Hello, I would like to leave a review about the work of your employee. Yesterday I came to the coffee shop at 21:30, I wanted to order a chocolate and coconut latte. But they told me that they would not make coffee anymore, only tea and lemonade. Because they washed the coffee machine. The question is why I was refused my order if your working time is until 22:00. And as far as I know, cleaning is done after the coffee shop closes, not during. It wasn't very pleasant

I give the staff a huge minus! the girl stood as if she did not know the assortment on the menu, rolled her eyes, asked stupid questions (where to add jelly, although the order consisted of one drink), when she saw our indignation and perhaps heard about the review, she changed dramatically, began to suggest something. but the drink itself is delicious 👍🏼

The establishment leaves much to be desired. The staff is homey, you can't ask them for anything. There was a puddle on the floor, and all the time that we were in the establishment, they didn't bother to clean it up. It is not possible to drink drinks, they bought it, took a couple of sips and threw it away. It's just a pity for the money spent. If you want to get acquainted with this drink, then it's better to go to Minsk.
