I wanted to write an enthusiastic review. We rested from August 18 to August 29, 2024. The place is wonderful, the room is great, large, with air conditioning, a good shower cabin. A large fenced area, well maintained, with tangerine trees. The kitchen is summer, comfortable. The sea is 300 meters away. Well, everything is fine. But!! There is one huge but that has crossed out the whole impression.
We travel by car. We informed the owners that we were leaving at 3 a.m. We went to bed, and at 00 o'clock a young man came to us with a check. I walked around the room, looked in the bathroom. What was the point of his visit, and why wake people up before a long road at 12 at night, we did not understand. We didn't fall asleep anymore, the move was not easy.

We rested from 4.09 to 12.09. I liked everything
We lived in the building to the right of the entrance, on the 2nd floor. We were lucky, it was quiet, like no one even lived next to us.
The kitchen was not used. The pool was not filled in with us, but here it is 5 minutes to the sea😁
Refrigerator in the room and air conditioning, shower with toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory. Purity and beauty. We rested right at home.
The owners are friendly.
There is also a laundry room, which is a big plus.
For its price, all the amenities are there, that's exactly what we wanted. We recommend

The impressions are only positive! We have been looking for a long time where to stay and looked at many rooms and hotels, this is the best in the city in terms of comfort and prices. If we are going to Ochamchire again, we will definitely stop here. Clean and quiet, and most importantly, everything is within walking distance
