It was not the first time we rested in this complex, but as a last resort we decided to take the package offer "Warm Autumn" right away. The staff were attentive, no one hurried us, although I must say that we arrived later than the appointed time and missed the welcome buffet (in the package offer everything is timed), we were offered to quietly move into the house and go to the restaurant later. The room is of course small, but very cozy, one call at the reception and we immediately received bathrobes and slippers) After that there was a sauna and a very nice dinner, the only minus is that hookahs are declared there, when we wanted to order it, we were told that we would need to move to the outdoor terrace of the restaurant in minus 4 degrees below zero, since they smoke hookahs only there)) and of course we refused. But this did not spoil the impression. Breakfast in the morning was also delicious, very satisfying and after walking once again through such a beautiful territory, we went home) we will be happy to return again!

The highest quality country club in the Minsk region. The first is the attitude. Here, it's a religion. To all with respect, participation and attention. The second is the quality of everything that surrounds you. Everything is modern, for money. The third is the kitchen. Homemade, natural. The fourth is a huge territory. There is an island, a beach, a pine forest, a paintball court, a rope town and much more. We built new cottages, everything is cool. For those who have been before, I recommend trying new houses, it's cool. For understanding, the floor of the house is panoramic glazing, you lie in the bathroom, press the button, the window turns frosted transparent, you watch a snowball fall on the fangs. The fifth is nature. The water, the forest, the birds, the silence is fierce. The sixth is pet friendly, you can go to a restaurant with a dog. There's a menu for her, and there's a towel and a drinking bowl in the rooms. We had a wedding here and come here regularly. Everyone who was here was delighted!

On my Birthday on 11/24/12, my husband decided to make a surprise gift for me-a family vacation (dad, mom,2 children) in the Shishki country complex.That was the end of the day's pleasantries.The expectation of a family vacation is 100 points, but in reality it is 1, well, 10 and that's all.The first impression during the meeting was positive at the reception - a pleasant welcome and welcome shots.After that, we were escorted to our VIP house, where we were supposed to spend 1 day with two children in this "wonderful" complex.The VIP house has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in the autumn-winter period there are no warm blankets and bottled drinking water for all guests of the VIP house (according to the price list).And what do we have for food?
In the complex package "warm autumn in cones" one of the offers was a welcome buffet with hot snacks and mulled wine, but in fact, as it turned out, this meant: a plate of water with dill (see photo) and several types of sandwiches for 1 person.Let me remind you a little, we are a dad and a mom and two children, and this buffet was designed for mom and dad (and the children starve)Let me remind you once again, we live in a VIP house.You turned to the waiter, why is that?She checked with the administrator, and he returned with apologies, because there are four of you, then there are portions for 4 persons.Unfortunately, we had to go to the sauna, so we left the solution of the issues for dinner.Even during the buffet there was an unpleasant moment, we asked for drinking water, they brought us unleaded water in a glass, because there were four of us on a quarter glass, we were told that the subsequent water was for money.we were very upset by this moment, we were surprised that filtered water in restaurants and cafes is paid, despite the fact that the VIP house initially lacked bottled water for all persons.
Leaving the buffet, the waiter of the restaurant asked us what time we would be at dinner.We announced at 20.30 having made an order for specific dishes in advance.On the positive side, the bath procedures were great, but, unfortunately, there were no disposable cups in the cooler.
We smoothly move on to dinner.By the appointed time, we arrived at the restaurant, happy and satisfied.
After 10 minutes, salads were brought to us.Remembering the newness during the buffet, we were offered to choose 2 cups.The choice was made.
About an hour later, my husband asked the waiter what time the hot dishes and soups would be served.To verify the fact, besides us, there was one couple in the hall (2 people and a dog).after a few minutes, soups and hot dishes were served to us (see photo) But the impression of a festive dinner, let me remind you, my birthday was spoiled by a long wait, and also in my dish, pork with a pear in cranberry sauce, as it turned out, there was more fat than pork (see photo) it turned out to be a very special dish for the birthday girl.
After dinner, returning, we found that our VIP house was absolutely cold at 22.00. As it turned out, we were not informed during check-in that in order for the house to have a comfortable temperature, we must ask in advance to light a fireplace (the central heating in the house is weak). At our request, an employee of the complex lit a fireplace, but even after a few hours, it was still cold in the house.everyone slept dressed under a blanket.
The next day was much more pleasant than the previous one.During breakfast, there was good communication with the waiter and all the dishes were pleasant.By the way, regarding bottled water, which was supposed to be in our house, they gave it to us on the first day only a couple of hours after checking in and then after our request.
During the check-in, we were asked a question:
- is this your first time here?
And at the end of our festive holiday, it seemed that they wanted to serve us poorly for our own money (690 bel.rubles per day).we are very disappointed even after a while that our holiday was overshadowed by such service. We hope that our next visit will be much more pleasant than this time.
A little remark, during the booking, my husband mentioned that we had a family vacation (Birthday), there was no complement from the institution

We arrived at the recreation center, we had to go out to meet, but no one came out, we walked and wandered until we ourselves wandered into the reception (the service is on top)! We checked in, the room is so small that there is barely enough room for one person to spend the night in it, not to mention two! The house is divided into 3 rooms, they are small, a communal apartment, it will seem like paradise to you, compared to this room, the only thing is there is a shower-that's the plus of this room.Naturally, we were not satisfied with this state of affairs and the decision was made to move out! As said, this is a problem! The administrator Alexander called / left / came and so on 5 times and assured that a refund was impossible!! Moreover, we did not demand the amount of the prepayment that we made and which is not refundable according to their rules! And they demanded to return the remaining rubles that were paid for accommodation upon arrival! But it didn't end there, dogs were sleeping in the hall, and they were sleeping on guest chairs where guests who come on vacation sit, in addition, another dog ran in, she didn't just run in, but she was let in and most likely the staff, because she couldn't open the door herself!Further-more, the dog that ran in began to mark the territory and, so that you understand on the chairs, the rest began to bark like mad, the staff seeing all this did not react in any way, but stroked the barking dogs, and our eyes rounded more and more from what they saw.An hour later, the money was returned to us and we went home shocked!They didn't lie anywhere, they expected a cool vacation, but they got a beautiful territory, you can't argue, but otherwise...

The impression was spoiled by the lack of heating in the house and the entrance courtyard in the restaurant in winter. It was quite uncomfortable. The waiters had to be constantly asked about the timing of food readiness, and for a more cozy place they had to almost play catch-up with other visitors.
Nevertheless, the kitchen is very good, everything was delicious, although for me the prices on the menu are too high.
I would also not say that the building is conducive to some kind of unity. There are a lot of houses, they are relatively close, and if I understood correctly, most of them have 3 rooms at once - 2 from below, 1 from above. On weekends, someone constantly passes by your windows, and you yourself, no, no, and you will pay attention to someone walking down the street.

We spent our day off in a house on the water. Cozy, delightful, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, a beautiful view of the river allows you to instantly connect with nature.... Without exaggeration, this is one of my worst adventures.
Everything is in order:
We arrived on a weekday, paid for the Comfort room on the 2nd floor. The sloping ceiling in the room starts right at the head of the bed. I don't suffer from claustrophobia, but I thought it would be unpleasant to sleep. The rooms are tiny and typical in all the houses, it was possible to replace them only with a "Standard" which is even smaller, but the ceiling is flat and does not rest on the bed. The rooms, whether standard or comfort, resemble a rustic barn.... Clapboard trim, bed linen in spools, waffle towels, mattress is most likely the cheapest in the world and smaller than the TV that hangs on the wall I have never seen, a TV the size of a tablet. The toilet is wobbly, the plumbing is also the cheapest. And all this at a modest price of $ 100
While paying for the room, we looked at the restaurant menu. The prices in the restaurant surprised me... above the top restaurants in Minsk. I did not have a chance to taste the kitchen, since they did not check into the room, they decided to go to the bathhouse and go home to sleep, since Minsk is close enough.
The staff is indifferent to everything. The sauna heats up for 3 hours, and since we did not check into the room, we had to wait for these three hours somewhere. No suggestions about spending time from the staff were received, they were not even invited to their expensive restaurant. In order not to stupidly sit on a bench, we decided to take a ride around the city of Uzda, where for one thing it was too inexpensive, and had quite a delicious lunch at CafeCity, most likely the only living cafe in the city.
Bathhouse:
Everything about the Russian bathhouse on the website is very beautifully painted. In fact, it is a typical tired sauna in Minsk.
A wood-burning sauna. Anyone who understands what a Russian Bath is, will support me in saying that it does not need to be stokered to 100-120 degrees Celsius pure temperature. There should be a balance between temperature and humidity, for example 80/40.
The steam room has a very low-cost heater, and the chimney is red-hot. We did not manage to reset the temperature in order to raise the humidity comfortably.
There is no water pressure in the shower, it barely drips. The same waffle towels...
I really liked the heated outdoor font, the Japanese Furako bathhouse. It's really cool to relax in warm water under the open sky in a pine forest.
The location of the complex is gorgeous, forest, lake. Although the territory is neglected.
The quality of service and execution do not pull at something elite in any way, as the "Bigwigs" position themselves in advertising and price list. A divorcee...
I will definitely not return myself, and I will protect my neighbor.

We were in this complex in May with a girl's company. There were 18 of us. It's not easy to actually please 18 girls who know what they want, but the "Bigwigs" did it! The service is simply beyond praise. They always went to meet us. All our wishes were taken into account! The food was delicious! The rooms were always clean.
The territory can be described in one word - harmony. It is very calm and quiet in the "Cones". You feel peaceful. Thank you very much to all the waiters, all the staff, and the management. You are wonderful!

It didn't work out on the date they wanted to get to, the channel administrator said that she had put it on the waiting list. When the next date of the bachelorette party was, no one from the waiting list was written or offered. When asked, the administrator was rude and said that everything was misunderstood and they had the concept of a waiting list related only to a specific date. The administrator did not make any efforts to smooth over the situation. The impression of the complex is spoiled by this attitude.
