We rested in November 2024 in the Sherkhan family house, in a 2-bed room on the 2nd floor.
with a window facing the street, the room is combined with a bathroom, which is very convenient. Hard beds, an air conditioner that creates the right temperature, a hair dryer, a closet, a towel, soap and shampoo - everything was there. The location is the very center, near the Bibi Khanum Mosque, Registan, Siab bazaar, and this is the exchange of money and fruits, souvenirs. Excellent breakfasts with local dried fruits and fresh fruits, porridge or eggs to choose from. Aziz, the owner of the house, and Fai's wife meet him. The prices are reasonable, bargaining is possible, we were conceded within our budget. I recommend the hotel to rest.

A wonderful family guest house with wonderful and hospitable hosts. We were greeted like family. They helped in all matters. The hotel is in the national spirit with a courtyard. It is located within walking distance from the market and Registan. The rooms are large enough with everything you need. A homemade breakfast. Delicious and plentiful. Our granddaughter was ordered to bake pancakes.
I advise everyone.

You can write a lot about this family-run hotel))) We were a big company in May for 24 years and then we came back again!!! This is the most cozy hotel in all of Uzbekistan, where we have visited!!!

We felt at home here!!! Cozy, comfortable, quiet, calm.
And a huge plus is that such a hotel is located within walking distance from all the sights of the city!!!
And what kind of breakfasts ... mmmmm, dishes for every taste!!! Everything is fresh and everything is for dear guests!
We will be in Samarkand, we will return only to you!!!

We stopped for two days. I liked everything: they settled us in, gave us green tea with various sweets. The room is cozy: there is a wardrobe, a TV. The most important thing is that the amenities were in the room. Among similar offers with a similar pricing policy, this was the best. The place works, but Yandex shows the opposite.

Admin Aziz is very friendly, good people, clean rooms, all amenities. Near Siab Bazaar, Bibi Khanum Mausoleum, Registan Square. And parking was provided by Almaty and I arrived in our car.
