Since February 28, my husband and I have been in isolation for 10 days at a hotel in Sharjah. A foreign country, a language barrier, complete isolation in 4 walls - all this made our vacation unbearable. And thanks to Svetlana, we resolved all the issues that were bothering us. She reacted very quickly to every request. There was concern and concern in her every word. And even when we were already at home, she continued to write to us and ask about the state of health and the flight. Svetlana! - You are our guardian angel, our soul was calm with you!!! Nice hotel. Everything is clean, in the restaurant, on site, in the rooms and on the beach. The territory is very small, but quite cozy. You can go beyond the territory along the embankment and find many restaurants on the way to Dubai, you can go along the embankment to Ajman towards the hotels, there are also restaurants at the end, but it's a long way to go to them, but a beautiful view of a small bay. All the staff speaks English well enough, Russian is very bad, but they try. Everyone is trying their best for the guests, smiling, friendly, helpful. But the entrance to the 9th floor is only for VIP guests who have reached a certain level of Marriott Bonvoy, I was not even allowed to look. The hotel operates on different food systems, I had all inclusive, but it's not the same as in Turkey or Tunisia or Egypt, it's worth considering. Most of the things in the hotel are in extra charge, there is only one thing in the room that can be selected from the complimentary list: a sewing kit, a shaving kit, etc. The beach is clean with good umbrellas and sun beds, clean. There is a kind of pier and breakwaters, but they are not allowed on the pier. The water is very shallow before lunch, and after lunch it is acceptable. Probably all hotels in the UAE have such specifics of providing services, but it was unusual for me, but my stay at this hotel was quite a success.

The buffet is quite satisfied, there is enough choice. Everything is delicious, do not find fault. An abundance of drinks and desserts. The service is excellent, the attitude of the staff is at a high level, even in small things. Its own beach, sand from the desert, cools down quickly, fine as dust. Everything is comfortable in the room. If the ventilation system didn't howl and it would be possible to dry things, then it would be ideal. If you just want to relax like us, reboot and "chill out", then this hotel is perfect. The shops are far away, we did not get out of the warm sea, in between we cooled down in the pool. That's how you can survive there. The hotel itself is interesting and comfortable.
I recommend. I decided for myself that I want to go back there.

A good rest. "The stay at the Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa was simply magnificent! The hotel is ideally located right on the beach, with stunning views of the Persian Gulf. The room was spacious and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. I would especially like to note the cleanliness and order, which are maintained at a high level.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. The staff has no problems with the Russian language. I would like to express my special gratitude to the restaurant staff for their professionalism and delicious dishes. The breakfasts were varied and satisfying, and the dinners were a real gastronomic pleasure!
The hotel's infrastructure is also impressive: several swimming pools, a beautiful beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a modern fitness center. Children also have something to do — a playground and a room, a children's pool will provide relaxation for kids.

Vacationed with a friend at the hotel in November 2024. I liked everything very much. The hotel is beautiful, very photogenic. Nice room, big, big beds, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. There is a kettle in the room, you can drink coffee or tea (what to drink we brought with us). We took breakfast and dinner, dinner can be changed to lunch if necessary. This is very convenient for excursions, if you plan them. The food is very decent, there was always beef, fish, seafood. It is convenient with children, there are porridges, soups that can be given even to babies, good sweets, fruits (always, watermelons are sweet, melons, pineapples are also mostly sweet). Apples, oranges, sometimes tangerines, pears. You won't stay hungry. The embankment starts next to the hotel, you can take a walk after dinner (personally, I really like it). In general, the hotel is good with small children, a children's area in the shade, there is a pool for children. We cleaned the room well, there are no complaints about cleaning.
The only thing that was a little annoying was the need to take up places on the beach, otherwise if you come at 9 o'clock in the morning, then there are no places in the shade anymore. Everything is busy, but there are few people themselves, the staff fights this as best they can (after two hours they just remove towels and personal belongings), but this leads to conflicts of course. Of course, we vacationers create this situation ourselves, but we also had to take a place in the shade before breakfast, so that after it there was a place to lie down. I don't like sunbathing and a place in the shade is important to me. The sea is shallow, but very pleasant. Those who like swimming will not succeed, but when there were quite strong waves around, you could swim quite calmly at the hotel.
Free shuttles to the shops of Sharjah run from the hotel on time. There are delicious smoothies in the cafe by the pool. We really enjoyed the rest. I will definitely return to the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel, definitely did not regret it! The location is ideal, private beach, moderately crowded and calm at the same time, excellent restaurant, wonderful breakfasts, by taxi to anywhere in the city within half an hour. The staff is polite and attentive. It is worth walking 50 meters and the promenade, the public beach, a lot of beach bars. We walked to the Marina. Right in front of the wheel, which is a 10-15 minute walk away. The pool is not big, but there are no people either. The guests are mostly on business, not tourists. The rooms are spacious and cozy. I had a rest in September. Great for relaxing! Three restaurants, visited only two. I am very pleased with both of them. The food is varied and very tasty. A large selection of dishes, fruits, sweets, nuts. The service is excellent. Water is exposed every day, that's enough. You can ask additionally, they do not refuse. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The beach suited everyone, it was clean. The room was without a balcony, maybe even for the best! Big, huge beds, gorgeous! cleaned every day, clean. Shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, just enough, supplemented on time. The linen was changed. They also changed the robes. There were no slippers at check-in, they were brought. The hotel grounds are excellent. The pools are in the shade during the day, the water is cool at an air temperature of 39-40. There is a huge swimming pool, there are children's areas. We have been to many places, including the UAE, and there is something to compare it with. We had a rest with a child of 4 years old, overall the impressions are good, a beautiful building, close to the airport, a cool children's pool, very convenient access to the sea, ideal for children, the sea is sooo warm.
However, the reception work spoiled the impression, we had a night flight, arrived at the hotel early, check-in at 15, breakfast is not included on this day, we asked the reception to check in early, since with a child, they said they would try, in the end no one tried several times, they came up, said "in an hour", then "an hour later" , in general, they kicked off ))a huge disadvantage is that there are few Russian-speaking staff, given that more than half of the hotel are Russian 😅😅 and in general, they respond to the reception with such a look as if they were not given change from the ruble😅😅please pay attention to this, there is not enough hospitality, alas …

Great hotel in Sharjah! Delicious food (especially the Ajman Arabic restaurant, hot dishes are above all praise), a clean beach with a convenient entrance. There is only one drawback on the beach - these are brazen tourists who occupy sun beds in the morning and leave the location. Perhaps it is worth adding seats and umbrellas.

We have been vacationing since September 9, 2024. A very beautiful hotel. We checked into a room with a sea view without any additional charges. Bathrobes, slippers, iron, kettle are provided in the room. The room is not cleaned very cleanly. But we didn't litter either. Good evening! We visited the hotel with my mother for the first time! Very decent food, good choice. Special thanks to the Arabic cuisine restaurant and its chef for the incredibly delicious barbecue. The rooms are comfortable, everything is clean! The hotel itself is pretty. The early closure of the pool was very frustrating, as people come here to relax and swim, and not sit in the evening by the numbers.
On the day of departure from the hotel, the restaurant staff and the reception staff severely frayed our nerves with their unflappable smile. Having handed over the room at 12.00, my mother and I expected a transfer at 13.15, respectively, we managed to have lunch at the restaurant (we had an ALL-INCLUSIVE tariff). After entering the restaurant, we calmly went to lunch, had lunch! An employee of the restaurant saw me in the hall and shook a check for 390 dirhams in front of his nose, smiled and left with this check in an unknown direction! We were not even warned at the entrance to the restaurant that lunch might be paid for at the all-inclusive rate! Before finishing lunch, we dropped everything and went to the reception, where your employee continued to smile maliciously, saying: well, you handed over the room!? And none of the restaurant staff warned you that you can eat for free at your own rate!
A question for you: should we warn your employees about this? Please explain to the reception staff that their duties include not only smiling at customers and issuing unreasonable checks!

Great Hotel! Everything meets the standard, there are 3 pools. Two children's and one adult. The sea is calm. The restaurant (for breakfast lunch and dinner) is not bad. There are additional restaurants, but you can only eat in them for money, or according to the All-inclusive program.
Overall, I liked the hotel. Nice clean rooms, adequate staff and a lot of good things.
Minuses: 1. All inclusive is not the same as in Turkey or other countries. Here the minibar is still paid, in other all-inclusive restaurants you can take only part of the food, not all. 2. If you don't like noise and animals, then I warn you that there are a lot of crows here. 3. There are very few Russian-speaking staff. Relaxing with my mom at the Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa (Sharjah Beach). We are thrilled!!! The architecture of the hotel is stunning, like a sand castle. New Year's Eve in the lobby
Today we took a shuttle from the hotel to the Dubai Mall and I would like to thank our driver named Sabith (I hope I didn't make a mistake in spelling😊). He is very nice, drives well, picked us up on time from the hotel and after shopping arrived at the agreed place even at the pre-arranged time.
There is also a Russian-speaking staff member at the reception and he is also a great guy, he will always help, tell you how best to get where you need to go. In general, I would like to mention the hotel staff - all wonderful and helpful. We are satisfied.
Going back to the shuttles, there are also shuttles from the hotel to Sharjah shopping malls, they are free and run several times a day at certain hours.
Overall, we are thrilled. I'd love to come back here again.😊

The hotel is beautiful, the surroundings, but recently it has deteriorated very much. Taking a sunbed here at 8 a.m. is already a problem, the food has become much worse, there are no cheeses, everything ends quickly, there is a minimum set of fruits, they used to give a consistently delicious turkey, now it appeared for the first time in 3 days. The fish is not bad, you can eat it, but you can only dream about red fish for breakfast and lunch and dinner.
The numbers have become bad too. The last time they were put in a room where some kind of squeak is constant, the door in the shower barely holds, it's just dangerous to live! When settling in, the dirt was terrible, the cleaning also leaves much to be desired.
Three stars exclusively for the past years, as well as 2.
For this price, I do not understand such food. If you buy lunch / dinner 165/185 dirhams per person, then the Address hotel in Dubai costs 200 dirhams, but the food there is like in good restaurants in Moscow. There are no shuttles to Dubai Mall, there is nothing around.

The hotel is just GREAT!!! I really liked it, literally everything. The room is chic, clean, spacious (42 m2). There is an iron and ironing board in the room. The balcony is large, we had a view of the city.
The restaurant is very cozy. The menu is varied: lamb, beef, chicken, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruits. There is Indian cuisine on the menu. There is a children's kitchen. The sweets are simply ROYAL.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISITING THIS HOTEL.

And now the review itself.
Sharjah, in my opinion, is a retro emirate and, accordingly, the hotels here are quite conservative. This should be taken into consideration. Many tourists use this emirate as a transshipment base, including Sheraton. From here, tourists travel to Saudi Arabia or the Maldives. So that you understand from Moscow or Minsk, a tour to the Maldives for two costs around 4-5000S for 7 days. In Sharjah for 3 days (these are usually the most sought-after tours in the UAE) it costs around 500S for two. Flight , hb meals, transfer, etc. Saudi Arabia is even cheaper.
That's why people come here, settle down, buy a tour, fly to the right country. And then in reverse order. It turns out that a luxury vacation in two countries will cost you in the 2000S.
The Emirate is non-alcoholic and they really don't like comrades with duty-free packages here.
If you come in with a bag full of booze at the reception and even rattle them loudly in the lobby, you're guaranteed to get the shittiest room with a view of who knows where.

Recommendations:
Don't be lazy to take a walk around Ajman. The border of the emirate is a hundred meters from the hotel. There is a local super market 15 minutes from the hotel. Everything you need to buy from the products is there at an affordable price.
You can go to the market in Sharjah. (The market is made in the form of several trains). It costs 20 dirhams 6 dollars by taxi from the hotel. There are a lot of large fish and shrimps on the market. You buy a shrimp, go to the grill window. They cook for 30 minutes and give them to you packed. I recommend tiger ones. It costs 55 dirhams per 1 kilogram.

Great! Simply the best hotel for families with children! Polite, customer-oriented staff, cool rooms, delicious food, lots of locations for kids, and most importantly - no alcohol (and drunken guests)!
The beach is flat, with white sand and a bunch of shells, there are always lifeguards on duty. The sea is clean, the territory of the hotel is also clean

The third disadvantage is the food, it seemed very monotonous.Overall, the hotel is very good, I recommend it! The hotel is very beautiful, I liked it 5 out of 5. What I'll note about the case:
1/ sea view room on the 8th floor, beautiful sea view. We noticed that the windows are dusty, it is clear that they have not been washed for a long time. I am not one of those who will specifically point this out, but I was asked to give an assessment and recommendations for the 3rd day of my stay, I honestly noted that it would be great if the windows were washed more often. After 5 days, the windows of the entire hotel were washed. Honestly, I don't even believe it's because of my profile, but it's still nice that we took action so quickly!
2/ meals. Diverse. There is always any kind of meat: lamb, beef, chicken, fish, seafood. In general, a healthy buffet, because despite the abundance, they did not gain extra kg😅
3/ service. It's been a long time since I've seen such helpful staff ready to blow the dust off you. This applies to everything: cleaning, helping with children, restaurant service.
I would like to wish them to keep the service at this level!
4/ guests are vacationers. Decent, not noisy, although mostly all with children of different ages. It is clear that people have good manners, which is very pleasing. You will not see drunks here, alcohol is not poured here (there is a strict ban in the Cartoon), so if you relax, then only culturally in the room (take with you from duty)
5/ the beach is clean, convenient for children: the presence of a breakwater allowed us to swim even in strong winds and high waves (red flag on the the nearby beach).
We were very satisfied with our stay at the Cartoon Sheraton, I recommend it to everyone! I don't want to leave, good luck to everyone!

The hotel is gorgeous! Everything is 5+! Beautiful, clean, spacious. In addition to common things, the rooms have an iron with ironing board, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, 2 bottles of drinking water per person every day. Towels are provided on the beach. The food is excellent, buffet, a wide variety of dishes. The names of the dishes are also in Russian. What is very convenient is that dinner is until 23:00. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The hotel offers its own taxis, excursions.
Among the disadvantages: the sea is closed from all sides, the horizon is not visible. Fill it with stones. There is no sense of open space.

Hello everyone. I have not been to this hotel, it looks very beautiful, but we stayed at the Coral Beach Hotel, and bordered this hotel! We had a better place - a nice big green area, a good beach, good access to the sea (bay), there was enough water to swim perfectly to the buoys (in the neighboring territory - knee-deep water!), we had aqua aerobics on the beach, i.e. animators on the shore - we are in the sea! We had 3 weddings this weekend, and when we left, people celebrated the 53rd anniversary of the unification of their states beautifully this evening! We had all-inclusive meals, more than normal meals, for every taste. There is also a bar on the sea. Two pools until 9 pm. Tea and coffee are available in the lobby of the hotel around the clock!
The room was cleaned daily, there was always water in 1 liter bottle for 1 person. I.e. 3 bottles. On the beach, at the bar - take as much as you need! There is always a Russian-speaking employee at the reception.

And here I am for the second time. Nice hotel. The territory is small and cozy. If you are a lover of walking, then outside the hotel, within walking distance of shops, restaurants of any choice and variety.
Of the advantages: close to the airport, the first line (private beach) with white sand, a swimming pool under palm trees, which allows you to be outdoors and in the water all day, friendly staff. Now there is a new administrator here and she has started yoga lessons, a wonderful undertaking! (Thanks from me personally). The rooms are cleaned daily, clean enough and timely filled with small things for daily use. There are 3 restaurants (main, fish and local cuisine). Everything is very clean, the staff is responsive, courteous (thank you! To everyone who works there) There is something to strive for in terms of filling the dishes presented here, because the choice is not very wide, but for me personally it is sufficient, and if you want to pamper yourself with something, then you can walk to cafes and shops.

This is the third time at the hotel. In general, everything is fine, and the restaurant, and the pool, and the beach are clean.Everyone is friendly. But this year there were no basic hygiene items in the rooms - important discs, ear sticks, shower caps, soap was put in 1 piece and then not every day. When I started clarifying with the service guys, they said it was only for suite rooms. In a 5-star hotel, it's even a shame to save on such a trifle. Next time, I guess I'll have to take toilet paper with me.
