Живая очередь, кабинеты не понятные кто есть куда, не написано и на ресепшне тоже не сказали. Просидели в очереди полчаса а оказалось в кабинет который нам нужен вообще нет очереди

Ужасный ресепшн и менеджер на записи. Надменная всегда, отвевает с одолжением. Один раз вообще не записала на процедуры. Несколько раз напомнила о себе, человек просто проигнорировал два дня подряд все мои сообщения!
