Disgusting attitude towards the client. I arrived, the masters are busy... I asked a question, when can I come, change the filter...? The answer is in an hour. Arrived in 45 minutes. Busy. Who told me to drive in an hour is occupied by the same car. I'm waiting for another hour. The car is leaving... well, to drive? No!!! In another box. Another master... there's a car there too. I'm waiting for another 30 minutes. The box is being released. I'm stopping by. They tell me - why did you stop by? We still have plenty of cars... queue... so you told me yourself in an hour...?! As a result, I waited 2 hours. Everything is busy and it is not clear when they will be able to take care of my car. Spat, left! But I lost two hours!!! Why they do this, I don't even know. I won't go there again, of course. It sucks.
