Good afternoon, everyone! I want to tell you about my visit to the studio in the Spectrum shopping center. It so happened that my master could not receive me, and I called and made an appointment for August 11 at 17.30. Earlier I was in the studio, everything suited me, the girl gave me a quick and high-quality manicure (in an hour and 15 minutes). I was assured that the masters do manicures for no more than an hour and a half. The girl did it very slowly, in two hours she did about half the work. Her colleague at that time was finishing work with a client who arrived half an hour later than me. By the way, the master's name was Vika. I asked to speed up, because mock time is expensive, and I'm not ready to spend 4 hours on a manicure. Everything was said correctly. Moreover, I do not think that 59 rubles is a low price. At this cost, there must be an experienced and fast master. To which, in response, the girl began to shout that she would not do anything to me, threw a napkin, became hysterical, screamed, ran out and did not finish her work. I was shocked by the unprofessionalism and such behavior of the master! All this does not fit in my head... Her colleague gave me a quick manicure and apologized for her. I want to note that Victoria returned and continued to be hysterical, and did not react to my comments that she was behaving so inappropriately. I never got an apology for my behavior. Such are the masters (((
A good studio
We did everything efficiently.
Polite craftsmen.
There was a cough, an icicle for sore throat and cough, cute 🫰
I will definitely come back
I get a manicure from Irina's master and always excellent quality of services. The studio is small but cozy. Always friendly staff, and great attitude. Irina is a very professional craftsman, makes perfect nails. I highly recommend this master and studio
Girls, if you feel sorry for your nails, do not go to them in any case! At least, to the point in the Spectrum shopping center to a plump blonde for the removal of long-term coverage. I explain and show you why. I am a person who knows nothing about shelaks, so I decided to trust the professionals. Once a salon, it means professionals. I haven't read any reviews on them. Close to home, the price tag is normal - that was my criteria. I went to remove the long-term coating and adjust the shape of the nail. The master was 10 minutes late, but that's okay. I asked with words through my mouth to remove the coating in the most gentle way, because my nails are constantly peeling, and remove the length to the pad of my finger without changing shape (at the time of removal I had a soft square). The master said that she understood me and began to remove the material with a milling cutter. A couple of times she got a cutter on the cuticle and it hurt, she treated the wound. Unable to believe my own happiness, I paid off and went home with pinkish-whitish nails in white crumbs, thinking that this was how it should be. They're professionals, the salon. I woke up only at home and was horrified. I was made into a "circle" shape with sharp chips along the edge of the nail and the coating was not completely removed with a cutter, leaving pieces of the base and completely erasing the top layer of the plate. I.e., in fact, my nails were sprayed into a washcloth, which had previously been in a more or less normal condition without coating. Now I don't have normal nails and I will have to spend energy and money to restore them!
And yes, during the pandemic, the master worked without a mask.
Hello. I completely agree with the previous comment. My master got sick, I had to accidentally go to the nails in the Spectrum shopping center - the master's attitude is neutral, with a hint of indifference. A closed room, the noise of grocery carts in the back and beeping at the checkout (but you don't pay much attention to this while waiting for beautiful nails). It was not there ((( The nails were cut down to zero. The manicure "flew" after 2-3 days - the coating on 4 nails broke off. I had to come here 2 more times with an interval of 2 days - first for correction, then for a complete makeover. Moreover, I started talking about a complete makeover myself and somehow they reluctantly recorded me, I got the feeling that my nails were not like that and the concept of "professionalism and individual approach" is generally from the fiction section. For 3 years "with nails" I did not have such nuances with the alteration, I had two nails redone once, but somehow it went painlessly, the master immediately kindly agreed that the warranty case and did everything calmly and quickly. The result is here: I had to pay 10 rubles extra, time was spent, the manicure still had to be redone already at my "native" master after 1.5 weeks, because it looked somehow faded and there were detachments, unpleasant sensations remained. Maybe it's just bad luck :), but I don't recommend this place. The girls will understand. + the master was without a mask.
