The ramen itself is very reminiscent of the Vietnamese pho bo, the difference is in noodles. There are a lot of variations, of course, and there is such a recipe, BUT I wanted to see a soup different from pho, like in sakaguchi or noodles. But these are just my expectations.
The place is about nothing, the noodles are good, but the beef is too dry, it's not worth it for that kind of money, there's more variety in the next department, bean sprouts, eggs, and what is this? Noodles and beef, disgusting, I won't come anymore
