The airline tried to do everything possible to get people on the next plane in 20 minutes between connecting flights (instead of 4 hours between scheduled flights) by handing them tickets right at the exit of the first plane. I was unlucky, as I had luggage that needed to be picked up. The representative of the company said: "Well, that's it, we don't have time." This was followed by writing applications and scanning all my documents for a refund for the missed flight, as tickets for the next Wizzair flight had already been purchased the next day. Of course, they weren't going to return anything. The company requested to send them tickets several times, including a week later, when I was already in Rome (I sent them tickets twice), and then silence followed. Ignoring messages in messengers, ignoring emails, and not answering calls. A month later, I returned to Yerevan, and at the Zvartnots office, they forgot (and scored) everything, as if nothing had happened. And then a re-scan of all my documents, a promise to contact me during the day, which was not fulfilled, and ignoring messages in messengers. This is the "decent" behavior of Shirak Avia, which pretends that they are really interested in the problem of customers caused by the airline itself. According to the international rules of the flight, they were obliged to return the money, and the case is under jurisdiction, but the company doesn't care.
They gave me a free seat at the emergency exit at the aisle at the airport - it's important to me, the luggage is full, the toilet on board is working, and the takeoff is on time. We flew from Moscow to Yerevan in just 2.50 hours, free water, tea, coffee, polite staff. The aircraft is of average wear quality. I was surprised that the choice of places for 24 hours online is paid. Prices for the choice of places are high (from 1100 rubles).

We took off on flight 5G510 Moscow-Yerevan at 12:50 on 05/06/2025. from Vnukovo. The whole impression was ruined by an employee at the reception named Sonya. When we went to the counter to check in our usual (!) suitcase, the airport staff were also shocked. And they told me to write a complaint about this employee!
I flew Moscow Time-Yerevan-Moscow Time, when I was delayed from Yerevan through no fault of their own, I was provided with a hotel for the night.

Don't fly this AK anymore, their Boeings are leaky, so they have to be repaired often, because of this delay.
