A very good hotel. Quiet area, close to everything - shops, catering, 10 minutes walk to the metro. The rooms are small, but cozy and comfortable. The breakfasts are modest, a lot of pastries, few fruits and vegetables, but this is generally a feature of Uzbekistan. The staff is VERY polite. Not only a suitcase was brought to the room, but also a light travel backpack. I recommend it!

He's not bad. Modern interior (this is a rarity for Uzbekistan), everything is fresh, not killed. I would not call the room small, a normal twin, even a free bathroom. The guys at the reception are very helpful, they help carry the suitcase.
The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. A lot of yesterday's cold pastries, no protein and vegetables at all. And in general, they have "self-service", after eating you have to take the plate to a pretty shitty kitchen (thanks for not washing it). If they had a special table for dirty dishes, there would be no questions, but I carried my dishes to the kitchen for the first time.

The drain did not work in the shower, when asked to solve the problem, they brought us a plunger and offered to clean the water themselves. To which we reacted negatively and after the guys at the reception agreed to open the drain and check everything, but said that there were no problems in the drain, that all rooms had the same drain. They suggested opening the water less so that the water could drain. After a long journey, I just wanted to take a shower, but we couldn't take it, it was terribly unpleasant to go into the shower with water gathering under our feet. The toilet bowl had ingrained yellow-brown spots. The bathroom stinks of sewage, everything is in terrible condition. The bathroom tiles were dirty, and a dead mosquito was stamped on the wall. The decorative pillows on the beds are dirty and stained. The towels were gray, old. There was an unpleasant smell in the room even with the window open.

We booked a room in advance, arrived tired with a child after a trip at 23 o'clock, and we were told that we had already sold your room. As a result, we called a friend who lives in Uzbekistan, he talked to the reception staff and, believe it or not, the number was found. Terrible attitude towards people.

Отель уровня хостел, а не бутик. Цена завышена. Рядом есть хостелы со значительно меньшей стоимость и с лучшими условиями. Из плюсов - отзывчивый персонал, достаточно просторный номер, хорошие кровати, в номере было чисто, хороший Wi-Fi. Наш номер был на 3 этаже с окном во внутренний двор. Поэтому караоке было почти не слышно. Из минусов - в номере нет холодильника, очень скудные завтраки. Яичница и мелко порезанные жареные сосиски, несвежая выпечка, чай в пакетиках без упаковок, дешёвый растворимый кофе. Отель предлагает трансфер от аэропорта за грабительскую стоимость 15$. Реальная цена такси около 2$. В аэропорту есть собственная служба такси. У них стоимость 4$.

Sadly. The service is 0, there is no food for breakfast, and what is there is quickly running out. No one is watching the kitchen. There are broken handles in the room and taps in the bathroom. The only good thing is a clean bed and the location of the hotel. I would have thought twice about going there or not.

Очень хороший отель, уютный и очень чистый, персонал приветливый и завтраки тут просто чудесные. Жил у них неделю и ни капли не пожалел. Всем советую!

В первую ночь при заселении играло караоке до 3 часов, расположенное на первом этаже. Окна еле закрываются из-за изношенного механизма и слегка, но ощутимо, продувают. Цена завышена - за такую же цену в других отелях получал лучшее состоянии, шумоизоляцию, большую площадь и намного лучше завтраки, не говоря о других мелких косяках.

Номера убитые. Тëк унитаз и на пол, и вода бежала в унитаз, про который отдельная песня, он не был прикручен к полу, в душе вода не уходила. После скандала, предложили другой номер, в котором всё напольное покрытие стояло дыбом. Ужасно

Неплохой отель за свои деньги. Завтрак так себе. Но вокруг полно кафе/ресторанов, так что не проблема поесть.

Клопы, грязь и волосы на тумбочках, кондиционер не работает , снизу в подвале дискотека, портье не знает русский язык , белье постельное не стираное. Делайте выводы сами , но я не советую в этой мусорки жить.

Не оправданно дорогой отель и не правданно называется "бутик". От бутика в нем ничего нет. Обычный отель- три звезды. Дешевое оборудование и ремонт, кондиционер не охлаждает.
