Let's put it this way: the place is 5 points, the kitchen is 4.5 points, everything else is below the top three. Especially with such a price tag, it's very frustrating. There are a lot of wasps flying, the staff does nothing about it, although it would be better to cause disinsection at the time. The water in the room is smelly, the house itself is very tubby and made of cheaper materials. I am very disappointed, I am unlikely to come here again. But their Instagram is beautiful.

We had a rest with friends at a "Bachelorette party" - I really liked it. We agreed that this service is absolutely worth the money! Soaring is general and individual, cocoa wrapping and massage, dipping into the font and into the lake - and all this in absolute silence alone with nature. Respect to Oleg the steamman! The perfect end of the evening is a delicious dinner in a cozy restaurant. I definitely recommend it!

My experience of visiting finally convinced me that the high price does not mean anything, Visually the base looks very good, not very far from Minsk. Next, the service begins, or a demonstration of the lack of service. The manager met us, checked us into the rooms (took 2 rooms), the rooms are just small, but good double beds with clean linen, as soon as they put a cot for a child, there is no way to go through the room, there are no refrigerators (and what did you want, do you have a standard room?) through the lip, but they took the meat for storage. If you want to take children to the rope town, you need to make an application in advance, since the instructor is not always at the base. We took a sauna for 5 hours with a barbecue area, it took a long time to persuade them to allow us to use their barbecue, the local was not clean at all and with cigarette butts. The bathhouse is excellent, but it was poorly heated.
But there was also a positive moment. The cleaners are friendly, THANK YOU to them!
In advance, before arrival, we discussed the possibility of providing a hearth with a cauldron, when I asked the manager to provide it, I rolled my eyes, "we do not practice this, we will have to drag the cauldron and oven so far";))) after meetings over the phone, I decided to provide.
The result: 2000 BYN spent in two nights, there is not even anything to brag about. I sympathize with the manager, they don't keep such people for long.

In general, everything is fine.
The "standard" houses are certainly small, but tolerable.
The restaurant is excellent, the staff is more friendly and understanding (we were with a small child, tried to bring food as quickly as possible, etc.).
Of the minuses: during the 3 days of stay, they did not do a single cleaning and did not even take out the trash, not to mention updating the bathroom accessories. Cleanliness in the room is important to me, especially for such money - that's why I rent 2 stars.

The place is magnificent, the locations are gorgeous! We were there with my husband 2 times. I especially liked staying in the house "on the water". The prices in the restaurant are above average, but the cuisine is very tasty. The only complaint is that it was not very comfortable to sleep in wooden houses, it was stuffy and the mattresses were not very comfortable.

In short - a good place!
Of the advantages:
- excellent location - 70 km from Minsk, an hour's drive: you do not have time to get tired of the road, but you also feel yourself away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The complex is located on the shore of the lake, surrounded by a pine forest. There is a place to walk, and it breathes in a completely different way.
- privacy - we were lucky that we had a rest in winter, and there were few guests. We really felt disconnected from the world, in a good way.
- there is a separate area with activities (paintball, obstacle course, etc.) - in the warmer months it will be important for friendly companies.
- a new building with separate houses is being built - it will really be very cool, beautiful, convenient and thoughtful.
We stayed in the old building - in general, not bad, but it feels ill-considered and the 'fatigue' of the rooms has already accumulated.
Hence the disadvantages:
- price-quality discrepancy - for such a price you expect to receive a service that is completely absent;
- kitchen - if you are lucky, there are very advantageous positions and really delicious dishes (borscht, steak), and there are frankly spoiled products (potato dishes: pancakes, and just baked potatoes as a side dish - I would not recommend it to anyone);
- bathhouse - they do not know / do not know / do not like / and generally do not want to bother about this topic. I do not recommend renting a sauna complex here.
- service - it is necessary to work with the staff, sometimes the staff simply do not hear the wishes of the guests.

We had a rest from 13/05 to 15/05 with a company of 5 people (4 adults and 1 child) + a dog.
Which was good:
Room:
We rested in a simple room on the ground floor of the house (room 2.2).
- Spacious bathroom;
- Safe;
- A house made of timber
- There is an Internet connection;
- TV with Yandex TV;
Territory:
- Gorgeous forest and lake: by the way, one of the few places where buildings are integrated into nature, and not vice versa;
- We made a very pleasant embankment with gazebos to repair :);
- Very beautiful architecture and the color of the buildings, which makes an accent, but does not spoil the appearance of the complex;
- Well-thought-out parking with video security and permanently closed gates;
- There is a porch with chairs and a table (we just didn 't have a table :( )
Activities:
- We saw a lot of them, but we didn't use anything except the restaurant;
Restaurant and service in the complex itself:
- They meet you in the parking lot and give you a tour, they also make a compliment in the form of slicing and two tinctures;
- There is food there :);
- Nice terrace;
- There is a fireplace in the hall;
What was wrong:
Number:
- Incredibly small even for two people, it is unclear why a huge bathroom was made, but at the same time there is barely enough living room for a bed;
- There are no closets for clothes, things were in bags all the time. There was something like a closet only in the hallway, but it's more like a wall with hooks for outerwear than a closet;
- The safe does not work :), more precisely: it works, but any code is reset with the master key. Why is it needed?
- There is no refrigerator, but there is a folded folding bed :). Thanks, but you'd better put the fridge on.;
- The windows do not open for ventilation - either open wide and expect to be stretched out at night (I remind you, the room is super small and you are practically lying on the windowsill), or go out with the windows closed and wake up in the morning with a sore head;
- Audibility, even the quietest neighbor from above becomes an elephant. If you take the lower room, ask for the one that is located under the terrace, friends lived in it and say that they could not hear so much. But it's not a fact that no one will hang out on the terrace during your visit :D;
- Tired repair, not bad, but it feels like "you're not the first";
- The water stinks very much;
- There is no active hood in the bathroom, just a hole in the wall, I suspect in the next room :);
- There are a lot of ants in the room;
- Specifically, the lock did not work well in our room;
Territory:
- There is no protective glass for children and animals on the embankment;
Activities:
They didn't use anything;
Restaurant and service in the complex itself:
- The service in the restaurant was very disappointing. In the evening of one day, the dirty dishes were not taken away from the table. The girl who worked with us was either extremely dissatisfied with her profession, or something happened to her. I have never seen such detached indifference to guests. I will not say that they were rude, no, there was definitely no such thing, as well as the desire to communicate with her. The other waitresses were very nice and friendly;
- The kitchen is simple, it's not bad, you can serve simple dishes very tasty, but guys, what's not a dish for you - the cost is 30 + rubles. This is higher than the prices in Minsk restaurants. On the way back, we stopped at a restaurant in Minsk and left 50 rubles there for 3 full-fledged dishes + 2 drinks. For one trip to a restaurant in Cones, it was impossible to spend less than 100 rubles, and as a rule it was 1 dish per person + a drink (or a couple)
Total:
Do you like holidays in the country? You can come here once. But we decided for ourselves that we are unlikely to come back here again and that's why:
- Comfort is lower than similar locations;
- The prices are high. In 2 days we spent about $ 325, of which $ 200 (500 rubles) for accommodation in the simplest room (only the hostel is simpler) + 125$ (~315 rubles) for meals, by the way, we are talking only about 1 afternoon snack (a couple of drinks + dessert), 1 lunch and 2 dinners.
- You don't need to greet guests at the very beginning and be so nice if you don't want to maintain the same level in the future.
I definitely want to mention one undoubted plus: the mega pet friendly complex, there are dog bags and scoops everywhere, a bowl of water will be brought to the dog in the restaurant. At the same time, they do not charge additional money for the pet's accommodation.

We were in this complex in May with a girl's company. There were 18 of us. It's not easy to actually please 18 girls who know what they want, but the "Bigwigs" did it! The service is simply beyond praise. They always went to meet us. All our wishes were taken into account! The food was delicious! The rooms were always clean.
The territory can be described in one word - harmony. It is very calm and quiet in the "Cones". You feel peaceful. Thank you very much to all the waiters, all the staff, and the management. You are wonderful!

The furniture in the Room is modest. There were questions about heating, since you have to call the staff to adjust the temperature, it's not very convenient. But on the whole, the impressions are pleasant.

Detached houses, rooms on the first and second floors are offered for accommodation. Everything is neat.
There is a place for active recreation, our company played paintball.
There is a wonderful sauna, there is a vat on the street where you can relax in the open air, enjoying the warm water. There is a lake 50 meters away, the season was cold, so we did not swim.
There is a free-standing tent where corporate parties and other feasts are held.
I recommend this place.

Thank you so much for your hospitality! We were very satisfied with the rest, the family celebrated their daughter's birthday. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with treats, it was unexpectedly pleasant, everything was homemade (pickle, sausage, bread and tincture of several types) and even our dog was given a bag of treats. It is always important for us to have a rest, the opportunity to live with animals. And here they brought us such a set, a litter, a towel, a bowl for the dog right into the house, and there is also a separate menu for dogs. We lived in a Comfort room, a gorgeous view from the second floor window, a private terrace with a sofa, an armchair and a table. There is a menu in the room, you can choose lunch, dinner earlier and make a pre-order for a certain time. Very beautiful, well-maintained territory. A gorgeous sauna, with an outdoor vat. There is an amusement park, you can ride a bike.

It was not the first time we rested in this complex, but as a last resort we decided to take the package offer "Warm Autumn" right away. The staff were attentive, no one hurried us, although I must say that we arrived later than the appointed time and missed the welcome buffet (in the package offer everything is timed), we were offered to quietly move into the house and go to the restaurant later. The room is of course small, but very cozy, one call at the reception and we immediately received bathrobes and slippers) After that there was a sauna and a very nice dinner, the only minus is that hookahs are declared there, when we wanted to order it, we were told that we would need to move to the outdoor terrace of the restaurant in minus 4 degrees below zero, since they smoke hookahs only there)) and of course we refused. But this did not spoil the impression. Breakfast in the morning was also delicious, very satisfying and after walking once again through such a beautiful territory, we went home) we will be happy to return again!

The impression was spoiled by the lack of heating in the house and the entrance courtyard in the restaurant in winter. It was quite uncomfortable. The waiters had to be constantly asked about the timing of food readiness, and for a more cozy place they had to almost play catch-up with other visitors.
Nevertheless, the kitchen is very good, everything was delicious, although for me the prices on the menu are too high.
I would also not say that the building is conducive to some kind of unity. There are a lot of houses, they are relatively close, and if I understood correctly, most of them have 3 rooms at once - 2 from below, 1 from above. On weekends, someone constantly passes by your windows, and you yourself, no, no, and you will pay attention to someone walking down the street.
