If you have a problem on the road, it is better not to contact them. I punched a tire and was about 100 meters away from them. They refused to help in any way, and sent them to a tire repair shop to do nothing. He had his own jack, but he didn't get under a car with a flat tire, and there was no help from them. It's just better not to go to them.
