One of the disadvantages is the rotten smell of water in the rooms. If you decide to have a quick snack, it won't work. The food will be cooked for 45 minutes or longer, but if you place an order in advance, everything is very fast and sooo delicious.
I was there more than once, but on 08/27/12 I wanted to bring foreign friends for lunch, a table is only for three hours, you can't come to the territory earlier, mandatory deposits of 50 rubles per person.... I'm sorry, but the place has turned into a don't understand what with such conditions. The price level does not correspond to the level of food quality and service. As a result, I'm taking friends from the Uzdensky district to Minsk to eat.

The restaurant service ruined the whole vacation. Not only are they asked to order dishes in advance, but they still do not have time to cook the soup 5 hours before booking the table and waited for more than an hour, everything else is still plus 40 minutes. Upstairs, the waiter does not know what the menu consists of at all.
One of the best vacation spots in Belarus! Despite its apparent simplicity, it is a wonderful service. It's a very emotional place, forcing you to leave all your problems somewhere outside. And the activities that are held regularly are just a buzz.
The price is unreasonably high. There is no air conditioning in the room. You can suffocate at night. There is no sound insulation with the word at all. The food in the restaurant is very ordinary, and the prices are higher than Minsk restaurants. The restaurant service is terrible. It feels like they are not happy with every visitor. The bottom of the lake is terrible.
There is nothing to do in winter, perhaps nature is more interesting in summer, but apart from a sauna and a walk along the beach there is nothing to entertain yourself with. It is unreasonably expensive for such a distance from the capital.

In short and objectively, everything is bad. Now for more details. A little bit about us. We are professionals from the catering world (owners of related entertainment and hospitality businesses, not employees). The opinion of colleagues on the shop floor will be the most understandable and fair.
Let's start with the booking. On Sunday evening, I dialed the number on the website to book a room for the weekend, two weeks later. The girl on the other end of the line replied that they do not book on Sunday, they need to dial on Monday.
- Is the settlement chess set not visible on Sunday? Should I dial? Is this a VIP club? I need to say that they will dial me on Monday and ask what time it will be convenient for me to take the call.
I dialed on Monday. The girl replied that they did not know if they would have seats on September 18, as there might be a big event. She promised to call me on Wednesday, with accurate information. Wednesday evening, at 5 o'clock. No one dialed. I'm calling myself, asking what time you were going to dial me, it's already evening, the business day is over. The girl took a timeout and returned closer to 6. She said that there would still be a room. OK, we're booking.
- If you promise to call back, you do it during business hours and with great joy, not with a favor. Listen to the recording of Wednesday's conversation, if you have such an option. You won't like your employee's conversation.
We arrive on Friday around 12 p.m. There is no one at the gate. We park the car. Let's go. On the way, we meet a friendly gardener with a peasant accent. He was the nicest person among all the staff who really tried to help by showing us where the reception was and escorting us out.
We went into the restaurant and met the dissatisfied and tired faces of the staff. After learning that the check-in started at one o'clock, we decided to have lunch. The waiter was slow, untidy, confused and forgot everything on the go. There was a suppressed irritation in her communication. Lunch was more or less, we took a club salad, soup and coffee. The prices are insane, more expensive than the best restaurants in Minsk. I'm willing to pay that kind of money for food. But she has to be special. Portions, serving, taste. They must be special if you are going to sell dishes with a margin of 400 percent or more. This is a matter of course for any modern competitive catering. And here is a clean, undisguised collection of money for accommodation. As a catering professional, you feel like you've been dumped every time you sit down at a table in this restaurant.
- Staff by 2 points. It is very difficult to meet worse. Businesses are the people who work there. Your people don't fit the hospitality business. Generally. They don't welcome guests. They don't know how to work with their own joints. They don't know how to serve.
We'll come back to the restaurant later. Right now, we're still trying to get into the room. It's half past one on the clock (check-in at one o'clock). The room has not been cleaned. We express our barely suppressed dissatisfaction, we were offered coffee. We asked twice when we would be able to check in, at 1:50 we were informed that the room was ready and escorted to it.
- If you have a similar failure, when the room was not cleaned and they are an hour late for check-in, show how sincerely sorry you are to be believed, offer everything you can, even if people don't need it. Try to solve the problem. Come and tell me about the status yourself, in the process of solving the jamb.
After handing over the keys in the room, the girl leaves without telling or showing anything.
- This is my first time here. Put on a smile and with a great desire to help, show me where everything is.
TV. In a tiny room for $100. the cheapest and smallest TV in the world per day, just like everything else. The wifi is not working, you call the reception, no one comes. Everything in the room is the cheapest, from poor clapboard finishes to a shower in poor condition. It doesn't look clean and tidy.
- There's nothing to do in the Cones, at all. Zero entertainment. Zero organizations. An expensive, boring trip to the country. Probably, a TV with movies would be at least some kind of leisure activity for people who drink in moderation.
We'll order room service. For 70 rubles you will receive 2 dishes. Not tasty, fatty food, allegedly from Belarusian cuisine. It was a bad example of our kitchen. The taste class is the dining room. And in general, there is nothing to take from the menu, everything is so boring and ordinary that you can't raise your hand, pay more than 10 rubles for it. But for this money you will only get 2 balls of ice cream with ice inside (change the ice cream supplier). We are not poor people, but we are not stupid. Even with $3 million in cash, I couldn't keep paying for it after the first three attempts. Every time after lunch there is a feeling that you have been deceived.
We spent the night. The dawn was not bad. We decided to have breakfast in Minsk. Why do you think that is? We took a ride, had breakfast, and returned. We parked the car and met the bartender on the way to the house. He congratulated us on our arrival. Is it okay that we saw each other at the bar yesterday?
- Remember your guests.
We walked around the territory. Outside the territory of the cabins, everything looks abandoned. Perhaps something from the sports and entertainment equipment outside the territory of the cabins could be used, but none of the staff offered.
- Work with the guest. This is our first time here. It's deadly boring here. Is it not noticeable? Suggest something.
Staying in the Bumps was too boring. In order not to completely destroy the long-awaited weekend, we decided not to spend the second night and leave back to Minsk around 5 pm.
At the final calculation for the restaurant's services (you can pay for the restaurant at check-out), the amount seemed too high to us. They asked to see the ancestors. A gazebo rental was added to it, 100 rubles. We asked to remove this from the bill, since we don't even know that such a service exists. The extra service was deleted, no one apologized, they just asked again, but didn't we take the gazebo? We paid the corrected bill and left the Cones forever. Who are the 90 percent of the returning guests mentioned on the website? Have these people never seen that there is a real service in the hospitality industry? Not only will we not return, but we will also continue the rule when a dissatisfied customer steals 10 more potential customers from the business.
- Have you noticed that everything that is happening cannot be called an accident? The service is insanely bad, starting from the gate and ending with the gate. Every step is bad. Everything is bad.
As a result: you were not met, the staff with a dissatisfied look and very slow and inattentive in general, you were served from under a stick, settled an hour later without regrets, fed tasteless canteen-class food, at a Factory price, did not try to entertain in any way, the room is tiny and made of cheap materials, you are not remembered, you are a routine, but the routine will not notice if you add to the bill that the routine did not order.
P.S. When was the last time a business owner viewed a security report at iiko? What are these free additions and deletions of positions from the account? Do you understand in detail the explanatory notes of the deletion staff and do they write them? Everything is very strange. Very.
I really liked it, we were at the end of August, clean, atmospheric, beautiful view of Lake Losha. I advise you to visit, the rest is not cheap, but it's worth it)
