And to my pleasant surprise, in 2 days I got quite a lot of knowledge on theory and, plus, they consolidated everything with practice, which was from their personal experience. What I really liked was that the groups were not large and they paid attention to everyone and answered their questions. After completing the course, she was able to easily apply her knowledge both at work and in her personal life.
I signed up for the next training on the theory and practice of lie recognition, I will leave a review later, after passing, but I am sure that I will like it no less than profiling.

I really want to describe the cooperation with the recruitment company of the State of emergency "Verifier". When discussing cooperation, I was tasked with selecting several suitable candidates (in 3 days) to work for my company. There was no time to pick up and browse the Internet. The employees of the company assured me that there are enough candidates requested and they will quickly find suitable options. All the conditions were negotiated verbally. When asked if it was necessary to fill out the questionnaire, they said that it was not necessary. The work was meant to be prepaid. So, in the morning, the money was already in the company's account, and I was waiting for a flurry of calls from job applicants. As a result, by the evening, students or completely incompetent people called (there were three of them). Ok, this is only the first day, I'm waiting further, the second day is silence, no one answers my calls, the third day is silence again they ignore me, by the evening the Head Sergey called back, who began to convince me that the recruitment work is going on, it's just complicated and not easy.. In general, they missed time, they didn't do anything in three days, they didn't answer my calls, and then they convinced me that they had done everything they could (called the candidates) and sent me some incomprehensible questionnaires by mail, while emphasizing that they should have called only 10 candidates at all That is, for 140 rubles, they had to call 10 people and the result could be zero. So this is for recruitment. My advice is not to contact this company, you will waste time, money and nerves, it is easier to post ads about finding employees on portals yourself, it will be more useful. I am very dissatisfied with the work of this company. They paint well, but the result of the work is zero
