A fabulous place, a gorgeous bathhouse overlooking the lake. Good places for active events, including corporate parties. The ear of the local chef, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired.

Review of the Shishki country complex:
Recently, my wife and I decided to spend a day at the Shishki country complex. We arrived 70 km away with the hope of a pleasant walk around the territory. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be extremely negative.
There was no information on the complex's website that access to the territory is possible only by appointment. When we arrived, we were literally kicked out just before the entrance, as if we were unwelcome guests.
Such treatment of visitors is unacceptable. If an appointment is required, this information must be clearly indicated on the website. A ruined day and wasted kilometers are the result of our trip. I do not recommend this complex if you do not want to face a similar situation.

I rested for the first time for two days and I really liked it! Everything is perfect, starting with the staff, who are very friendly and helpful, ending with the overall atmosphere and conditions.
Location:
A large area where you can fully enjoy the beautiful views, forest, reservoir, aesthetics of the complex itself
Accommodation:
Everything is clean and tidy in the room (which are in the houses), maybe someone was just unlucky when I read other reviews myself, but everything was wonderful for me! The bathroom is clean and tidy, it's sooo comfortable to sleep (oh Gods, I finally got enough sleep), a pleasant bed, a mattress, views from the houses deserve special attention - amazing
Staff:
Very smiling and friendly (sincerely not feigned) employees, there is no rudeness as they wrote somewhere below
Food:
The food is very tasty, everything is brought quickly and hot, prices such as the average in restaurants in Minsk are quite tolerable
Atmosphere:
It is cozy everywhere that in the restaurant itself (especially on the outdoor terrace with candles), that in general on the territory, all the lights are on when it gets dark
In general, thank you very much for a good quality vacation, I will definitely come back to you again

Good afternoon! It was the first time. I was very upset by the fact that when booking a room, we were told that only Comfort rooms were available.
The Standard rooms are all occupied.
Upon arrival at the place, after checking in, we saw that all the houses were empty and in all 4 houses, all rooms were free.
The administrator was not very friendly, but all the wishes and requests were fulfilled. The food was bad, the pancakes were ordered, they were dry and tasteless, the mackerel was not fried for dinner. I liked borscht and pumpkin soup, ribs.
The room, the grounds are very cozy and clean.
The sauna complex was heated so that it was impossible to sit for more than five minutes, I liked the barrel outside. In general, the expectation did not coincide with reality.
We want to celebrate the waitress on shift, we don't remember the name, and a compliment in the form of a dessert as a birthday present for my wife.

The location of the kolkhoz "Shishki" is really very picturesque - it is located in the forest. However, unfortunately, this is the only advantage of this holiday destination. Due to the lack of competitors, the prices for accommodation and meals here are significantly inflated and do not correspond to the quality of the services provided.
It is worth especially warning those who plan to stay in houses next to the bathhouse - there is a risk of suffocation from smoke. I will also note the low level of service. Waiters often confuse orders, bring cold dishes, and the administration, in case of problems, behaves extremely irresponsibly, shifting the blame on the guests themselves.
In general, I do not recommend this place of rest. Despite the attractive nature, high prices, low quality of service and negligence of the staff negate all the advantages of rest at the collective farm "Shishki".

The place is very beautiful, but the service in the restaurant does not fit at all with the level of this place. First of all, the entire shift of restaurant employees seemed to be hungover. All the dishes ordered were the day before yesterday. And we ordered the format service – we wait 15 minutes – the waiter comes and says that this is not there, re–order - we re-order and after 10 minutes it turns out to be out of stock again. The signature dessert cones for 25p, one normal was brought, the other was frozen so much that it was impossible to eat it. Oh, well, dessert was served without any appliances, the appliances were also waiting for about 10 minutes. In general, it seems that with so many positive reviews and the long-standing reputation of this place, we got into the bumps of a parallel universe. I hope this was an exception to the rule, because I don't want to exclude a good vacation spot from my list

If you want a relaxing holiday in a great place, you just need to come to Shishki! Beyond all praise! The service is at the highest level! I was impressed by the Eco-friendly House in which I lived with my children. The bumps are now in our hearts. We will come whenever possible.

Plus -it's nature, there was a VIP house,the handles are all on snot,the doors creak,they almost got stuck in the toilet on the first floor,the prices are space,a gazebo for 2 hours 200 rubles,they brought firewood and melted, at the same time they did not leave the pokers, the grate was brought broken, but when noticed they changed, breakfast was included in the price,the first day the cook was not bad,and on the second day the food was gone, with fumes,he served vanyuchy red fish,the omelet was terrible overcooked like bacon in it, pancakes were brought yesterday cold, and the children were with us, on the last day they just spoiled the mood,and in the eco house a woman sailed with a child on their boat with their boatman turned over, the iPhone sank, thank God they were alive, to which the administrator simply told them-sorry!the administrator is still that slippery type and unpleasant, does not see any disadvantages in his team and is always like in a frying pan, the conclusion is that it's better to go somewhere else for such a day!!!!

We have been here at least 15 times in the last 2 years - unfortunately, the dynamics are negative. The place is still beautiful, the kitchen matches the price, the houses are always clean (we always stay on the "island"), but the staff is less attentive to requests. Something needs to be reminded several times, some questions will remain unresolved (for example, once we were left without the Internet, given that the mobile network in the forest catches so-so)). More attention to the guests and it will be the best place to relax at an adequate distance from Minsk, as it once was. Oh, yes..it always "kills" the inability to make a reservation on weekends, specially trained people work only from Monday to Friday....

As always on top. Secluded and peaceful. Excellent sauna in a separate building. Nice houses to live in, although the door fittings and furniture should already be updated.
Habitually made a hookah on a large balcony with access to the street in the comfort room. When it gets cold, you should stock up on warm things until the heating is turned on.

Great place! We had a vacation in January. The staff is super polite. We were greeted very nicely - they presented us with a local tincture with snacks and treats for our dog while they were making out the rooms. The houses are of excellent quality - wooden, in good condition. The territory of the farmstead is very neat and beautiful, there are islands with bags for dog feces. The bath and the font are super - there is a lot of space, everything is clean and beautiful, the price includes slippers, bathrobes, sheets, towels. You can order a hookah in the room. The rooms, although small, are very comfortable, everything is made of wood and the smell is magical. The cuisine is good and the prices are affordable, and the menu has beaver meat, lamb, beef, chicken, various compotes of its own recipe, Grilled fish and meat, breakfasts are generally magical - beautifully served. I really liked the atmosphere and the design. The staff is very friendly, always in a good mood and smiling. You can also go to the restaurant with animals," there is also a menu for dogs. The farmstead is suitable for couples, families and companies. There is also an island for children, with slides, swings and a sandbox. We had a great rest Here, we will definitely go in the summer!

Great place, best service I've seen. The staff loves their work and this has a very positive effect on the service. Pine forest, lake shore, dome restaurant, corporate party for 40 people and everyone was very satisfied. The food is insanely delicious. We spent the night there, very cozy though small rooms, but we don't need more.

The place is beautiful, the nature is amazing.
The restaurant is not bad (prices are like in a restaurant in Minsk), the staff is good.
Of the entertainment in this period of the year, only a sauna and walks, I would like more options.
Low rating based only on the number of rooms:
1. The room is cold, to fix it, you need to contact the reception and call a person.
2. For such a high cost, the maintenance of the room is unjustified, very little space, dirty, some elements require repair and very poor sound insulation (you can hear everything that happens in the next room).
And most importantly, terribly smelly water, which is even unpleasant to wash, not to mention brush your teeth!!!
3. The room was not cleaned very well.
4. Broken washbasin, dust and dirt.

From our trip to Belarus, it was the most gorgeous place, absolutely everything on the territory of the base is at the height, starting from the service and ending with the room, the welcome kit is just super! I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone.
However, I need to work on the booking stage, I had roaming and I tried to book a room through an e-mail, a feedback form on the website and even through a VK group, but they never answered me anywhere, in the end I had to call from roaming, but I did not regret it.

We were vacationing with friends, we rented a house on the water, our company rented a comfort room.
The description of these houses is below, first about how we were greeted! I really liked that late in the evening (I stopped by later than the whole company) they met me, brought me things, offered pickles and tincture, told me where everything was. It was very pleasant and great!
We had almost no questions about the kitchen and restaurant: breakfasts, soups, dinners, everything looked decent and tasted good.
One minus about the dishes themselves is that there are bones in the beaver dumplings. My companion was shocked to say the least, thank you that the teeth are intact))
The service was quite OK, we waited a long time for dinner only once, but everything is fine!
I was confused by the fact that a dog runs right through the restaurant and no one warns about it when checking in or booking. If you are allergic to wool or you just don't like mixed-format restaurants, just keep this in mind.
We were very lucky with the weather, it was a real winter fairy tale! An evening with a fireplace in a house on the water is just a song!

Comfort is not to turn around, there is very little room for people of normal height. There is a mirror only in the bathroom, unlike at home on the water - it has a mirror in the hallway.
House on the water - the air conditioner works as he likes, from this it is hot or cold in the house, and at any time of the day. That is, waking up from the fact that the heating is not working is the norm. There are some splashes on the ceiling, a spider web is hanging - seriously?)) you can set aside 15 minutes and put everything away. The web is centuries-old, I think we weren't the only ones who should have noticed it)) it is perfectly visible from the first floor from the sofa, I tried to take a photo in the evening, I attach it below. The house closes itself every other time, the lock of the front door is broken. Take responsibility for your belongings yourself, or carry valuable ones with you. The stairs to the bed are very steep, you need to get used to it and not fall over))
There is nothing special or unique about the bathhouse, the steam room is not large in area. It's definitely not suitable for a large company. My friends liked the herbal vat!
The territory is large, beautiful and well-groomed, but in winter, there is nothing to do except walk, once we took a ride on a tubing just around the territory. Tubing and skis can be rented free of charge near the restaurant.
The administrators also say that you will be launched or released 24 hours, call at any time, however, when one of us was going to leave early on Monday morning, no one answered the calls. Accordingly, the barrier is closed, get out of this territory in the dark as you want.
I almost forgot, tap water is just terrible. It's unpleasant even to wash your hands, it really stinks!
To be honest, for this money per day and the distance from Minsk, we expected at least proper heating and locks, cleanliness and spaciousness in the rooms. I can't imagine how so many reviews and photos on Instagram have been screwed up here))) There are enough places in this price category in our country with much better conditions! Thanks!

Throughout our vacation, he was interested in how we were, always found answers to our questions and helped in everything!
The place itself is incredibly beautiful, instagrammed, modern. There is enough entertainment.The bathhouse is great.The food and service in the restaurant are generally good.It should be noted that breakfast is included in the room rate.But lunch and dinner are for an additional fee.The food is delicious, especially meat on fire (kebabs) and pancakes)) .I really liked the hookah) One of the disadvantages is the smell of tap water, well, there's nothing you can do about it and low noise insulation.We booked a month before arrival and did not know what the weather would be like.It rained for two days, but we even liked it, some special atmosphere was created.This place will definitely be wonderful in any weather and time of the year, so we will definitely come back!

I have to change my review, because the quality of service has dropped very much compared to what it was before. Let's start with the fact that I left a reservation request in advance, I promised to write. As a result, no one wrote, and in two weeks, somehow miraculously, all the rooms were already booked. Due to the fact that someone did not pay for the reservation, it still turned out to book accommodation, but in a room of the worst category.
And again, I had to kick them myself every day, so that it would not turn out again that they had already been given to someone else.
And on the day before arrival, when the event has already been planned, I am informed that they will not be able to provide some of the services.

Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with treats, it was unexpectedly pleasant, everything was homemade (pickle, sausage, bread and tincture of several types) and even our dog was given a bag of treats. It is always important for us to have a rest, the opportunity to live with animals. And here they brought us such a set, a litter, a towel, a bowl for the dog right into the house, and there is also a separate menu for dogs. We lived in a Comfort room, a gorgeous view from the second floor window, a private terrace with a sofa, an armchair and a table. There is a menu in the room, you can choose lunch, dinner earlier and make a pre-order for a certain time. Very beautiful, well-maintained territory. A gorgeous sauna, with an outdoor vat. There is an amusement park, you can ride a bike.
