There is no customer orientation. My wife signed up earlier via Viber. At the appointed time, when visiting the salon, she was told that everyone was busy and she would not be accepted today. There were no solutions to the problems, except to make an appointment for another day, and that the right time, outside of working hours, was not soon free. They did not warn about the cancellation of the recording, although they naturally had contacts. In addition, this institution does not readily accept bank cards, but is strongly asked to pay in cash.

It was the first and last time I was in this salon. They covered the nails not with gel polish, but with a base. We made some pancakes. The next day, the piece fell off, the roof was redone, covered with a protective layer, but again this layer began to climb. There is no desire and no time to go there anymore. I do not recommend it, I do not recommend it! Before you sign up for this salon, think a hundred times!!!

I advise you to go around a mile, it's just dangerous to get a manicure here. Not only that, in the understanding of the master, to repair a nail is just to cut it down, as well as different lengths and shapes of nails are acceptable, so I had cuts made. Now I have to treat my nails at the doctor and I won't be able to get a manicure for several months, and I have a wedding in a week!

The studio at Dzerzhinsky 115 treats the client disgustingly and does not value his time at all. I signed up for 16.30, upon arrival it turns out that the master is busy, he will be free in 40 minutes. I stayed to wait, but even after an hour no one was free, and the receptionist just hid. I advise the manager to pay attention to this, otherwise you will scare away many customers with such a service.

Before I came here, I visited 2 masters who gave me a very low-quality manicure with a long-term coating and I did not have time to look for, I signed up with girls, an unfamiliar master at the Magnet shopping center and was not mistaken at all)
