I just stopped by to rebalance the disks and change winter to summer. I named the size of the disks right away, and asked the administrator about the price before starting the work.
When 2 wheels were removed and 2 were balanced, the administrator said that the rubber was low-profile, more expensive to balance and I had another 20 UAH. The height of the profile is 50. There is no question of low, and I did not understand what this has to do with labor intensity. He refused to pay extra.
Then they tried to screw the wheels with a pistol. When I was asked to do this with a key, they took out the key and said that another 20 UAH was for the key.
The result of the trip: my winter wheels were put back. The summer ones, already balanced, were returned, violently tearing off the weights. I've lost time, these amazing people have worked for nothing.
Greed breeds poverty!
We are not talking about the quality of the work at all: there is nothing to evaluate.
