Everything in the Sheraton is great, the room is clean, the pool is visited, small, but clean. The staff is good, they tell me. Pastries and coffee in the lobby help out when you didn't have time to have breakfast. I didn't like the breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor, for the same money in the Marriott across the street there is a buffet breakfast with local Mexican dishes. At the main entrance, there is a proven driver in his car, Gustavo Gomez, who speaks English. We went to Teotihuacan with him and around the city and to the airport and he met us from the airport after Cancun, I recommend both the hotel and Gustavo.
