convenient location. There are nearby places to eat, a bazaar, pharmacies. The airport is 10 minutes away. It is located in the center. It is very convenient to travel from there to any place. The staff is helpful. They will do what you don't ask. There was even a case when a child urgently needed to get medicines at 12 at night. We've done everything. The breakfasts are also good. A woman always cooks in a variety of ways.

Either the toilet bowl or the shower head was leaking. At the same time, there is an announcement that no one is responsible for valuables in the rooms. Therefore, I did not want to ask to fix it in our absence. A sad breakfast. The second time at 8-30 (breakfast before 10), everything was hot. I probably should have waited, but we couldn't because we were already on our way to the airport. The territory is beautiful. Clear.

A cozy hotel.
The reception staff is helpful and helps with questions. There are 2 refrigerators for common use at the reception.
The breakfasts are of the same type, if you come later (after 9), you will have to eat what is left.
The room was never cleaned (there were 3 days), even the garbage was not taken out, we had to either throw it out ourselves or personally give it to the cleaner.

My wife and I didn't like it very much. We rested for 8 nights. Expectations were higher, as we had already vacationed in Samarkand, and there was a very good level of service in another hotel for a lower price. What didn't you like here:
1. Although the room was spacious, with high ceilings, it was kind of shabby. The bathroom door creaks loudly, and a shelf has fallen off in the shower stall. Some stains on the bed linen, on the walls. The cable is sticking out without insulation. A large square hole in the ceiling of the corridor, covered with a cardboard box.
2. We contacted two administrators. One, younger, was friendly and helped to exchange dollars on the first day. The second, middle-aged, is very inhospitable and unfriendly. I was constantly talking on the phone. You go to the reception desk, he communicates with someone, tells in detail how well he is doing, does not pay attention to you, you wait 10 minutes. I asked him to take out the trash (I brought it to him in a bag on the counter), he said with displeasure: "Women have to endure this," but he took it anyway. Why is this attitude? Because my wife and I have different surnames (it says on the entrance to the hotel that only a man and a woman can live together "after the registry office)? Well, if you asked, I could show you the marriage certificate. He barely greeted me through his teeth all day. I thought hospitality was important for Uzbeks.
3. There could be a lot more to write, I will write briefly. Pungent odors from the kitchen (fried meat) they went straight to the room from about 5-6 in the morning local time and woke me up. The breakfasts are tasteless and indistinguishable, spoiled products (bitter butter, sour watermelon) came across several times. There was no Wi-Fi at all, they managed to use mobile Internet from a local SIM card. Noisy: the receptionist was talking loudly on his mobile phone at one o'clock in the morning and at six in the morning, stomping up the stairs, slamming doors with all his might, disturbing sleep. We will definitely not stay at this hotel for the second time, fortunately, there is a choice.
