Among the advantages of this place: generally inexpensive, near the zoo and botanical garden, close to shops, good mattresses and bed linen, a good place to relax on the street with swings and a fountain. During the eviction, things were left in the storage room for almost the whole day without any payment. Cons: when the microwave oven was turned on, the electricity was knocked out on the entire floor.

We've been here more than once. Everything worked the first time. For the second time, we encountered the problem of the current faucet in the shower stall. For the third time, the air conditioner did not work, and most importantly, the staff's help ended with the fact that they poked at the remote control and said "That's fine." But this is not normal!!! There was also a situation with a power outage in the entire area, and here the management behaved very correctly and refunded the cost of living per day. In general, the staffing of the apartments is quite decent. There is everything you need. I would especially like to mention the comfortable beds, the cleanest linen and towels. The hairdryer is built into the bathroom, there are no problems with water. The rooms do not have slippers and a washing machine, apparently not provided. The nuance of these apartments is that every rustle in the hallway can be heard through the entrance doors. There are tables with chairs in the courtyard, you can drink tea, eat, it's nice. Especially in the evening when the mini fountain is illuminated. I did not see an opportunity to cook on the grill as stated on the Booking. Maybe I didn't look well, of course. There is also a nuance, the railway is very close. At night, of course, the sounds of passing trains interfere. Because there are no roadways under the windows. The attitude of the staff is friendly and it pleases. The guys are very helpful and good-natured. Impressions after several stays are mixed. It doesn't seem to be bad, but ... I can recommend it in general, but only for not particularly demanding guests)
