The hotel is very pleasant. On the shore of oken. It's just a little too pretentious. The only inconvenience is to get to the center of Viña del_Mar is quite far away.

Of all the Sheraton's that I know, this one is special. A beautiful view of the ocean and the absolute inability of the staff to speak English.
