I had a rest in March 2025. The only positive thing is the proximity to the beach. The hotel is VERY "tired". Dirty rooms, dirty bed, old torn towels... on the very first day I demanded to change the bed linen, it was all yellow-gray, pillows with yellow streaks and spots, pillowcases were small. In the room, even half of the light bulbs are not in the fixtures, some of the fixtures are simply broken. The refrigerator started working only the third time. There was drinking water only on the day of arrival. THERE IS NO hot water AT ALL! What's going on in the lights, behind the TV, and on the air conditioner is creepy! There's just moss hanging there! At the same time, I also took a deluxe room... there is not even a table on the balcony. View of shabby houses and an abandoned garden. I don't understand who wrote rave reviews on the Internet on other resources. You'll see everything in the photo for yourself. There are huge cockroaches in the rooms, the size of matchboxes!!!. When I was asked to clean up the animals in the room, they gave me fumitox at the reception. I DO NOT RECOMMEND taking this hotel, it is better to pay extra and take the neighboring Novotel.

Nice territory, greenery, swimming pools. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the ocean. I was not in the building in the rooms, but I saw that all the rooms on the 2nd floor have balconies, and on the 1st floor with a small terrace. We rented a villa for a family. The villas are not new, the furniture and beds have already lived, but you can live. There is a kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine. Ants were crawling in the bathroom on the 1st floor. Be sure to bring fumigators with you. Near the river, midges and mosquitoes in the evening. Cleaning every day. The breakfasts are modest, eggs were cooked, hercules every day and several Indian dishes. Not bad.

Tired furniture, breakfasts are about nothing at all, it's not far to the sea. The view from the room is tin... move into the villa if possible.
