Excellent hotel near the station, very chic and unusual breakfasts in the morning, I miss you. The staff is perfectly friendly. The rooms have cotton kimono-style robes, a refrigerator, an induction panel, so you can cook or warm up something for yourself. On the first night, I was faced with the fact that a girl was calling on the phone (which is in the room) and offered her services in very bad Russian. There were no calls the following nights.
The hotel is very convenient for its location almost at Shinagawa Train Station. If it's critical to go to Narita airport in the morning, that's what you need. It is better to pay more and stay at this hotel than to miss the plane. In other cases, I would prefer a hotel in another area of Tokyo, the same level or higher, but for a lower price. The rooms are spacious enough, Wi-Fi is available (login and password in the TV guide). The staff is helpful. It would be possible to include two tea bags instead of one and a bottle of water, which was not the case. The wardrobe is locked with an electronic combination lock.
A huge hotel complex. We didn't find our building the first time. There are many restaurants, shops, from the series - you can live for a long time without going outside. From the room on the high floor there are stunning views of Tokyo.
