The hotel is very beautiful both inside and out. It is located within walking distance from most historical attractions. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly, attentive, responsive, well-mannered, always ready to help with any question. Swimming pool, sauna, hammam, massage - everything is fine. They are completely closed for the client. The rooms are clean, everything you need is there.Breakfast is a buffet for every taste. Special thanks to the cook, he cooked delicious. We were in early April, the weather was pleasant. My daughter and I were very pleased. I recommend this hotel!

We were at the hotel in October 2024. The hotel is new and beautiful. There is a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi by appointment. Sauna and hammam for money. Registan and other attractions are not far away. However, Suzgarandskaya Street is not suitable for pedestrians, you can break your legs.
The breakfasts are very tasty, the service is good. There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, some English-speaking foreigners. The only drawback is that the Internet does not work all the time and the TV too, it is connected to it. Once there was no Internet (Wi-Fi) for a whole day. Maybe it's not essential, but it's annoying. The hotel is quiet, the neighbors have not been heard, although there are a lot of people. The air conditioner was not turned on, it was not hot, the window was opened. I really liked Samarkand, I recommend everyone to come here and admire the beauty

Excellent location, 10 minutes from Registan and the beginning of the pedestrian street to Bibi Khanum. The guys at the reception are very friendly, sociable, they will tell you everything. We are very happy with our stay here, the rooms are clean, beautiful, and only here we met that they also give two towels for the feet :) the breakfasts are excellent, the staff is caring and polite, there is a swimming pool and sauna (1 hour per day is included in the price), you can have coffee in the courtyard at any time, the location is convenient.

Tonight is the final night at this hotel. I would like to share my impression of him. I travel a lot and stay in hotels with a star rating of at least 4. Everything is always fresh and beautifully served. Well, it's impossible not to fall in love with Administrator Amir. Such a responsive and attentive young man. Thanks a lot to him. Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable with him. The hotel has a sauna, a swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi. Everything is provided for individual use by appointment. Free round-trip transfer in a comfortable car. I am just delighted with the hotel, Samarkand and the people who live here

Рекомендую! Отелем очень довольна. Отель расположен в 980 метрах от главной площади Регистан. Очень красивый отель с внутренним дворником. Новый. Открыт в мае 2022. Все номера просторные, все новенькое и блестит. Приветливый персонал. Лифта нет, но с чемоданами всегда помогут. Все мыльно-рыльные мелочи в наличии. Постельное белье качественное. Хорошие завтраки. Есть бассейн и сауны. Работают по запросу (хоть среди ночи включат). В отеле просят оплатить либо картой либо местной валютой ( доллары и евро не берут). Слышимость в номерах. В целом очень и очень понравилось. До рынка Сиаб 1.5 км. С такси в Самарканде нет проблем. Яндекс такси работает идеально. Рекомендую!

Хорошая гостиница с супер зоной с бассейном, но достаточно много минусов и недочетов .. например я бронировала номер с гидромассажной ванной, а её не оказалось. Мальчик на ресепшн сказал мол извините не знаю как так получилось. В общем, без ванной я осталась. Ещё стояла лампа на столе, а розетки не было. Просто для красоты стоит (зачем????!). Не смогла заказать еду в номер, два парня на ресепшн вообще не понимают что им говорю (хотя русский знают). И неудобства приносит что за 2-3 дня нахождения в отеле раза четыре менялся персонал на ресепшн и каждый раз новый человек был. Достаточно неудобно когда нашёл общий язык с одним, а вот и его нет

Новый отель в среднеазиатском стиле с красивым внутренним двориком. Номера небольшие, кровати и матрасы хорошие. Есть кондиционер, все банные принадлежности, зубные щётки, халаты, тапочки. Отель в пешей доступности от площади Регистан. (10 минут).

Новый отель, открыт в мае 22 года, 32 номера. Расположен в 10мин хотьбы от Регистан.
Встретили в аэропорту в 6 утра, сразу заселили в номер без всяких доплат. Персонал дружелюбный, но без бейджев - не знаешь как обращаться.
Супер, что есть хамам, сауна и бассейна. После тяжёлого дня - самое оно. Но вода в бассейне прохладная.
В первый день отключился интернет, на второй не было горячей воды. Но персонал как мог пытался загладить свою вину.

Классная, красивая, новая гостиница. Завтраки хорошие, шведский стол. Жалко, что при отеле нет ресторана, тк рядом в пешем доступе поесть негде. Персонал тоже отличный, уборка каждый день.

Очень хороший отель. В Самарканде таких не много. Всё новое, красивое, в восточном стиле, но не броское. Стильно смотрится. Скоро откроют ресторан на крыше, будет вообще бомба)

Номера в гостинице которые улучшенные очень маленькие и не удобные,у меня в номере не работал кондиционер и холодильник,правда после скандала мне дали хороший большой номер. Я не советую ценник не адекватный
