Everything was done professionally and promptly. Summer tires were loaded into the car. I live 5 meters away and did not know that there is a tire service at the terminal. I recommend it!

The second one was more adequate, apologized for the first one and were able to unscrew the bolts. The third (main), having looked at the problem, stated that they generally do not solve such problems an hour and a half before closing, and even more so it is already dark. They also admitted in the conversation that the first employee was hired due to a lack of people. That is, it turns out that they themselves admitted that they don't care about quality, it is important to serve as many cars as possible. Looking at how other customers wore their own wheels and the general working environment, I realized that this was the worst tire I had ever been on. Before that, I was on 3 and they all have incomparably better service.
