The main advantage of the hotel is that it stands on the 2nd line. This means you can sleep at night when the beach bars are pumping music from 7.30 am today to 4 am tomorrow. We lived in a penthouse, studio room, very clean, the maids are smart just! The breakfast was a buffet, there were a lot of local products (cheeses, olives, meat products). Excellent pastries, delicious coffee. The hotel is at the intersection of streets, the lower floors are quite noisy if the windows are open. It's time to fix the elevators, but the air conditioners in the room were working at 5+. I had a rest in August 2019, during the day it was at least 34 C. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, there are many grocery and souvenir shops on the way to the sea.
