It's a very nice base. Clean, beautiful, the air is gorgeous. There are questions about the kitchen and the service.
We were there at a corporate party. What we have in the end:
The service is strong by three. The soup was already cold. And the taste... It tasted better in my school cafeteria.
There are no questions about the canapes and the brazier. The grill has worked for 4+. If the vegetables weren't raw yet, it would be 5.

Great place, best service I've seen. The staff loves their work and this has a very positive effect on the service. Pine forest, lake shore, dome restaurant, corporate party for 40 people and everyone was very satisfied. The food is insanely delicious. We spent the night there, very cozy though small rooms, but we don't need more.

The level of service has simply slipped to zero: you have to run and remind about the most basic things, everything that was asked to be taken into account about booking, which you wrote about yourself and recorded in the messenger, has disappeared somewhere.
The restaurant cannot remember the simplest order, the waiters in the hall need to run to catch, it's good if someone comes up once in an hour. Part of the order may simply not be delivered without explanation.

We have been here at least 15 times in the last 2 years - unfortunately, the dynamics are negative. The place is still beautiful, the kitchen matches the price, the houses are always clean (we always stay on the "island"), but the staff is less attentive to requests. Something needs to be reminded several times, some questions will remain unresolved (for example, once we were left without the Internet, given that the mobile network in the forest catches so-so)). More attention to the guests and it will be the best place to relax at an adequate distance from Minsk, as it once was. Oh, yes..it always "kills" the inability to make a reservation on weekends, specially trained people work only from Monday to Friday....

A wonderful place with an amazing atmosphere, fantastic views and fresh air, mosquitoes are quite delicate. Here you will find a sea of delicious food, a variety of entertainment, cozy houses and friendly workers, as well as an extensive collection of busts of Lenin. And they also love dogs here, this is especially noticeable by the perfect shape of the ball of the local dog Martha. From our trip to Belarus, it was the most gorgeous place, absolutely everything on the territory of the base is at the height, starting from the service and ending with the room, the welcome kit is just super! I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone.
However, I need to work on the booking stage, I had roaming and I tried to book a room through an e-mail, a feedback form on the website and even through a VK group, but they never answered me anywhere, in the end I had to call from roaming, but I did not regret it.

We were vacationing with friends, we rented a house on the water, our company rented a comfort room.
The description of these houses is below, first about how we were greeted! I really liked that late in the evening (I stopped by later than the whole company) they met me, brought me things, offered pickles and tincture, told me where everything was. It was very pleasant and great!
We had almost no questions about the kitchen and restaurant: breakfasts, soups, dinners, everything looked decent and tasted good.
One minus about the dishes themselves is that there are bones in the beaver dumplings. My companion was shocked to say the least, thank you that the teeth are intact))
The service was quite OK, we waited a long time for dinner only once, but everything is fine!
I was confused by the fact that a dog runs right through the restaurant and no one warns about it when checking in or booking. If you are allergic to wool or you just don't like mixed-format restaurants, just keep this in mind.
We were very lucky with the weather, it was a real winter fairy tale! An evening with a fireplace in a house on the water is just a song!

Comfort is not to turn around, there is very little room for people of normal height. There is a mirror only in the bathroom, unlike at home on the water - it has a mirror in the hallway.
House on the water - the air conditioner works as he likes, from this it is hot or cold in the house, and at any time of the day. That is, waking up from the fact that the heating is not working is the norm. There are some splashes on the ceiling, a spider web is hanging - seriously?)) you can set aside 15 minutes and put everything away. The web is centuries-old, I think we weren't the only ones who should have noticed it)) it is perfectly visible from the first floor from the sofa, I tried to take a photo in the evening, I attach it below. The house closes itself every other time, the lock of the front door is broken. Take responsibility for your belongings yourself, or carry valuable ones with you. The stairs to the bed are very steep, you need to get used to it and not fall over))
There is nothing special or unique about the bathhouse, the steam room is not large in area. It's definitely not suitable for a large company. My friends liked the herbal vat!
The territory is large, beautiful and well-groomed, but in winter, there is nothing to do except walk, once we took a ride on a tubing just around the territory. Tubing and skis can be rented free of charge near the restaurant.
The administrators also say that you will be launched or released 24 hours, call at any time, however, when one of us was going to leave early on Monday morning, no one answered the calls. Accordingly, the barrier is closed, get out of this territory in the dark as you want.
I almost forgot, tap water is just terrible. It's unpleasant even to wash your hands, it really stinks!
To be honest, for this money per day and the distance from Minsk, we expected at least proper heating and locks, cleanliness and spaciousness in the rooms. I can't imagine how so many reviews and photos on Instagram have been screwed up here))) There are enough places in this price category in our country with much better conditions! Thanks!

We came here for the weekend to the house on the water.

I liked the house, the view is very beautiful before sunset, and at night everything is plunged into darkness and only rare light sources are visible on the opposite shore.
The cuisine is delicious, but without anything amazing.
On the plus side, the restaurant is open around the clock. The night before we left, we went for coffee and dessert.

The rooms, although small, are very comfortable, everything is made of wood and the smell is magical. The cuisine is good and the prices are affordable, and the menu has beaver meat, lamb, beef, chicken, various compotes of its own recipe, Grilled fish and meat, breakfasts are generally magical - beautifully served. I really liked the atmosphere and the design. The staff is very friendly, always in a good mood and smiling. You can also go to the restaurant with animals," there is also a menu for dogs. The farmstead is suitable for couples, families and companies. There is also an island for children, with slides, swings and a sandbox. We had a great rest Here, we will definitely go in the summer!

The place is beautiful, the nature is amazing.
The restaurant is not bad (prices are like in a restaurant in Minsk), the staff is good.
Of the entertainment in this period of the year, only a sauna and walks, I would like more options.
Low rating based only on the number of rooms:
1. The room is cold, to fix it, you need to contact the reception and call a person.
2. For such a high cost, the maintenance of the room is unjustified, very little space, dirty, some elements require repair and very poor sound insulation (you can hear everything that happens in the next room).
And most importantly, terribly smelly water, which is even unpleasant to wash, not to mention brush your teeth!!!
3. The room was not cleaned very well.
4. Broken washbasin, dust and dirt.

We rented a house on the water, it was poorly cleaned, there were cobwebs and splashes on the ceiling. The house itself closes every other time, the lock is broken.
Very bad tap water, washing your hands is not even pleasant, let alone washing completely.
The heating is not adjusted, it turns off by itself, and the house gets cold abruptly.
No one warns about the presence of animals in the restaurant, if you are allergic, get ready. There were bones in the dumplings.
The barrier, as promised, cannot be opened 24/7, they do not take the phone.
The steam room is not big in size, it will not work for the company.
On the positive side: mostly delicious and beautiful dishes, well-groomed territory, good service, excellent herbal vat.
For this cost and distance from the capital, you can find more decent options, thank you!
