Excellent, friendly, highly professional medical staff, headed by the irresistibly charming Aimereke Mazhitovna, precise operation of the dining room, delicious and varied food, timely and high-quality room service by maids. We would especially like to mention the work of the maid Gulzar Kadyrkulova, a very kind and responsive girl.We came from Tolyatti, the long journey was compensated by excellent rest and treatment. Good day to all! I'm leaving this sanatorium today! Number 305. I was on vacation with my mom. Despite some negative reviews, I took the risk to come and did not regret it! The staff is super! Very attentive! The food is homemade. Daily cleaning! Towels, bathrobes are being changed! The most important thing is that all the procedures and the kitchen are in one building and you do not have to go from building to building as in some sanatoriums (I chose initially with this in mind for an 80-year-old mother) Imagine rushing to another building after taking a bath ... And here I took a bath and you can go up (there is an elevator) to the room and relax))) I will definitely return to Shipa su!!!

Regarding the accommodation, we lived in cottage # 3 there is clean, cozy, the girls from the service are very responsive, they clean well, but there is one minus, it is the quality of the water, it is salty, after it the hair is like straw, there is salt on the body
Regarding treatment, in principle, as everywhere else, the price of the voucher includes standard treatment: a quartz tube, a mineral bath, electrophoresis and paraffin for one area. The rest is all paid. The medical department is very cramped, there are few beds and equipment because of this, queues and everyone is swearing.
Someone may not like the food, for me it is excellent therapeutic and dietary

Not a bad sanatorium. Of course, repairs are needed soon. The room cleaning is not very high quality. There was hair everywhere from previous vacationers, especially in the shower. There is no laundry service. The price for accommodation is acceptable, but before departure it is better to clarify by phone what procedures are included in the price, because there is a website and in fact they said it was paid. Not all procedures are available. The food is not bad, but the staff prefers to keep meat and fruits more for themselves than for vacationers.
