Run down and dirty. Toilet broken. They send someone to fix it. Took them an hour and left without cleaning the bathroom. What a mess! Manager unable or unwilling to find a solution. Would never book a room here again.

The staff is very polite. The service is fine. During Ramadan, the hotel provided free water in small bottles, which is very convenient. The breakfast was a buffet, everything was fresh and very tasty. The rooms are normal. We liked it. We will advise our friends, and we will come back ourselves.

A very good hotel. Quiet area, close to everything - shops, catering, 10 minutes walk to the metro. The rooms are small, but cozy and comfortable. The breakfasts are modest, a lot of pastries, few fruits and vegetables, but this is generally a feature of Uzbekistan. The staff is VERY polite. Not only a suitcase was brought to the room, but also a light travel backpack. I recommend it!

He's not bad. Modern interior (this is a rarity for Uzbekistan), everything is fresh, not killed. I would not call the room small, a normal twin, even a free bathroom. The guys at the reception are very helpful, they help carry the suitcase.
The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. A lot of yesterday's cold pastries, no protein and vegetables at all. And in general, they have "self-service", after eating you have to take the plate to a pretty shitty kitchen (thanks for not washing it). If they had a special table for dirty dishes, there would be no questions, but I carried my dishes to the kitchen for the first time.

The drain did not work in the shower, when asked to solve the problem, they brought us a plunger and offered to clean the water themselves. To which we reacted negatively and after the guys at the reception agreed to open the drain and check everything, but said that there were no problems in the drain, that all rooms had the same drain. They suggested opening the water less so that the water could drain. After a long journey, I just wanted to take a shower, but we couldn't take it, it was terribly unpleasant to go into the shower with water gathering under our feet. The toilet bowl had ingrained yellow-brown spots. The bathroom stinks of sewage, everything is in terrible condition. The bathroom tiles were dirty, and a dead mosquito was stamped on the wall. The decorative pillows on the beds are dirty and stained. The towels were gray, old. There was an unpleasant smell in the room even with the window open.

A hostel-level hotel, not a boutique. The price is too high. Nearby there are hostels with significantly lower cost and with better conditions. One of the advantages is the responsive staff, a fairly spacious room, good beds, the room was clean, good Wi-Fi. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a window to the courtyard. Therefore, karaoke was almost inaudible. Among the disadvantages - there is no refrigerator in the room, very poor breakfasts. Fried eggs and finely chopped fried sausages, stale pastries, tea bags without packages, cheap instant coffee. The hotel offers a shuttle service from the airport for the extortionate cost of $15. The real price of a taxi is about $ 2. The airport has its own taxi service. They cost $4.

Sadly. The service is 0, there is no food for breakfast, and what is there is quickly running out. No one is watching the kitchen. There are broken handles in the room and taps in the bathroom. The only good thing is a clean bed and the location of the hotel. I would have thought twice about going there or not.

On the first night upon check-in, karaoke was played until 3 o'clock, located on the ground floor. The windows barely close due to a worn-out mechanism and are slightly, but noticeably, blown. The price is too high - for the same price in other hotels I got better condition, sound insulation, a larger area and much better breakfasts, not to mention other small joints.
