We applied for a set of discs with delivery to another city. Already at the first service station, defects were found on 3 of the 4 disks. Then we decided to double-check ourselves and went to another service station, everything was confirmed on exactly the same 3 disks. When contacting the seller, they heard that he could not have such a thing and he would not take them away in a rude way. They paid for the defective certificate, even after that the seller said that it was allegedly "fake". We were already in complete shock.
After long conversations, the seller was still "persuaded" to pick up the low-quality discs, then the question arose of paying for the delivery back.
He categorically refused, although he delivered expensive low-quality goods to us, for which we spent twice on tire repair, plus separately paid for the defective act.
Upon receipt, I tried to refuse to pick up because of the delivery fee, but after a phone conversation, I took it anyway.
He had a lot of nerves, made fools of customers and could not admit that the disks could generally be of poor quality while we drove them to different service stations and said the same thing everywhere.
The background was always the insulting rude behavior of the seller, as if on the market in the 90s.
And yes, judging by the previous negative reviews, below this seller will say that he is right about everything, and all the negative reviews are from the stupidity of customers. Well, apparently the market trains sellers so that they never want to return to them.
This behavior is due to impunity on the part of the law, it's a pity to just waste your nerves on it, but someone will definitely come to this, no doubt.

I searched all the shops in Minsk with my car. I just found some CDs here. and a decent choice too ! I came live and chose and already managed to change my shoes. We have selected the necessary fasteners and pressure sensors for a new set! The guys did well , they showed and told everything . I read the reviews here. as if they weren't writing about this store. I was really satisfied with everything and went for the discs only to them!!!

They position themselves as professionals in the field of selection (I emphasize that it is the selection) of disks and accessories to them, however, when buying disks from them, bolts were "picked up" that did not fit in size. It turned out, of course, already at the tire shop. As a result: extra driving around the city in search of suitable bolts, returning them their "professionally selected" bolts, paying for tire repair twice and time spent. By the way, experts were absolutely indifferent to the current situation, they only offered to trim the bolts with a grinder. Keep this fact in mind when contacting this organization. Fortunately, the discs are good.

The office of horns and hooves. They are trying to sell what they have, and not what is interesting to the buyer. It is not available on the website in fact. Additionally, bolts are welded, although regular ones are suitable for other sellers. I'm glad I didn't take anything from them. The attitude is boorish. Like, if not with us, then not where. It's a disgusting store. They said on the phone that the bolts I needed were available and they would be sold to me without any problems upon arrival.
