But 2 weeks before departure, I find out that the departure time has changed by almost 2 hours towards an earlier one. Write to the site again - why didn't a new itinerary receipt arrive? He also requested to reserve a seat at the beginning of the plane as compensation. They found me in Viber and agreed to assign a seat at the beginning of the plane for free. Then they fell silent for a while. And then, about 4 hours before departure, a call from an Armenian number to my Russian one. We have assigned a seat at the beginning of the plane as you requested. Thanks! The flight is without complaints. The service is also excellent at such a reasonable ticket price. But most importantly! Let's start with the fact that when registering online, the choice of a place (regular) is paid, 1200 rubles.
Although others are either free or 2 times cheaper. Further, the seats are very very narrow, the knees immediately rest against the front seat, and if it is thrown back, you can get injured (my knee hurt a little) my height and weight are standard (163 cm, 75 kg), I'm afraid to even imagine how uncomfortable people are taller. Another point that shocked me is that there are no free drinks, in general, no water, no coffee. For a flight lasting more than 3 hours, they offer at least a pancake of boiling water. The toilets stink, there is garbage and urine everywhere (I understand that this is the fault of the passengers, but still I have something to compare it with)Then the luggage, we waited for it for more than 30 minutes.
I think I flew for the first and last time with this airline, it was very, very uncomfortable for me to fly on this plane (9.05 yerevan Nizhny Novgorod at 14:40)
It's a great airline. There were no delays. The on-board staff is polite. Cozy places. And the pilot gets the highest rating. We didn't even feel like we took off and landed. It was very smooth. I will always choose Shirak Avia.
