Disgusting tire service ! Especially one of the "managers" is an older man. I changed my Chrysler Pacifica. Long. They licked the edges on one of the bolts, taking the broken head, then tried to convince me that it was "aluminum" that had come off the bolts, so the diameter decreased, and when they measured it with a barbell and showed that everything was fine with the head, they tried again to pour into the ears that these were American non-standard nuts. The dead jacks are not lifted, they are rearranged several times. For some reason, a piece of STUDDED tire was thrown into the car, which they have as a lining on the jack.
Last time, the lever on the rear suspension was broken on the same car - they gave a discount. This time I was greedy for nothing-it's not worth going to them. I gave almost 100 rubles with a 20% discount for changing my shoes to a Chrysler on 17" discs. The boys know how to "earn" money on "extras". I'll never go again.

There are some wild problems with the organization of work. The performance does not match the density of records that can be made through the site.
You sign up via the website at 20.00, and leave at 3 a.m.
There is only one person left at night, who spends 1-2 hours on a complete change of shoes. And there are slots on the site every half hour. Just game. There are no complaints about the worker himself. The question is why the hell take notes for every half hour, if in fact one person is working. A total of 6 hours, instead of the 1-2 I planned.

The punctured tire repaired by these guys did not last even a day (I paid 85 rubles).
I went completely down the road to the Skoda service.
How they rescheduled the time when they picked up the car is a separate story. "Come in 2 hours (20:00)", "It will be ready at 21", "Drive up after 23:00".
As a result, I went to pick it up in the morning and still waited until the balancing and installation of the patched wheel were carried out.

From the work of employees who spend 2 hours on the usual replacement of 4 wheels, regardless of whether you arrived by appointment or not, ending with the management (including the director), who, instead of apologizing for thwarted plans, gives a bunch of arguments - including "we are not responsible for the employees", "the inexperienced work because Covid". The conversation ends with the fact that no one owes anything, they work according to the law and according to the law they can keep the car for at least 24 hours. I do not recommend going there at all. If you are not lucky, contact MARCH and the district executive committee immediately (they don't give a damn about the book of comments). I think these guys will remind you that there is still a law on consumer protection, which they are not aware of, and a bunch of other interesting norms.

The punctured wheel was removed, lay in the trunk, called an employee, talked about sealing the hole. For the price, of course, I was very surprised, but you rarely break through the wheel, I thought maybe that's how prices soared. The employee said up to 36 rubles for everything, along with installing the wheel on the car. He sealed the wheel, put everything together, but I didn't put the wheels on the car - I said I would put it myself, and put it in the trunk. In theory, the amount should have been a little cheaper, since there was no removal and installation of the wheel on the car. The check was knocked out to me a little more than 36 rubles, I did not begin to figure out why it turned out to be more expensive than originally stated. I took the receipt with a 30-day guarantee and went. Unfortunately, I decided to look at the receipt at home, so there were additional items worth two wheels, although I had one wheel removed from the car repaired. And there is not one extra point, but several, that's why the price is growing. And the most interesting thing is that he arrived on 30.08.2021, and the date in the receipt is 08/23/2021 and the time is completely different. It turns out that immediately the warranty for work decreased by exactly 7 days. How is this even possible? The next day, I stopped by another tire shop for the sake of interest, asked the price for this work - they said about 20 rubles!!! Conclusion: I will not go there anymore and I do not advise anyone, the prices are overestimated by two, the left points in the receipt, the dates in the receipt do not converge, the amount stated before work and after do not converge.

The next day I looked at it in daylight and lost the power of speech. There is a scratch along the entire circumference of the disc from the machine to the aluminum. The disc is repainted. Everything seems to be done, but sooo long waiting in line. There weren't that many people.
When I arrived, I asked about the workload and the approximate time after which I could be accepted. They said 15 minutes. Well, I multiplied it by two, seeing how the work is going (4 people are running around and it seems that the work is in full swing). As a result, it turned out that there was someone else in front of me, but he was silent, and one person who arrived after me was served in front of me... Well, forget it, maybe he needs it more. I waited for my turn for an hour. If it hadn't been for the puncture of the wheel, I would have gone to another place, but there's nowhere to go. And I came to the nearest place that worked. By the way, plus for the round-the-clock mode.
Thank you for doing everything. Time will tell how they did it. Even the wheel swap was counted :) but the valve, which they said they would change, was not changed. I hope the old one will last.
I can add that all these procedures in Brest cost exactly half as much. It is clear that they can tell me, so I would go to my Brest. But there's a better tire fitting, cleaner, more accurate. It's just a geographical difference.
You shouldn't be offended, but the service has a lot to improve. If there is a sudden need for tire repair, I will think about where to go next time.
