This airline doesn’t give me to fly because the woman who work in table desk said I can’t fly to Armenian if I don’t have evisa.. but I’m Indonesian I can do visa on arrival at the airport! I was checking in official Armenian government site that I can get my voa in Armenian airport, because of that I lost my fucking flight from Moscow to Yerevan.. I tried to contact this airline but there’s no respond, I’m very disappointed,, why that woman who work in table desk so fucking stupid doesn’t know anything!

I was on a Moscow-Yerevan flight from Vnukovo. The flight was slightly delayed, but we arrived in Yerevan on time! Everything was top notch. Flight attendants, pilots, a clean plane. I bought a ticket from Moscow to Yerevan on 03/29/2025. From the beginning, I did not receive a notification on the ticket, I got through to the specified number, the girl answered (very politely), and confirmed that everything was fine with the ticket. I went to Vnukovo airport, there was some kind of emergency, the chairman of the airline was called. She explained very quickly what the point was, she regulated it all. And I refused that she was also the girl who answered my phone. Sorry, I didn't remember your name, Maria or maybe Diana, a bright Russian girl. She helped and regulated everything diligently and confidently. Thank you for your sincere dedication to your work. I wish everyone was similar. Exactly one year has passed since Chirac cheated me out of 20 thousand and never returned the money for the ticket. I do not recommend the Chirac company if you value time, money and nerves. Due to the fault of the Shirak company, whose plane was 4 hours late (flight Perm-Yerevan), I missed the next flight (Yerevan-Rome) of Wizzair. The airline tried to do everything possible to get people on the next plane in 20 minutes between connecting flights (instead of 4 hours between scheduled flights) by handing them tickets right at the exit of the first plane. I was unlucky, as I had luggage that needed to be picked up. The representative of the company said: "Well, that's it, we don't have time." This was followed by writing applications and scanning all my documents for a refund for the missed flight, as tickets for the next Wizzair flight had already been purchased the next day. Of course, they weren't going to return anything. The company requested to send them tickets several times, including a week later, when I was already in Rome (I sent them tickets twice), and then silence followed. Ignoring messages in messengers, ignoring emails, and not answering calls. A month later, I returned to Yerevan, and at the Zvartnots office, they forgot (and scored) everything, as if nothing had happened. And then a re-scan of all my documents, a promise to contact me during the day, which was not fulfilled, and ignoring messages in messengers. This is the "decent" behavior of Shirak Avia, which pretends that they are really interested in the problem of customers caused by the airline itself. According to the international rules of the flight, they were obliged to return the money, and the case is under jurisdiction, but the company doesn't care.

They gave me a free seat at the emergency exit at the aisle at the airport - it's important to me, the luggage is full, the toilet on board is working, and the takeoff is on time. We flew from Moscow to Yerevan in just 2.50 hours, free water, tea, coffee, polite staff. The aircraft is of average wear quality. I was surprised that the choice of places for 24 hours online is paid. Prices for the choice of places are high (from 1100 rubles).

I was flying with this airline from Yerevan. We took off on flight 5G510 Moscow-Yerevan at 12:50 on 05/06/2025. from Vnukovo. The whole impression was ruined by an employee at the reception named Sonya. Such incompetent and angry people should not work in the service sector and expose the company's face in this way. After such "maintenance", there is no desire to fly this airline anymore. The girl screamed and snapped at everyone, was rude to my elderly mother, and my mother's heart ached. Our suitcase, although it was the most ordinary, she forced us to put it in oversized luggage. When we went to the counter to check in our usual (!) suitcase, the airport staff were also shocked. And they told me to write a complaint about this employee!

I flew Moscow Time-Yerevan-Moscow Time, when I was delayed from Yerevan through no fault of their own, I was provided with a hotel for the night. -1 star for not informing about the delay before the departure time. Yerevan-Moscow flight. Everything is on time, inexpensive. The plane is old, but clean, comfortable enough seats. In-flight water, tea for free, food for money. Everything is OK, no quibbles about hand luggage, no delays. The flight from Yerevan to Moscow takes about 3 hours, and it's not difficult to survive without food. On the plane, you can buy food/ drinks for both drams and rubles (tea/coffee-100₽).

We bought tickets Moscow-Yerevan-Moscow 8 months before the trip at a very good price, and 22 days before the trip, the airline just canceled the return flight.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They offered alternative flights that either destroy two days of vacation because the departure is 2 days earlier or you need to look for a hotel for another 2 days, because the departure is 2 days later. Let's start with the fact that when registering online, the choice of a place (regular) is paid, 1200 rubles. Although others are either free or 2 times cheaper. Further, the seats are very very narrow, the knees immediately rest against the front seat, and if it is thrown back, you can get injured (my knee hurt a little) my height and weight are standard (163 cm, 75 kg), I'm afraid to even imagine how uncomfortable people are taller. Another point that shocked me is that there are no free drinks, in general, no water, no coffee. For a flight lasting more than 3 hours, they offer at least a pancake of boiling water. The toilets stink, there is garbage and urine everywhere (I understand that this is the fault of the passengers, but still I have something to compare it with)Then the luggage, we waited for it for more than 30 minutes. I think I flew for the first and last time with this airline, it was very, very uncomfortable for me to fly on this plane (9.05 yerevan Nizhny Novgorod at 14:40)

I tried to book seats, but the payment did not go through. At the airport, it turned out that these seats had been booked for us after all. We were also booked back to the same places. We flew for 3 and 3.5 hours. There is only tea, coffee, and water in flight. By our passport control pass, the suitcases were already rolling on the tape.

A very unpleasant airline!Starting with sky-high ticket prices, ending with the unfriendly and impolite attitude of the staff. During the last flight, half of the plane's passengers were left without even water!For unknown reasons, the staff stopped distributing/selling drinks before they even reached the middle of the plane. It feels like your airline, realizing that it has no competitors on this flight (Saratov-Yerevan), using the monopoly, does what it wants!It is cheaper and more pleasant to fly through Moscow.

A very unscrupulous airline. The flight was postponed three times, resulting in a 13-hour delay. They do not give accurate information. It is impossible to buy additional luggage, only at the airport and for each kg - 4 euros (the equivalent is 500 rubles). Instead of 1200 rubles. A rip-off , not an airline!!! Take tickets from other airlines. I do not recommend it 100%!!!!

It's just a quiet horror, not only have the planes seen the First World War, but also a delay of more than 4 hours.. No food was offered. Don't fly this AK anymore, their Boeings are leaky, so they have to be repaired often, because of this delay. Their fleet consists of 2 planes, so while one is flying and the other is broken, you can wait for hours for a replacement.
