I do not recommend anyone to seek help from these scammers. I have been waiting for more than six months for information about my parcel alone, and the employees of this company ignore my messages, despite the fact that I have already transferred the money they need to buy goods.

They work absolutely disgusting. First we lost the package, and now we just lost sight of it. Absolutely completely ignore any messages on any contacts. It is also impossible to get through. Where is the package? Where was the money spent? Will she come? Was it bought at all, or were the money just put in your pocket? Nothing is known. And for them, this is within the norm, judging by the reviews of others. I will NEVER contact them again, despite the past, positive experience.

Positive: - Absolutely adequate price - You can bring goods that you will not bring directly - Well packed, everything came whole Minuses: -Long 4 months shipping USA-Russia - Does not respond to emails I was looking for an option to bring a bag from the USA, found you, ordered, and then read the reviews, yes, of course no one does that, I decided. After 2 weeks, the guys replied that everything was fine, they were working. I calmed down a little, a month later the parcel "came" to Kazakhstan by status. And then 3 months of waiting and nerves, I wrote to them every week when you send from Almaty, because I paid, the parcel is completed, and the status does not change - payment is required. And when I thought that was all, a message comes: Sorry, your product is stuck in Kyrgyzstan, but we will receive it soon and send it. The result: 4 months and I have the bag. According to the money, a ham of 4500rubles came out for 2.5 kg, this is all delivery. Thanks to the guys, but one piece of advice, please answer the customers, we are all very anxious people, we are ready to wait, but if we understand where and at what stage the delay is.
