The price/quality ratio is the best in the area. The key is the Corniche beach within walking distance (7-10 minutes on foot), there are many shops, shopping centers, transport stops nearby. The hotel itself is pleasant, the staff is adequate (thanks to Rachel from the reception). I lived on the 7th floor in a non-smoking deluxe room - there is a new renovation, all furniture and plumbing are in order. Towels, accessories, linen - no complaints. I booked online at a discount for 6200 rubles / night.
A good hotel, the reviews were mixed, but we did not see any critical disadvantages. The room was spacious, clean, and had a view of the city. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, there are many shops and cafes nearby. Breakfasts are also normal, quite varied. They didn't clean every day, though, and they couldn't get through to the laundry for 2 days. Otherwise, it's OK. The room was requested for non-smokers when booking, as the reviews were about the smell, as a result, sometimes it was in the corridor, everything is OK in the room. We didn't get to the pool)
The hotel is already outdated, as can be seen from the rooms and the architecture in general. The cuisine is delicious, not as greasy as in Turkey or Egypt. But: keep in mind that if you do not have "all inclusive", then you will have only water for dinner, the rest of the drinks are for a fee.
There's a small pool upstairs, and the view of the city is great. One of the advantages is the location - the hotel is located in the city, but close to the embankment and the beach.
